It's the Christmas hols, and Remus has to stay at school. But no matter what he thinks, he's not alone.

Following the "prank" on Severus Snape, Remus Lupin is feeling utterly betrayed and hurt. It's been months, and now Sirius Black must approach Remus to apologize and, possibly, save him from himself.

Sirius Black grew up in a house which taught him that he was superior to other people, who were heartless, and showed little or no emotion. And when a person lived his first eleven years like this, one would easily expect him to turn into a pureblood maniac, a dark arts addict, and an immediate Slytherin. But when Sirius Black was the first of his kind to defy that rule, things changed.

In their separate cells in Azkaban prison, two detainees think their separate thoughts and slowly feel themselves go mad.

Based on the movie Heaven Can Wait. Sirius may have fallen through that veil, but he wasn't supposed to die! The over-eager angel James just happened to make a mistake. Solution: Sirius goes back in the body of no one but Cornelius Fudge. Now he must contact Harry, find a way to get Tonks off of his back, and convince someone that he is indeed Sirius Black! Then, of course, there is the small problem that whoever killed Fudge still wants him dead....

Sirius Black liked it when Remus Lupin shivered. He liked the way that the small hairs on the back of his neck pricked up and the way he tried not to let his shoulders shake. The way Remus would look at him almost accusingly as if he were mad that these reactions made him seem somehow more human, because he was the calm and composed Remus Lupin and shouldn’t shiver or do anything else that wasn’t calm and composed.

This is another song fic, to the song "Stay or Leave" by Dave Matthews. Remus is having a lot of trouble getting over Sirius and retreats to the place they spent most of their time together. After a while, Harry comes to stay with him, and together they find they can heal one another.

She wishes things didn’t have to change. She wishes that she had the courage to tell Sirius to come back, to tell him that the Potters don’t need him. She needs him. She needs him to keep her from a danger she cannot be bothered to give a damn about, and to try and protect her when it is far too late. Sirus Black was determined to overcome the dementors for ten years. All he could think about were three souls; two living, one dead.

Sirius has gone through the Veil and Remus is find it difficult to mourn him. So, Remus chooses to write Sirius a letter.

"It was a rare thing indeed when Remus found himself drunk; he hates the feeling, how out of control the drink renders him, and he isn’t that fond of the taste anyway. But one night, late in the October of 1981, Remus finds that he is absolutely pissed out of his mind."
