Pre-Half-Blood Prince canon, this is my own version of Year 6 although elements of both Half-Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows will feature. A long time ago I wrote 'Cruciatus,' in which Neville is the reason his parents are insane. As new books came out, that story became outdated and AU. So, after someone insinuated that such a story could no longer be written, I wrote Curare. Curare is Latin for "to cure," but it is also the name of a poison.
