A/U. Remus arrives at the scene after the attack on Godric's Hollow. Lily is dead, James is near death and Harry by some miracle has survived. Sirius arrives and in the ensuing confrontation attacks Remus and takes Harry. When help arrives James is rushed to St Mungo's, leaving a distraught Remus to cope with what has happened.

The War is over. Harry seeks to find meaning behind a sacrifice that was made, and Ginny helps to find that meaning. Afterwards, Harry changes his point of view about Ginny.

Sometimes there is only one path you can take. Sometimes it’s the wrong one...

Companion fic to Facing. After Sirius's death, Remus visits the veil the way another might visit a grave. “I don’t expect anything. His nose nuzzling in the crook of his love’s neck. Sirius lets out a sleepy moan. “You should get up, Moony,” he mumbles. “No, today’s not a good day, if I wake up it will be disastrous. Safer here,” Remus says looking at Sirius with half-lidded eyes.

This story originated four years ago, when I was still reeling from the death of Sirius Black and did not want to let go of him just yet. I therefore created a past for him, but soon I had left him behind and explored on my own. Minstrel Lehman finds out she is adopted. She goes to Hogwarts, where she meets her two-years-older blood cousin Severus Snape. During the course of her stay in Hogwarts, she has a love-hate relationship with Severus and with two of the Marauders (Remus and Sirius). What happens when Sirius is arrested and sent to Azkaban? In fact, what happens after, during the Second War? This story is told from Minstrel's experience, and spans from her birth in 1962 to past the Epilogue in 2017.

Severus Snape is denied the Defence Against Dark Arts position yet again and finds himself in the company of a face from his past.

In the Summer before their Seventh Year Remus and Sirius (being the worldly, all-knowing chaps they are) give their good friend, James, some simply advice when dealing with females: "Don't Mug Yourself". Based on and some dialogue from The Streets song by the same name. Rated PG-13 for language.

In a fic I enjoyed very much, Remus mentioned that he "always assumed the werewolf who bit him had a sick sense of humor". This is my musings on that, as well as how being treated as a werewolf in wizarding society would lead to that.````In this fic, the werewolf who bit Remus tells us about the night of the Bite, and philosophizes a bit--very bitterly--abt being a werewolf.``It's creepy--it's GOOD, it surprised me how good, but it's creepy--which is the only reason it is PG. There's no actual violence, no gore, it's just got an insight to a creepy side of human nature.
