AU fifth year. Harry has an awful day and can't wait for it to be over. Unfortunately, it just keeps repeating itself. Will his tormentor Snape be able to help?

The date is December 31, 1999, and the time of the Final Battle is drawing near. After a devastating loss, Harry gathers his closest friends for togetherness and remembrance, drawing, as always, the strength that he will need to prevail in the end.

Voldemort seems to have died. But a characteristic property of many events occurring both in the wizarding world and the Muggle world is that things aren't always what they seem. The moment Draco Malfoy was branded with the Dark Mark, Voldemort discreetly placed a curse on him which would allow Voldemort to possess Draco Malfoy should he die. His last resort should his Horcruxes, in the unlikely event, fail to save him. Now Draco/Voldemort's evil is becoming more and more apparent, signs and strange events only hinting at Harry, and the wizarding world's, ultimate fate.

This is a short fan fiction that I wrote for a competition on another site. As the title sugests, it focuses on the veil in the Department of Mysteries.

Eighteen-year-old Harry Potter, despite being the celebrated "Chosen One" who'd recently vanquished He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named at last (not to mention his preceded glory as the "Boy Who Lived"), suffers greatly in the aftermath. The war is over, but death and despair have been known to overstay their welcome. (Harry reads a newspaper.)

What really drives Harry to continue in the face of insurmountable odds?

Neville is having dinner with his old friends. Everything will go according to plan...but whose plan is it?

Given how events in this story play out, it's hard to say whether it's a sequel or prequel to Erasure. In the course of saving a life, Harry unknowingly creates his worst nemesis - Lord Voldemort.

Mystique Montague, only at the age of 15, has been forced to marry a certain Draco Malfoy. Her parents have moved her from her hometown of Paris, France and enrolled her into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Like her mother before her, and all the females in her mother's ancestry, Mystique has a deadly secret-she isn't full human. Though to the eye you can hardly tell. As she tries to acclimate herself to her new surroundings and her fiance, Mystique slowly starts to loose hold of her instincts. Meanwhile, she starts to fall in love with one who isn't her betrothed and Hogwarts is under the tyranny of Dolores Umbridge. Will instinct or morals guide her, destroy her or destroy those around her?

This important question needs to be answered. Reputations are at stake.

Voldemort has started a diversity campaign to pull the wool over the eyes of Wizarding public. Draco does his part by starting a Gay Straight Alliance at Hogwarts. So Harry decides to seduce Draco to discover the secret plans of the Dark Side. This should all go as planned, unless Harry gets too romantic and catches feelings for Draco… H/D

Harry and Draco each write a letter. Neither one gets where it's going. A sort of prequel to Moret De Savior.

While there is plenty of fanart depicting Snape seeing Lily in the Mirror of Erised, there is also a canon scene in which Snape does, in fact, see Lily in the Mirror of Erised.

Near the end of his sixth year, Harry has had enough. He is sick of his messy love life, Voldemort's evil plots against him, and the pressure on him to be the hero. So, it's time for a long overdue vacation: Las Vegas.

Post-war: Draco is blinded by some fellow Death Eaters and flees to the safest place in the wizarding world: Hogwarts. He doesn't know that Harry Potter is there as well. As a teacher.
