Snape reflects on how long it has taken him to learn what Roosevelt said so well: "There is nothing to fear but fear itself." Dumbledore's death is a high price to pay for this lesson.

The autumn after Dumbledore's death brings many changes. After the deaths of Bill, Charlie, and Percy and the disappearances of Mr. Weasley and the twins, Mrs. Weasley decides to send Ginny away for the next school year.

Lily's life is perfectly normal, thank you very much. She has a new one, seperate from that snob of a sister. If only that little voice would go away.
