My debut into the Harry Potter fanfic world, written back on 07-31-00. I figured I'd post it here just so you all could see how my writing has changed. Slight shounen-ai implications if you want them to be. If not, hopefully this will at least spur thought.

War is bloody and dark. The death of the Dark Lord is only the first step Harry takes for true victory. Only then will the real loss begin.

How can you tell you've found the right person unless you sample a few? Sirius plays the field and Remus tries to forget.

Hermione is not vain for herself on any account, but she is so very vain and lustful for the head of desire that is Pansy Parkinson--and that it will stay.

The height of the war, and an empty bed. Voldemort is growing in power, and the Order of the Phoenix must expand and make sacrifices. So many people he loves are fighting this war - who will Remus have to sacrifice? Remus-centric, Remus/Sirius, implied Hermione/Ron

She wishes things didn’t have to change. She wishes that she had the courage to tell Sirius to come back, to tell him that the Potters don’t need him. She needs him. She needs him to keep her from a danger she cannot be bothered to give a damn about, and to try and protect her when it is far too late. She shivers at the thought of looking down upon her arm to find a mark that will never go away.

Harry cant stop thinking. And have you ever been in two minds about something? Does it ever seem to take over? It has for Harry, and with his mind in conflict, he doesn't know what to do.

But as more complications add themselves up, she enters a new war in the wizarding world in which she must depend on her scarred self, and Draco Malfoy, to keep her sanity.

A fic inspired by the song 'Proud of Your Boy'. Ron promises his mum that one day she'll be proud of him.

A dark, disturbing, odd little fic. Harry loves Colin, and Colin loves Harry. It's perfect, surely? (Warning for extreme angst and weirdness!)

Random musings of a Malfoy

Who would have left Sirius in the picture of the Potter's wedding day? Would one of the Potter's friends really want Harry to see his parent's killer? Maybe... but maybe not.

After the war, someone has to live with the guilt of surviving and finding new happiness.

Ron and Blaise live to antagonize each other, but after the War when one man's lover is dead and the other is the living dead, they discover common ground. [Slash]

A sad piece on the joy and sadness love brings. A Draco/Cho love story written with poetic imagery about the many emotions Cho feels about the love she shared with him. One-shot. "Before you were an angel you were an ice prince, a translucent silver glacier of floating white. You were the dew of the waving grass, a small bead of diamond glass. And as ragged scraps of clouds crossed the surface of the sky you were the moon with pearly eyes...."

A house of cards will eventually have to crumble to non-existence. From Sirius Black's perspective during his sentence in Azkaban--reflecting on the betrayal of Peter Pettigrew and the friendship of the Marauders and how, they too, like a house of cards, crumbled.

Snape is haunted by memories, and has a meeting with temptation in the form of Bellatrix Lestrange. Because no one can remain impassive forever, and it is not only fools who can wear their hearts on their sleeves.

The war is now over but George Weasley has to deal with the grief of losing his twin.

Harry participates in the final, public destruction of Voldemort.

Ever wonder why Voldemort gathered so many followers? Draco's reasons for joining the Dark Lord.

Sequel (or maybe more of a companion) to "Thoughts of a Hazy Summer Afternoon." Padma, Parvati, and their older brother, Rajiv, take an afternoon off during summer holidays, in the middle of London. While doing this, Rajiv thinks about reform school, his sisters, his parents, and his ability to see the world around him, and the disappointments that come with it.

"He never understood why I love that poem. Was always amused and, perhaps, a bit concerned that I could be so deeply touched by something about the end of the world. I could never explain that it was about us, as surely as if Frost had been watching us as he wrote." ````First person poem fic, Severus's point of view, of the destruction of Voldemort and what led up to it. It is ten years after the war against Lord Voldemort and Harry is now married to Ginny Weasley. They live together in the Burrow and she had his child. But there is a secret that Ginny harbors, one that she has kept since she was a child. Her heart still belongs to Tom Riddle.

"Pansy. A beautiful name, actually. And it was hers. She liked it. It was the only part of her she liked. Everything else was wrong. She knows it deep inside, but she doesn’t dare admit it. Not to others, not even to herself."

Explores Hermione's subconcious fears. She must conquer her inner demons or lose everything. A tale of self-discovery and friendship.

Sirus Black was determined to overcome the dementors for ten years. All he could think about were three souls; two living, one dead.

A short, sad story in which Ron recalls the his worst winter memory.

Let it never be said that irony exempts heroes from its clutches. This fic follows through the eyes of one who is overtaken by hatred and does something that he will regret forever. If the dead have regrets. A post-Hogwarts darkfic.

Sirius has gone through the Veil and Remus is find it difficult to mourn him. So, Remus chooses to write Sirius a letter.

Smoke, fire, flames. Not that uncommon an occurrance at Hogwarts these days--Hagrid gets drunk about twice a month and sets his bed on fire. Draco brought out a silver dagger with a snake on the handle from inside his robes. Harry risked himself a glance at it, but a glance was all it took for the green eyes of the serpent to strike him like venom, bewitching him. Harry often had the suspicion that it was cursed to do that.

The pictures bring back memories, both good and bad, and Remus remembers his friends and thinks that maybe marauders just aren't meant to stay on earth. It’s been fourteen years and still she waits and waits and prays and prays for him to come back to her and Mommy. Maybe then Mommy wouldn’t be so sad all the time. Maybe then she wouldn’t be sitting alone at the table eating dinner while Mommy had to work three jobs just to pay for the small two-roomed apartment. Maybe then she’d have a family.

Harry is sick of Draco never talking to him. Then when Draco finally does, Harry gets a rude awakening.

Draco Malfoy thinks about his future, the coming war, and mainly, his feelings about Harry Potter. Dark, angsty.

Blaise/Draco, but it's not about the pairing. Blaise has issues which Draco helps melts away.

"I realize now that I have done something worse than attacking him outright. What I have done is unforgivable." Harry tries to get back at Draco, but finds out more about him than he wants to. Much unhappiness ensues

She wants to figure out the conundrum known as Pansy Parkinson. Except she can't, because she's just not good at discovering things not covered in books. Hermione/Pansy, femmeslash.

Every time the thunder would roll, she felt it in the marrow of her bones, as if nature understood the deep agony she held inside of her and it was being reverberated throughout the environment as well. Nature would wail with the wind, bellow with the thunder, weep with the rain, and showcase rage with the lightning.

Memories can be warped so that they reflect the inner most wishes of their holder.
