NOT A TRADITIONAL SONGFIC! This story is inspired by the song of the same name. A few lyrics tossed in here and there in the dialogue, much like my other story, One Thing. I'm crap at summaries, but here it is: Harry. Draco. Holiday. Let the tension ensue. Ignores HBP and DH.
Harry never wanted a destiny. Draco always thought the future would be easy. Hermione likes to see the world in books because life is far too unpredictable. As war approaches, everyone has choices to make and the suprises are just beginning. AU.
'Draco Dormiens Nunquam Titillandus'
NOT COMPLIANT WITH ALL EVENTS IN HBP

'Some things which became lost should not have been forgotten'
Eighteen-year-old Harry Potter, despite being the celebrated "Chosen One" who'd recently vanquished He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named at last (not to mention his preceded glory as the "Boy Who Lived"), suffers greatly in the aftermath. Over a month has so far passed since that final showdown at Hogwarts, yet STILL — the young adult wizard cannot sleep, cannot close his eyes without seeing vivid images of that horrific night jog hauntingly across his mind without end. Nevertheless, as Harry now returns to Hogwarts for his rather "belated" seventh year (if one could call it), an unexpected person shockingly spotlights into Harry's traumatized life, even proving to be the beginning of a new, unimaginable attraction and interest: Draco Malfoy!

Some days Harry Potter wonders if life is worth something now that he's purposeless. Some days Draco laments the idiocy of Gryffindors. Some days Hermione wonders if the impossibility of her friends will drive her mad. Everyone has their 'some days'.
Harry Potter is still Head Auror and Draco Malfoy...well, no one's really sure if he even has a job. But Harry knows that he's definitely up to something, and with a psychotic killer on the loose...well, let's just say that things are going to get interesting.

Warning: Not as serious as it sounds. At all.
Harry Potter was certain that falling in love was never meant to be quite like this. But, as was usually the case with happenings concerning The Boy Who Lived, there was little in the way of normalcy. H/D Slash.
