For a while I've stuck with the same summary, but it occured to me that you all might want a summary of this chapter instead of the entire story. So here goes: Lily reads the letter from Petunia and wonders exactly why it upsets her. And as if what the letter contained wasn't bad enough, she now has to face being in her sister's wedding against her will, strange dreams and gifts that promise they'll explode if opened before Christmas.

Chapter 30; in which Lily finds herself in a few situations that she didn't exactly bargin for, James and co. decide to protect the Gryffindor girls from their rival house and food is stolen more than once.

Kassie has words with more than one student in Hogwarts, Sirius wards off witches forever and grows hair, and Lily decides to make the dress she has to wear for Petunia's wedding better with a little magic.

Lily still isn't speaking to the Marauders, but that isn't stop them from wrecking havoc on the entire school. Sirius gets a telling off from a family member and the Marauders get blamed for a prank they didn't do, for once.

Sirius gets caught in an.... interesting position and ends up in the hot seat, literally. Pranks ensue in Potions and lands everyone in detention: together. But when Lily offers peace, why doesn't everyone agree? And Sirius opens his mouth and inserts not only his foot, but his entire leg. After he spills the beans to Kassie, what will she do?

The summer is upon Lily and now she has to face the coinsequences of what her and Kassie did to the dress, her new in-laws, and Petunia's state of mind. And all of this is before the wedding that Lily has been dreading for nearly a year.

Petunia's wedding goes from bad to good and then plummets to rock bottom when James punches the groom. But alone time with James is just what Lily needs to get her feelings in an uproar, but she isn't the only one in an uproar about new things. It seems that some shiny badges being handed out this year is causing chaos in more than one house hold.

Sirius is having fun with his new found form, but his good

It's Kassie and Sirius' first days as a couple. Only about a week into this new relationship, Kassie has some strange feelings that she wasn't prepared for; Sirius ends up throwing them both in the lake, and the Dark Mark shows itself very clear over the wizarding world.

Sirius makes a declaration that sends Kassie around in circles and sends the rest of the fifth years running. James figures out how to change into his animagus form and he and Sirius spend their first full moon with Remus. And Remus has a secret of his own.

McGonagall's desk is biting her, Kassie gets in a fist fight with Bellatrix and James and Lily have their first date.... or do they?

Lily has a vision that drives her to find out exactly what it means, only she keeps running into one dead end after another. Sirius gains a nickname and some news that is both good and bad.

Christmas holidays ensue and Sirius gets dragged into meeting Kassie's family. Only her siblings may be more than he bargained for. Lily buys James a present for Christmas, but does she have the nerve to actually give it to him?

Christmas holidays come to a close and everything looks as if it will unfold the way it had every year; only a visit by a couple of Aurors to Lily's home turns her world upside down. Now she must face something she has never had to before; the loss of a friend to Voldemort.

Life moves on after Alexis' death, Lily makes a discovery about James and her visions and Sirius finds out how to tell if someone is sleep walking.

Sirius and Kassie's first Valentine's Day together turns out to be more than Kassie bargained for. Lily finds herself in jealous mode, in every sence of the word, when she finds out James has a girlfriend. Charmed cupids, roaring stuffed lions and surprises insue for all.

Lily finds herself in the middle of more messes than she cares to count; between Careers Advice, enchanted diaries advise and Kassie and Sirius' first fight; life could be more complicated, but not by much.

There is nothing more complicated than life as a teenager -- except trying to figure out your own life as well as your friends. Everywhere Lily turns there is one problem after another with wizards that used to be friends, friends that want to be more and others that are too scared of people gone to do anything about it all. Lily is begining to think her life is just one great big love affair.

The dreaded end of year exams are upon the Gryffindors; only this year it's worse. Ordinary Wizarding Levels is causing mass hysteria all around, Peter can't remember any magic, Emily is threatening to kick Sirius, James and Will off the team and Kassie gets disturbing news from her aunt.

Lily heads home for the holidays, but if she thought Petunia being married and gone was going to make for an easy summer; she'd never been more wrong.

Lily's holiday is going a bit better, but her birthday seems to be cursed. Several Death Eaters attack Diagon Alley. Chaos insues and Kassie finds out exactly how far her nerves can be pushed.

Kassie's news is shocking to Lily, but figuring out how to get past it is going to be tricky. Even though it was a Deatheater, murder carries a high sentence in the wizarding world. And even if Lily can find a way to keep Kassie out of Azkaban, can her bestfriend live with herself?

Kassie has to make some comprimises with her aunt in order for Kacy to get to Hogwarts, Lily makes some comprimises with Will in order to save their relationship and Sirius refuses to make comprimises with anyone; Revenge will be better.

Snape gets some interesting information that may or may not be the end of Sirius' year at Hogwarts and Madison walks in on a conversation that she wasn't suppose to hear.

Remus and Madison come to an understanding over Remus' "Furry little problem", Sirius, Remus and James come to more than just an understanding and Lily finds herself having more visions of something that she's not sure she wants to know about.

Lily is home for the holidays and is attending a wonderful Christmas Ball at Potter mansion. Unfortunatly, nearly all of the decisions she makes while on holiday will be ones that will forever change her life.

Lily's parents are gone, but life still moves on. A mysterious magic build up at the funeral has Dumbledore worried, though. And the world finds out about the newest relationship news.

Lily's life taken on even more twists and turns as she waits for the next expected problem to arise: magic overload. But that's not all that's on edge in the castle between late night meetings and arguments that never end.

Lily is still trying to figure out how to release a large amount of energy, Sirius is trying to keep Remus as a pet and James makes some promises to Lily that unfortunatly isn't going to be kept. A few lines from this chapter to hopefully pique your interest: --“Allow me to be the first to congratulate you both.” --"But if you decide not to join us, do you think they will be safer?” --“Yes, Professor McGonagall is a sight more frightening than watching the person I love head off to spend the night with a werewolf…”

Remus nearly attacks a human in his werewolf form, but Sirius turns out to have bigger problems than that. When Petunia makes it very clear that Lily isn't welcome at her home over the summer break, James makes it very clear he wants her at his house. And a trip to Hogsmeade turns out to be more trouble than anyone bargined for.

All isn't as it seems when Kassie starts acting strange. Sirius goes on a mission with the Order and Lily finally accepts that Olivia Potter intends for her to stay with them until the end of her school time.
