It is the dawn after Voldemort's defeat, and Harry struggles with his sense of loss, and his feelings of hope. G/H and R/Hr. Contains scenes that I wanted to see in Deathly Hallows, taking place after the defeat of Voldemort. It is also a prelude to a future fanfic (details within).

I find the romances contained in the HP series to be "great" romances. Therefore the idea has spun in my head to deliver other great romantic moments in television, movies and other stories through the prism of HP characters. Lots of fluff, but told with HP ships through situations found in other great romantic tales. A chapter for each converted tale. Primarily R/Hr, but with a little G/H (and maybe some others) thrown in as well. Most should be generally Canon compliant, but some things may have to be made AU to fit.

A short essay exploring Snape's motivations and destiny within the HP universe.

The Hunter is an unlikely enemy of the Dark Lord. He is a muggle who hunts Wizards and is very sucessful at it. In fact he has been created in very similar circumstances to our young Potter. This story shows the Hunter's creation against the backdrop of the Trio's hunt for a Horcrux in Eastern Europe. A very dark and angsty fic. The story has very violent things happen, but I have tried to avoid being directly graphic in my descriptions. Also has a lot of religious references, particularly concerning the Roman Catholic Church. There is also some (very gently) implied shipping between R/Hr and G/H.

As the years have passed, Harry Potter has been somewhat silent as to what occurred in the war. Many have written his story, but he has been aloof from attempts to have him put down his recollections of that turbulent time. Now, with a surprising change of his mind, he decides that there is one story that needs to be told. It is the story of his discovery of the weapon that would win the war, and the thanks he owes to his best friends, and his great mentor, for that discovery. This was intended as a one-shot, but it quickly grew to be unmanageably long, so it is chaptered. I hope you enjoy the recollections of an elderly Harry Potter, and please read and review.

Ron wants to help Ginny as she recovers from her break-up with Harry. Ron discovers that in order for him to help Ginny, Ron will have to let Ginny help him, as well. A two-part fic written after HBP to show what lies under all of that sibling rivalry.

The story comes from multiple Points of View and has several retrospectives back to HBP. Please bear with the perspective shifts, as this is a bit of a "non-linear" tale.

Voldemort has been defeated and the Hogwarts graduation ceremonies are winding down. Harry escapes from ministry detention at the hospital to find Ginny at the ceremony. He has a lot to make up for by missing a year with her, and decides to do it with a very grand gesture. Little does he know that Ron (and maybe Ginny herself) will steal his thunder. This is a one shot romance fic for the G/H and R/Hr shippers.
