The Day After by phoebe_phoenix
02/08/2004It's quiet in here. And dark. Moonlight has been blocked out by thick, black curtains. Certainly Madam Pomfrey's work. It annoys me; I like to watch the faint glow of the moon and the stars dancing on the ceiling at night. It must be about two or three o'clock in the morning. I smell the cup of tea that was brought to me a few hours ago and which I ignored on my bedside table. It's probably stone cold by now. I don't want it. I don't want any of this anymore. Voldemort is dead, yet so is Harry Potter, the Boy-Who-Lived. How did it get to that? Ginny, supposedly sleeping in the hospital wing, thinks about the events... and the day after.
