Sequel to Worser Angels, Better Angels, and Almost Human. Draco and Snape leave Hogwarts for the summer. Angsty conversations and adventures ensue. In this chapter: Draco gets therapy.

After the events of Worser Angels and Better Angels, Snape and Draco face continued difficulties. Draco has a long road to recovery from his torture at the hands of the Death Eaters, and Snape has to learn how to rejoin the human race now that he's no longer Dumbledore's worser angel. Still no romance or slash! Rated for mentions of violence and non-sexual adult themes. If you haven't read my other stories, start with Worser Angels and work your way up to this one--it won't make much sense otherwise.

After Lucius Malfoy’s arrest and subsequent death, Snape becomes a father figure to Draco. Angst with lashings of humor. Also has significant Dumbledore and Neville elements. This story is essentially a very long character study; the plot is episodic and there isn’t much in the way of a climax. A sequel, which will have a stronger plot, is in the works. No slash or romance. PG 13/soft R for language and non-sexual adult themes.
