"Hey!" Ron's feet pounded along the corridors as he followed the figure running ahead. He finally paused, hands on knees, panting at the sight of a bushy brown mane whipping around the corner and out of sight.

He hadn't a clue what happened... For once, it certainly wasn't something he said!

"Hey!" he yelled, resuming the chase. "Hey Hermione! Wait up!" Boy, that girl could run! But longer legs came to the rescue ultimately. He caught her at the edge of the Arithmancy wing, grabbing her shoulders and spinning her around to glare into her eyes. "What the hell...."

She had been crying.

She tried to smile, "Hey, its nothing...Just got an A- in Transfiguration, that's all," and smiled a watery kind of smile, watched his eyebrows crinkle further telling her he hadn't believed a word and looked down, averting her eyes.

Oh my god, he looks so cute when his eyebrows go all crinkly! And right now, they are crinkly for me!

Deserted Arithmancy section, the two of us alone together, emotions running high...Would be the perfect setting for a kiss. For anyone...but us. God, nothing ever happens with us!!!!!

She straightened all of a sudden, frowning, and when she spoke, her voice was weird. "No really, its okay." And shrugged so Ron released her shoulders, and watched quizzically as she strode past him...

I am sick of the same thing happening- over and over and over again!!! We get all that close and nothing EVER happens and I walk away and he doesn't even care to follow me!
