Hermione is in her seventh year at Hogwarts, and a few things have already gone wrong with her life: her friends won't talk to her, she's tutoring her worst enemy, and she has started to think that Draco Malfoy is attractive....*WIP*

Hermione is in her seventh year at Hogwarts, and a few things have already gone wrong with her life: her friends won't talk to her, she's tutoring her worst enemy, and she has started to think that Draco Malfoy is attractive...Chapter three: another tuoting session, which results in immense laughs, and a huge suprise from either Harry, Ron, or Ginny. Or, possibly all three.

In this chapter, Draco actually does a good deed! But, at the end of the chapter, someone passes out! Is it Harry? Is it Ron? Is it Hermione? Or is it Draco? Read to find out!

In this chapter: Dumbledore assigns (through the Heads) the senior prefects a task that will leave some sad, some happy, and some angry. Also: We see a different side of Draco.

This chapter: Hermione's arguement with Harry and Ron reaches its crossroads. In the aftermath, Harry and Ron get detention, and an alliance is formed.

Draco and Hermione figure out the theme for the ball, and the committee meets to dicuss the Halloween ball. Plus, a breakfast scene.

Draco and Hermione go to Hogsmeade where they see the energetic French salesman again. And a mystery person show up at the very end...

Draco and Hermione have a meeting with his mother, Narcissa Malfoy.

"What do you think he'd say to me, Mione? How d'you think

"Ron! Harry!" Hermione called, but it was to late. They were gone.

"Ronald Weasley, what do you think you're doing? Yelling at Harry in the middle of the Great Hall like that?" said Hermione, who had come over, glaring at Ron.

"But," he pleaded, "Hermione, it's Malfoy! The same person who made our lives hell the last six years! Who called you a 'Mudblood' for five of those six years! Why him? Why not some one from Gryffindor or Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw? Why him?" He said that last bit a twinge frantically.

They walked into the Great Hall, noticing that Hannah Abbott and Anthony Goldstein were glaring at them from the teacher's table.

"Xan," he said, poking the boy again. "Amanda was Head Girl when she was here, wasn't she?" Amanda was Xander's older sister.

"So, Ron," said Ginny, "are you gonna go to the party tonight?"

Three songs later, Hermione separated herself from Draco.

Hermione woke with a yawn. She hoped that Draco had made it back all right. And not drunk, as she had been slightly.

"Hey," she said. And she was suddenly accosted by questions.

"Do you mind?" asked Jon. "I'm trying to threaten someone here."

...Luckily, Draco hadn't seen anything. Or much, as he admitted under further interrogation.

True, Ewan was fun, carefree incredibly handsome, and sweet, but did she want him? Maybe what she needed was a sarcastic, sleek, charming, and undeniably sexy man like Draco.

"Who's been cooking?" asked Snape. "Because whoever it is, is going to get a chance at Advanced Potions." He looked around. "Who?” he said in his most menacing tone.
