It’s Harry’s 7th Year and he is returning to Hogwarts for the final time. While on the Hogwarts Express the trio, as well as Ginny, come across one of the new 1st Years who’s being bullied by Malfoy. Hermione decides that they should take the young girl under their wing, and help her survive her first year, but of course there’s more to this frail 1st Year than meets the eye. To boot, hormones are running rampant and classes seem to be coming second on the list of importance, even for Hermione. Then there’s the new DADA teacher to deal with… oh, the drama of it all! Harry and Hermione announce they are getting married out of the blue, and Ron realises there was something he should have told Hermione a long time ago. Is it too late to change everything or not?

After going on yet another secret mission to help Harry collect something, Ron storms off in a huff. With a lot of persuasion from Harry Hermione eventually goes after him and the two get cornered in the dungeons ending up with detention. Meanwhile one of the occupiers of a painting adorning the Hogwarts walls seems very interested in giving Ron and Hermione’s love lives a hand, but do they want the help?
