"MOONY!" Sirius screamed.

"PADFOOT!" Remus yelled back.

"GUESS WHAT?"

"WHAT? YOU JUST REALIZED THAT I'M SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO YOU?"

"NOPE! I'M BORED!"

"What else is new?" James snapped.

"We've been stuck in here forever!" Peter groaned.

"It's only been twenty minutes, Pete," Remus said.

"And in these twenty minutes I learned I bore easily," Sirius said.

"We could told you that a looooooong time ago," James mumbled.

"It has been our downfall," Peter said dramatically.

"Oh, shut up, will you?" Remus said impatiently.

"Why should I?" Sirius asked.

"Because I'll go mad if you don't," James said.

"You're already mad, Prongs," Wormtail said.

"Won't someone get us out of this room?" James groaned.

"The door's locked from the outside," Sirius pointed out.

"Can't we magic it open?" Pete asked.

"We tried, remember? Siri got his eyebrows charred off. James grinned. "Of course, if you want to try again..."

"NO!" Sirius screamed.

"I wish you would shut up," Remus said in the tone most people say, "I wish I had a million Galleons."

"Let's play a game," Sirius suggested.

"Like what?" Pete asked.

Silence.

"I've got one!" James exclaimed. "It's called Kill-the-Idiot!"

"Ooh, how do you play?" Sirius asked enthusiastically.

"I smash in your face!" Remus said.

"Nah, let's play Duck-Duck-Goose," Sirius said.

"Later," Peter insisted.

Silence.

"How about now?"

"No," James said.

"Now?"

"Nope," Remus said.

"Now?"

"NO!" the whole room screamed.

"Some friends you are."

"SHUT UP!" Peter screamed.

"There has to be some way to get out of here," Remus moaned.

"I feel your pain, Moony," James said sadly. There was silence for a minute.

"I'm hungry," Sirius said suddenly.

"Me too," Peter said.

"Me three," said James sullenly.

"So am I, but I'm not trying to annoy the heck out of everyone in this room," Remus said sourly.

"Then what are you doing?" Sirius asked curiously.

"Trying to decide whether I should strangle you or push you off a cliff into a valley of very sharp rocks."

"Oh."

More silence.

"I'm still bored."

The whole room groaned. "Not again," Remus muttered.

"I should be at Quidditch practice right now," James said wistfully.

"I should be beating off the pants off Lily at chess right now," Peter sighed.

"I should be giving Severus Snape and Lucius Malfoy pink hair right now," Sirius said longingly.

"I should be pondering why I even bother with you lot right now," Remus said. "Oh, wait a second. I am."

"HEY!" the rest of them shouted.

"You have no idea how tempting the idea of putting Silencing Charms on all of you is right now," Remus sighed, twirling his wand between his fingers.

At that moment, Lily Evans opened the door. "Lily!" Remus said with relief. "Thank Merlin you're here! Save me from your boyfriend and his minions!"

Lily raised an eyebrow and looked at James. "What are you doing?" she asked him.

"Well, Lils, I've been stuck in a room with these idiots for half an hour. Bless your soul for setting me free," James sighed.

"How are you stuck in here?" Lily asked, closing the door.

"NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!" the whole room shouted.

"It locks from the outside!" Peter groaned. Lily moaned. There was silence for a minute.

"So, anyone up for a game of Duck-Duck-Goose?"

THE END?
