From The Beginning Till The End

Seven-year-old Lily Evans was walking home from school alone when she noticed two boys hiding behind a tree suspiciously. She ignored them and continued walking but was careful to keep an eye on them as she walked past the park. Suddenly, there was a loud crash behind her. A girl with dark brown hair who looked about her age, had crashed her bicycle right into the tree trunk.

The bicycle toppled and the girl looked like she had injured herself. Lily ran across the park to help her. There was quite a deep cut on the girl's leg. Lily touched the bleeding wound and it healed within an instant.

"Wow, thank you!" said the girl, still amazed by what Lily had done.

"It's okay. Please don't tell anyone about this. Thanks. I must go. Bye." Lily smiled at her as she helped the girl up. Lily quickly grabbed her bag and ran home. It was getting late.

Sirius grinned at James for what they had set for Stefanie. The Black family had just moved into this new wizarding neighborhood named Godric's Hollow and Sirius had gotten to know James not too long ago. They had hit off instantly and within a month, they had become the infamous pranksters in their neighborhood. All they had done today was simply meddling with the brakes of Stefanie's bicycle.

All of a sudden, there was this little redhead rushing for Stefanie. Her bright red waist-long hair, tied into two ponytails, swung wildly behind her. She quickly knelt on the ground and let her hand hover at Stefanie's injury. The wound vanished without a scar. They watched the redhead rush off in a hurry immediately after that. James stared at Sirius, awed. Sirius had the same expression on his face as well.

Both of them walked towards Stefanie who was now picking up her bicycle.

"She's a healer!" whispered James. The boy was still stunned by what he had just witnessed. He had heard about that ability from his mother's bedtime stories and he found it extremely amazing that he had actually saw it.

Remus Lupin ran towards the playground while his parents were sitting at the far end of the park, looking at him. There was another girl around the area riding her mountain bike. Most of the kids usually left the park by this time. The full moon was out and hence, it was still rather bright although it was rather late.

There was a strange howling sound coming from behind the bushes not too far away. He ignored it and continued playing on the slides.

"AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!" a loud scream pierced the peace at the park.

Something leaped out from behind the bushes and chased after the little girl on her bicycle.

At that moment, he thoughtlessly ran towards the girl and attempted to pull her away when suddenly the werewolf turned and bit him on his leg instead.

"AAAHHHHHH!!!" he yelped.

His parents shouted a curse at the werewolf and it flopped to the ground in an instant. It remained motionless. His father quickly made a call while his mother carried him up.

"Go home!!" Remus shouted at the girl, wincing in pain.

"O-o-okay. T-than-nk y-you," the girl stammered and grabbed her bicycle. Taking one last look at the boy and his parents she peddled quickly away from the park.

Arabella jerked and sat up on her mattress. She was shivering and realized that she had broken out into a cold sweat.
