~ Chapter 2: Four Years Later ~

"So, that's how the world of magic came about." Helen Potter had just finished telling a bedtime story to the four-year-old.

"I wanna be one of them too," said a sleepy James and he turned over on his king size bed.

"You're going to be a great wizard one day, you know," Harry said softly and covered James with his quilt comforters. He looked as his drowsy son affectionately.

"Mmm..." muttered James.

"Look, I could just use my eyes and then the chair will fly over!" exclaimed a proud Sirius Black as he stared at the blue-colored stool and watched it whizzed across the room. A few moments later, the stool landed nicely in front of him.

"I can use my mind to do that too!" Stefanie Black shouted to prove her point and an orange-colored stool whizzed across the room in front of her, just like Sirius.

Very soon, the toys in their playroom were whizzing across the nursery. Some toys actually met in midair and crashed.

"WHAT ARE THE TWO OF YOU DOING?!" an exasperated Jeraldine Black yelled from the doorway. Five house elves came in quickly behind her to clear up the mess. Jeraldine scolded the twins for their misbehavior and was trying her best to discipline them, but she knew she would fail before she had begun.

"Oops! Sorry, Mum," the two four-year olds mumbled sheepishly while they exchanged a mischievous grin with each other. Jeraldine rolled her eyes upwards and left the twins alone.

Remus Lupin was watching his sixty-inch television about a show exhibiting knights and princes in the medieval period. He was very fascinated by these warriors and their bravery. Even at a tender age of four, he knew what made a true hero.

How I wish I could travel back through time just to live in that age. Life is so boring in the modern days,
Remus thought dreamily as the show went on.

Arabella Figg was running around the playground playing a game of 'Police and Thieves' with her friends in the orphanage. They were more like brothers and sisters to her although they are not related in any manner.

After several more games, they got tired and settled for drawing. Arabella was doodling on her drawing block, as she began to sketch the image that was stuck in her mind.

Suddenly, the scene blacked out. She saw her best friend Celeste fell down from the swing and was bleeding severely. With a jerk, she got into consciousness.

"Celeste!!" She dashed out of the drawing room, knocking into several children at once.

Lily Evans was sitting on the swing in the garden. Her sister had just bullied her again although she was sure that she hadn't done anything wrong. She had just been pushed down on the grass patch and had some minor scratches on the side of her legs.

Why doesn't Petunia like me?
A sad thought came into her mind as she looked at her wounds.

She started touching them, thinking of an excuse to tell her parents. She did not want Petunia to get into trouble with them however. To her profound amazement, her wounds healed instantly by her touch. Wow.
