Murder can do strange things to a person, like drive them over the edge... but whether that is a bad thing or not depends on your perspective.

She should have been at Hogwarts finishing some important essay. Not standing in front of the Dark Lord calmly laughing at his offer of the Dark Mark. That was just another lie; why else did being there feel so completely right? Why else did she feel that these people were, in a sick sense, a sort of family? And why had she already decided to join him?``It was all down to a letter, a yellowing piece of parchment had changed so very much. Because of it she was all but lost to the dark side; currently teetering on the abyss- not that in her eyes she'd be falling. And unbeknown to them all that letter would cause a young man to find something worth fighting for, to finally care about, and treasure with his fragile heart- and his life. D/HR
