Harry Potter and The Lost Aunt

Chapter 9

"SAM!" someone yelled from outside the tent.

"Stay here and don't move. Lock the door behind me," Sam said to Harry and Malfoy.

"Lock," Harry said after the door closed.

"What the hell is going on?" Malfoy said and looked at Harry.

"I wish I knew," Harry said before a cold wave hit him and he dropped to his knees.

"Harry? What is it?"

"Dementors," Harry whispered and black out.

"Harry, wake up," someone said sounding very far away. Harry opened his eyes only to close them again from the bright light.

"Kill some of these lights will ya?" Sirius said sitting Harry up and leaning him on his shoulder. Someone snapped from the door and Harry opened his eyes again, blinked a few times before everything came into focus.

"Here, Harry, eat this," said a man from beside Sirius. Harry took the chocolate from him and popped it into his mouth.

"Feeling better?"

"Yes, thank you," Harry said but lend into Sirius a little more and Sirius wrapped his arms around him in a hug.

"Now that you're awake lets head into The Burrow."

"Is everyone ok?" Harry asked as the three of them walked down the stairs and thought the kitchen.

"Their fine Harry," Sirius said not letting so much as an inch between him and Harry. When they got out side Sirius had to lead him to the back door because he could not see a thing, much to Harry's delight.

"Harry, are you alright?" Mrs. Weasley said the minute he walked in the door.

"He's fine," Sirius answered for him.

"Sit down, dear. You look like your going fall down," Crys said pointing to the chair next to Malfoy. As he sat down Sam came down the stairs and into the kitchen.

"Who knocked me out?" she said sounding like Snape.

"I did," said Mr. no-name.

"Grim, I should have known that you of all people would do something that mean to me of all people," she said rudely but her voice lost the Snape.

"Who are you?" Mr. Weasley said.

"Jacob Longbottom. Yes, I'm Frank's brother," he said looking very sad. With that, Mr. Weasley nodded and shook the older man's hand.

"What happened?" Percy said as he came thought the back door looking pale.

"Don't worry everyone's fine, just shaken up," Caroline said and Percy visible relaxed.

"Grim, they left Azkaban and joined Voldemort, haven't they?" Sam said.

"Yes The Dementors have left Azkaban, but I don't know if they've joined Moldy Voldy yet," Grim said grimly.

"Great, just what I need more nightmares," Harry said a little too loudly. Mrs. Weasley gasped, everyone in The Weasley family look horrified and Harry looked as if he wanted to be invisible.

"Alright, Sirius time to be Padfoot again. Girls cat time, Wolf you know what to do," Remus said. Caroline, Jed and Crys turned into black panthers, Sirius became Snuffles, and Wolf turned into a wolf and left. Suddenly the fire turned green and out came Cornelius Fudge fallowed by a few other people.

"Is everyone alright?" he said looking very pale and everyone nodded.

"Yes, we're fine," Sam said with out emotion.

"Now do you believe me?" Harry said with ice in his voice and cold eyes.

"Yes, Harry, I believe you," Fudge said sadly.

"A little late don't you think," Snape growled.

"Better late then never. Cornelius, I need the squad. All of it," Sam said quietly.

"Yes, of course. I'll have them sent to Hogwarts immediately," Fudge said.

"Cornelius, I need Romulus and Sirius," Sam said darkly.

"I don't see why, you and James were the head of the squad not them," Fudge said sourly.

"Have you ever heard of 'The Eight'?" Malfoy said.

"Yes, of course I have," Fudge said going pale.

"Do you want to know who 'The Eight' are?" Sam said.

"WHAT?" Fudge shouted.

"I'll take that as a yes. Their names are James and Samantha Potter, Jenna Snape and Crystal Malfoy, Remus and Romulus Lupin, Severus Snape and Sirius Black," Sam said watching Fudge like a hawk.

"Holy ..."

"Mind you tongue," Mrs. Weasley said.

"Sirius Black and Romulus Lupin are members of 'The Eight'. How is that possible?" Fudge whispered more to himself then anyone else.

"And Romulus was one of the spy's against Voldemort," Mr. Weasley said with more intensity then Harry had ever heard from him. His children looked shocked that he said Voldemort's name, only Mrs. Weasley, Bill and Charlie were unfazed by it. Fudge looked shell shocked by all this but the people he brought with him looked as if they would laugh if it weren't so serious.

"Cornelius, we need them. If we're going to pull this off we need them at Hogwarts before term starts and we will need the new members of the squad," Sam said very softly and very sadly. Fudge was quite for some time and then his face-hardened, his eyes burned with a fire that was hard to believe.

"Alright Sirius and Romulus will be pardoned and all of the squad, new and old, will be at Hogwarts a week before term starts. If I may I will come for a month into the term as well," Fudge said looking worried that they would refuse his offer.

"Your welcome to stay as long as you like," Sam and the person who just stepped out of the fireplace said together.

"Thank you," Fudge said.

"No, thank you for believing in us," Sam said warmly.

"Harry, I'm sorry I didn't believe you. Can you forgive me?" Fudge said holding out a hand.

"Of course, I can," Harry said and stood up and shook his hand.

"Now, I have a little request for Cornelius and Albus," Sam said with her eyes burning brightly.

"What is it?" Dumbledore said.

"When Sirius is finally released," that received more then a few snickers, "and the summer holidays are upon us again, can Mister Harry James Potter live with his loving godfather at last?" Sam said earning her a nasty look from Snuffles and a smile from her nephew.

"I don't see why not, do you Cornelius?" Dumbledore said his eyes twinkling and a smile pulling at his mouth.

"I have no problems with that at all," Fudge said smiling at Harry kindly.

"You mean it? No more Dursleys'?" Harry said with a big grin on his face.

"No, you do have to live with The Dursleys' anymore," Dumbledore said kindly.

"But if things don't work out the way we plan you get stuck with me," Snape said softly. Fudge looked a little stunned that Snape of all people said that and was nicely on top of it.

"Good. Cornelius, do you think that can have everything set by the 31^st of July?" Sam said peeking everyone's interest.

"I think that can be arranged," Fudge said with a knowing smile.

"Thank you, Cornelius."

"Your welcome, Mrs. Black," Fudge said making Sam turn a light shade of red, making everyone laugh.

"Let's get back to what happened," said one of the men that had showed up Fudge.

"Of course," Bill said.

"Let's start when they were spotted," the man said.

"We had just decided to play Quidditch so everyone went to get their brooms, when Fred looked out the upstairs window and saw them and George went and got Bill and me. When we reached, the bottom of the stairs Mum was pushing the girls out of the kitchen and up the stairs. I went the kitchen window and yelled for Sam. Bill told Ginny to get Fred and George and go up to Ron's room and to lock the door. Mum, Bill and I ran out the back door as Sam came out of the tent we started to use the Paronus charm when Severus and Remus came out of the tent. Then Grim showed up, we got rid most of them but a couple of them were headed for Sam. Grim knocked her out and the six of us sent different fire spells at them. When they were all finally gone Bill took Sam up to Ginny's room, Grim went into the tent to check on the cats and Harry and Draco, Mum and I went to check on Fred, George, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny. Then we all gathered here," Charlie said while everyone stood or sat quietly.

"Thank you. The five of you were up stairs the whole time?" the man asked Fred, George, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny. They all nodded.

"Ok, and the two of you were in the tent doing what?"

"Listening to Voldemort kill my parents," Harry said flatly and Sam gave him a look of fear and pain.

"I was trying to wake him up," Malfoy said in the same flat voice.

"Are there any more questions related to what just happened?" Mr. Weasley said dangerously.

"No that will be all. Good day," the man said and disappeared for sight.

"Now I need to set up something's but I will becoming back on the 31^st of July to talk to Mr. Black and Mr. Lupin. Good Day," Fudge said and he and his escort left. Wolf came back inside. He and Sirius pop back into human form. Sirius sat on the floor next to Harry and Sam looking stunned.

"What did I miss?" Wolf asked and everyone started to laugh.

"Mr.'s Lupin and Black have been pardoned and will be reinstated into the squad," Sam said grinning like a fool.

"YES!!!" Wolf shouted.

"I'm free," Sirius said trying to convince himself that it's true.

"Yep, no more living in caves, no more sleeping on the ground and no more eating rats; unless you want to that is," Harry said smiling and got a dirty look from Sirius, who pulled Harry out of the chair and into a bear hug.

"And now you can eat real meals in the summer holidays," Sirius said still holding Harry as if he'd ran away if let go.

"And best of all NO MORE DURSLEYS'," Harry said happily.

"And I can finally get my divorce," Sam said making Remus sigh in relief.

"'Bout time," Mr. Weasley said trying not to laugh.

"Now let's move on to the next happy subject. Which would be Harry's birthday party," Caroline said with a rare smile on her face.

"There's no reason for one, I'm just happy I can spend it with people who care," Harry said.

"Well, I can bring Neville he'll be happy to get away from Mum," Grim said.

"And I can pass word to all the professors," Dumbledore said.

"I can bring Danny and Ro up they'll be happy to get away from the Manor," Snape said

"Don't forget Jared and Jenny, they will want to meet there cousin," Sam said as Harry buried his face in Sirius' neck. Sirius responded by pulling Harry even closer to him.

"And we can get Lee, Katie, Alicia, and Angelina to come," Fred said.

"And maybe we can get Oliver Wood to come," George said causing Harry to groan loudly.

"If he comes you won't be able to find me," Fred said giving his twin a nasty look.

"I'm only kidding. But knowing our luck he will show up," George said darkly.

"He can't be as bad as Mallory," Snape said.

"Wanna bet on that," Harry said.

"You don't know Mallory. If you did one thing wrong she would make you and the rest of the team run around the lake all the Sunday after," Sam said.

"I wasn't even on the team and she made me run just for walking Sam down to the lake," Crys said.

"Makes Oliver sound like a nice person," Fred said.

"What team did you play on?" Ginny asked.

"SLYTHERIN!!!" Sam, Snape, Crys, and Caroline said at once.

"You were in Slytherin?" Hermione said looking at Sam.

"All the way," Sam said smiling.

"You don't act like a Slytherin," Ron said.

"What does a Slytherin act like? You have not seen a Slytherin out side of class. When we're in our common we help each other with homework, we lookout for each other, we protect each other. I remember in my third year after I raped I was never alone I always had someone with me, and I mean the whole house would keep an eye on me even the first years helped shush they even walked me breakfast. They were there every step of the way," Sam said honestly. Everyone sat stunned by her statement.

"And if I get my hands around Maywethers' neck...," Snape said with such hatred that he even scared Sam and Caroline who didn't frighten easily.

"No need, Daddy and Uncle Jonathan already took care of him," Sam said.

"I thought you said your father was dead," Harry mumbled his face still buried in Sirius' neck.

"So I lied. Daddy didn't die he left and divorced Mama," Sam said with a shrug of her shoulders.

"We still need to go to Diagon Alley," Malfoy said.

"Do it tomorrow," Wolf said.

"But we need to get everything ready for the party," Mrs. Weasley said.

"Mibsey will have everything ready to go by the morning of," Snape said.

"Who?" Mrs. Weasley said.

"Mibsey the house-elf, she has tended to every birthday party for The Potter Family for at least three generation," Sam said shacking her head.

"You let a house-elf do that for you?" Hermione said.

"They have no chose in the matter, and neither do you," said a squeaky voice.

"Hi Mibsey," everyone but the Weasleys' and Hermione said.

"So, What'd I miss" she said staring pointedly at Harry and Sirius.

"Dog boy and the wolf have been pardoned. And the squad is back together," Jed said.

"Good now does that mean that young Mr. Potter is going to move into the estate?" Mibsey said her voice softening.

"Only if I can help it," Sam said with a sly smile appearing on her face.

"Good then the party will be held there as well as the reopening of the Potter Estate," Mibsey said with great authority.

"Mibsey, before you get to carried away, I was wondering if you would work with Molly and do this up right?" Sam said softly.

"Of course, since you've become Harry expand family I'll be more then happy to let you help this time," Mibsey said.

"First we need to now what food to make?"

"That's easy: pizza, nachos, subs. What else?" Sam said.

"Steak and kidney bean pie,..." Harry listed off the foods he liked and everyone add some of their own.

"Alright, what house are you in?" Mibsey asked.

"Stupid question, Mibs, he has more of his father in him you care to know," Sam said with a grin. Malfoy got up and walked out kitchen.

"I'll be right back," Harry said as he stood up and went to look for Malfoy. When he wasn't in the house Harry went out the front door. He saw Malfoy sitting in the grass facing away from him. He walked over and sat down next to him.

"What's wrong?" Harry said when he saw tears flowing down Malfoy's cheeks.

"Nothing," was his reply.

"Liar, tell me."

"You don't know how lucky you are to have people who care about you and will love you no matter what you do."

"I do know how lucky I am. Sometimes I think it's all a dream and I'll wake up any minute in my cupboard under the stairs. With Dudley and his gang waiting to hit me and chase me. I spent ten years what it would be like to have someone who cared about me not what was but me."

"Harry, you don't have to lie to me I'm not stupid," Malfoy said.

"I'm not lying to you, Draco. I'll even introduce you to them if you like," Harry replied sadly.

"Wow, sorry. My life isn't so nice ether. The only party's my parents throw are for show and they never have anything to do with me." They sat there in silence for a while then Malfoy stood up.

"I'm going to the tent for a nap, I'll see ya later," Malfoy said and walked away. Harry stood up and walked back inside.

"SHUT UP!" he shouted startling everyone in to silence. "I'm not trying to be mean but I think we should add another name to that banner," Harry said.

"Whose name?" Dumbledore said from a corner.

"Draco's," Harry said. The Group was in an up roar. Then a loud bang came Mibsey.

"Why?" she asked.

"Well, when's his birthday?" Harry asked.

"The day after yours," Crys said.

"There's one reason, the other is because he didn't have very good childhood. From what I got out of him, his was as bad as my own," Harry said looking nervous.

"He was probably lying to you, Harry," Ron said.

"No, he wasn't. You didn't see his face when I was talking to him. He looked almost like he was defeated and so lost. I can't really explain it," Harry said looking more lost then he did at the end of last term.

"That is the best reason I've heard since Sam asked me to include Tempest's name to her banner. Draco's name will be added to your banner and the invitations," Mibsey said kindly. She smiled on him and Sam then left with a pop.

"No one tell Draco about this I want it to be a surprise," Harry said looking pointedly at Ron, Fred, and George.

"Alright," everyone said.
