The Search For Life and Death

When Harry is rescued from the Dursleys, deaf, mute, and barely alive, the others must help him cope with years of abuse and his new disabilities. As a strange bond awakens between he and his friends, they all come into powers that haven't been seen in millennia, while suffering from dreams about strange artifacts and a white phoenix named Life, who holds the secret to Voldemort's destruction, or his victory.

While Sirius sits alone in Grimmauld Place thinking about bad decisions, Harry is forced to make a difficult one of his own. Meanwhile, Remus Lupin is in Dumbledore's office when he is joined by Hermione Granger and Arthur Weasley, who have some suspicions and fears to confess.
