Chapter 4
"You suspect us to believe that?" Malfoy spat, which he got a glare that that could kill from Kayla.
"Fine Malfoy if you don't believe us then I don't give a damn--wait I didn't give a damn to begin with. Well, Catlin we better get going, goodbye we'll see you all soon."
Erin stood up and walked to the door, "Carlson I never said I didn't believe you, just that's a pretty big story for me to believe. Now quit being stubborn and come back here." She turned around and sat back down but didn't look at Malfoy.
"So why did you lie to us?" Harry inquired.
"Because Dumbledore didn't want us to tell any of you, but all of you seemed suspicious of us. So Dumbledore let us tell you." Kayla said with a sigh.
"Well you've told us. Is that all you wanted?" Draco asked, sounding tired.
"Fu--" Erin got cut off by the look Catlin gave her, "Erin we should be leaving now."
"Fine, that stupid...." She trailed off and got up.
"Well, we'll see you all soon and Kayla you have to take our places in looking over them." Catlin said, getting up too.
"Like I said, I don't need to be looked over," Malfoy sneered.
"You son of a--" Erin started and once again stopped by Catlin, and they walked out of the Great Hall.
"Now on to Voldemort."

I wonder why Erin let Malfoy get to her today, she seemed like something was bothering her.... Harry thought walking back to the common room not even hearing what Ron was asking Kayla.
"Harry are you even listening to us?" Kayla asked, smiling at the look on his face.
"Wha - what?" he stuttered, his thoughts disappearing.
"Ron was asking Kayla about the WTC and she said that you might go there," Hermione spat.
"The WTC?" he asked in awe.
"Yes...well there's a few reasons why you wouldn't be able to go there yet...." Kayla trailed off looking up to the sky.
"Like Voldemort trying to kill me?" Harry said dryly.
Kayla glared at him, "Not just that, it is a very dangerous thing to be a spy. I don't think anyone would want to lose you."
"Malfoy wouldn't mind," he snickered.
"You don't know how much Malfoy needs you, or all of us."
"I still don't think Malfoy would mind," Harry muttered.
"You still don't see how important you are!?!?! Well, the hell with it! I give up!" And with that she ran to her room and her eyes were starting to water.

"Do you like Malfoy?" Catlin asked out of the blue in the elevator on the way to their rooms.
"What?"
"Do you like Malfoy?"
"Malfoy? You know we're not suppose to get involved with our jobs."
"So? You said you wanted to quit the spy business anyway, so it really doesn't matter if you go with someone you're protecting," Catlin mused.
"Catlin I do want to quit but you as much as I know that they wont let me quit. And I don't want to put him in any danger that comes with me." Erin had a sad tone to her voice, which Catlin noticed.
"Erin you couldn't do anything else, it wasn't your fault," Catlin said in a softer tone.
"I couldn't do anything else? Hell because of me he's dead."
Catlin couldn't tell if Erin was sad or angry because there was no emotion to her voice.
"It wasn't your fault."
"No not mine, Dumbledore's."

"Master I have a suspicion about the Carlson girl," Pettigrew hissed, standing at the door talking to none other then Voldemort, who was sitting with his back facing Pettigrew.
"And what is that suspicion Wormtail?" He got out of the chair and glided over to where Wormtail was standing.
"That her loyalty lies on the other side and not with you my lord."
"Well we'll just have to see about that," he had a grin full of malice when he said this, "pizamore!"
