A friend of mine had the brilliant idea that since Ms. Frizzle is magical, has red hair, and has relatives in the British Isles, the only logical explanation is that she's a Weasley! This story takes place in America and does not have many, if any, characters from the original series. Only the way magic works is the same. Enjoy!
