Realization

CH. 5

Fred and George were in their bedroom, deep in discussion of how to get their little sister together with Harry Potter.

"It won't be as fun as it was with Hermione and Ron. I mean, who knew Victor Krum was willing to help and write that phony letter for us?" George commented. "But Harry and Ginny hardly ever argue."

"It won't be as easy as it was to get Hermione and Ron together, either," replied Fred. "The Magical Matchmakers may have met our match."

"No!" gasped George dramatically. Just then, their door opened and an uneasy Ron came in.

He looked around the twins' bedroom nervously, almost as if he were expecting something to jump out and yell, "Boo!" (although it wouldn't shock him in the least) "Do you have a spare trick wand I can borrow? I want to see how you made it."

"Ah, yes!" cried George. "We had one ... tell me, dear twin, did Victor ever return it?"

"Yes, he did. I remember because Hermione had came with him and they looked so sweet together holding hands. Or should I start calling her 'Herm-own-ninny'?"

"Here it is," George cried triumphantly. He gave the wand to Ron, who then stalked out of the room. His face was bright red and he was fuming. "Fred, that was cruel. We may have just broke those two up. After all the work of getting them together."

"You know those two. One minute they are like cats and dogs; the next minute, they are lovebirds again. Who knows? We may have just resulted in their first kiss!" The brothers exchanged an evil grin and a high-five.

"Now about Ginny and Harry......"

"Perhaps you should just mind your own business about them," commented a voice from behind them. The twins turned around to see Harry, who had just came in. "As a matter of fact, I had intended to ask Ginny to be my girlfriend tomorrow afternoon."

"Oh, no, no!" cried Fred. "It's your sixteenth birthday, and the love of your life..."

"Yes, your plan is too simple!" Fred spoke up. "Do let us help!"

Harry groaned. What had he gotten himself into?
