Chapter 01 - Something's Never Change
09/09/2007“DADDY!” she yelled when she reached the entrance hall out of breath and saw her father walking out of the castle. He turned around and when he saw her running towards him, he opened his arms wide and she flung herself into his them. “This is just a nightmare!” Lily cried with her head nuzzled in her father’s chest. “Daddy,” she gasped, pulling away to look up at him. “Daddy, please, can’t you just make it go away like all the others?” she begged, looking into her father’s eyes, knowing the answer.
“This is not Hogwarts, Miss Evans. If you put a toe out of line you will not simply get a slap on the hand for bad behavior, you will be eliminated from this program. You will do as you are told and stay out of the way. Do make myself clear?” “Yes Ma’am,” Lily replied, a little fearful.
