Harry watches as Rose does something that amazes him. Sirius and Chrystal begin to deal with their loss. And a glimpse at what Lavender has been doing.

Harry guides his father through his Pensieve, the Order meets and comes up with a rescue strategy and Chrystal mourns the loss of her child.

The Covenant is formed and the rescue mission begins. But will it be as easy as everyone thinks?

The rescue mission continues with an unexpected outcome. The unexpected stranger is revealed and the anticipated Quidditch match - Puddlemere vs. Cannons, Harry vs. Weasleys occurs.

More investigation occurs into Rose's disappearance with mixed results. Harry feels frustrated at constantly being confined and lashes out in the only way he knows how, again with unexpected results. Draco makes some ground on his investigation into the prophecy.

Harry and Hermione must decide on their immediate future; a Christmas Ball, a ludicrous suggestion and could Snape possibly be showing interest in someone?

The Order gets down to business, the candidates for Minister are announced, a little bundle arrives and Tonks is gossiping about Snape!

Harry sits through an amusing dinner before being treated to a fencing display. The Quidditch League is cancelled as a result of Marcus' death and Harry receives a strange owl from Dudley requesting a meeting. Harry obliges and learns a little more than he bargained for requiring him to keep quiet about a few things that begin to plague his mind. The candidates for Minister of Magic interviews by the Wizengamot are announced and a cryptic answer to a question about Lily that I know has been bugging some people since chapter 28 of SoH!

Lavender breaks her promise to Seamus after she receives some distressing news, but what will the cost be to her? Lee Jordan has some news for the twins and Harry gets no further on his work about the traitor. Draco has a meeting with the Dark Lord who gives him a new assignment after which he finds solace in Ginny's arms. Lily and Sirius' private conversation is overheard.

Sirius must deal with the consequences of his actions. After deep contemplation he comes to a decision about his marriage, but is it the right one? Lily is finally revealed to someone outside the Order with almost no reaction. Can this be a good thing? Ron's search for Semuas and Lavender is fruitless, both are still missing. And what has Lavender seen in Seamus' room? Harry recieves another letter from Dudley causing him more suspicion about his cousins intentions.

Harry meets with Dudley and immediately discovers his secret, however Dudley is challenged with a bit more than he bargained for. Seamus is finally found and Harry and Ron go to visit him in St Mungos where everything is a little strange. Ron and Hermione finally get to spend some time together and something happens that could lead to disaster

Seamus' funeral occurs as a cloud closes over the wizarding world. Chrystal's mind raises doubts about Snape as she waits for Voldemort, Lily goes to surprise her sister, Lavender makes a resolution about her future and Ron receives a tip off as to Lavender's whereabouts. Resolution of a few cliffies, with a few more for you.

Ron finds Lavender, Lily confronts Petunia and Voldemort summons his Death Eaters and Dumbledore is left an unwanted surprise.

Harry gets a bit anxious about the baby, Dumbledore calls an emergency meeting of the Order, Draco makes a life-changing decision and Lavneder's guilt begins to get the better of her.
