Harry Potter and The Forbidden Forest

Harry was swept away in awhirl of wind as he escaped from the Dursleys. He landed safely in the Burrow. When he got up he saw Fred and George sitting on the coach and Ron being put into a seat by Charlie Weasley his older brother. No on else was in the room. Harry quickly asked if there was a way to board up the fireplace. Charlie boarded in up with a sweep of his wand.

Once that was done Charlie turned toward Harry looking very concerned. "Harry what happened? What's up with Ron and what took you so long to get through? Your cousin hold you up or something. Fred and George said everything was fine when they left. I was just about to come and get you."

Harry sat heavily down in a seat. He looked from the fireplace to the door and around the room. He turned to Charlie and said, "Where is everyone? I need to talk to your mum or dad. Ron will be fine in about a minute. How long until Sirius gets here?"

"Mum is out with Ginny getting school stuff. Dad is at work and so is Percy. Sirius will be here in about an hour so will Mum and Dad. Harry what's wrong."

Just then Ron jumped up and said, "Where is he?"

"What are you talking about Ron? Harry what's going on here."

Harry turned to Ron and said "I threw you into the fireplace and jumped in after you before he could do anything Ron, you're fine." He then turned to Charlie and said, "Charlie right before I came I looked into a Foe Glass and saw two cloaked figure becoming clearer and clearer. I ran down stairs and looked out the window and saw Voldemort and Lucius Malfoy walking toward my house. At that second Ron showed up. I sent Fred and George back with my stuff right away. I told Ron and he froze on the spot almost killing us both. Voldemort walked into the room and said he was going to kill us both. I threw Ron into the flames and screamed the Burrow for him. Then I threw something at Voldemort and jumped into the flames before Voldemort could do anything. I need to send Dumbledore a letter right away and we need to board up the house and get in touch with your mum and dad. Voldemort knows where I am and could be here any minute."

Charlie looked stunned at first but quickly recovered him self. "Alright Harry I have a plan. I will go and find Mum and Dad. Before I go I'll board up the house. I'll set some spells on the house and hope for the best. At 3:00 open the Fireplace we will all come threw that way. Once I leave I need you to point to the roof of the house with your wand and say 'Molfeyer,' that will let no one come in to the house by Apparating. Be careful and if you hear anyone coming into the house run and hide in the basement they will never be able to find you down there. We will be back in time to help you."

Charlie then turned to his brothers "Guys listen to me you can't panic if someone is coming into the house. You can't freeze up like you did at the Dursleys Ron. If you do You-Know-Who will get you. You must listen to Harry and keep it cool I'll be back in an hour hopefully with Mum and Dad maybe even Dumbledore. Sirius will be here soon to. Fred and George if you need to go into the basement go down one of the secret passageways. We will find you. Go into the safe room we will meet you there. If no one gets you in three days leave the room and run to the living room us the fireplace and go to my house don't look for us and if you find something bad keep going. You got it and remember don't freeze up."

Fred and George both replied yes very firmly. Ron looked confused and scared but agreed. Harry shook his head in reply. Charlie boarded the house up and Apparated right after wishing them good luck.

They just sat there for what seemed like days. Harry kept looking at his watch and watching the minutes go by getting more and more hopeful nothing was going to happen. Suddenly Harry heard a knock on the door. And then another. He turned quickly toward Fred and George who got up and walked to Ron and told him to get up. Harry told them to be quit and tiptoed toward the door. He peeked through a crack and show Voldemort and Lucius Malfoy. He ran back to the living room. "Fred George Ron it's him we have got to go lead the way."

"Right Harry follow us and watch your step. We got to go quickly before they get in the house," replied the twins simply. They got up and Ron followed quickly by Harry. They went down the stairs and had just reached the landing went they heard a boom. The twins started to run down a long corridor and Harry went to follow but Ron wouldn't move. Harry turned back and shook Ron, "Come on Ron your going to kill us you have to stay calm. Pretend we are playing tag down here or something." Ron snapped his head up and looked at Harry he nodded in agreement and followed Fred and George quickly. Just as they reached the end of that corridor they heard the door open to the basement and a voice direct two other people down different corridors. They all started to run he seemed like they were twisting and turning for hours before they reached a dead end.

"Fred George you've lead us to a dead end you morons now we are doomed."

"Shut your mouth Ron you don't know what we are doing." They both turned to the wall and pulled a brick out. Suddenly the dead end opened to show a massive room with nine beds in the room and enough food to feed an army for weeks. They ran in and as soon as they were both in Fred and George pulled a book in side the safe room and the door closed.

"Wow what is place and how come I never knew it existed? Is it safe here? Is it sound proof? Do Mum and Dad know it's here and what time is it," Ron asked.

"Yes Mum and Dad know it's here. They built during You-Know-Who's power. It is sound proof and we should be safe here for at least a couple of days. There are enough twists and turns in the basement to get those people lost easy. They will never suspect it. You didn't know about it because Mum always figured you'd be with us why tell anybody who doesn't need to know. And it's 3:00." They said that last statement with a lot of dread.

Harry knew what they were thinking their parents; brother and sister had just gotten home to find the living room deserted. They were probably searching the house as the spoke for Voldemort and had a slim chance of getting out of it alive. He knew they were no match for Voldemort and hoped they run in Malfoy or Wormtail instead and maybe stand a chance of getting to the safe room alive.

Harry sat in silence and finally fell asleep on the bed he was on. When he woke up Fred George and Ron were asleep. He looked at the time it was 7:00am, which meant there was a very slim chance of the Weasleys being alive since they weren't there yet. He took a deep breath and got some breakfast. As he was making breakfast, He saw a blinking lit on the other side of the room. He went over to it and pushed the button.

Suddenly a face appeared in a box. It was Mrs. Weasley. She looked up and him a smiled. Harry got Fred, George and Ron up and they all went over to the box.

Mrs. Weasley smiled at them and said, "Hello boys we were so worried that you wouldn't be okay. We went to Charlie's house after we saw you weren't in the living room we are all right. So don't worry about us. Percy didn't come here though and we can't get in touch with him or Sirius. We are hoping for the best with them but at least we know your okay know. You are okay right boys?"

"Yes Mum. But we don't know how we are going to get out of here. Voldemort and the Death Eaters are in the house. We are stuck in the safe room. What should we do?"

"Well if no gets you by tonight do what Charlie had planned in the morning before you do that talk to me though. We sent Aurors to get you and kill the death eaters but if they don't reach you by tonight Voldemort probably caught them. Be very carefully if you go and take the secret staircase all right. Don't open that safe box for anyone understand me. I don't know what I would do if You-Know-Who got you. I would fell so guilty. So be careful my babies. Your Dad and Charlie want to talk to you. Good-Bye."

Mrs. Weasley disappeared and Mr. Weasley reappeared. He looked like he hadn't slept a wink all night and was very shook up. "Hey boys. Be careful when you leave that room take all the secret passageways and always look before you turn a corner. If you see anyone stun them quickly and keep going don't stop for anything. If you see You-Know-Who turn around and go another way do not stun him. The point is for you to get out not to capture him. You understand, good then. Be careful and good luck." Mr. Weasley then disappeared and Charlie showed up.

"Listen Fred George you know those hidden staircases we made that lead right to the living room or bedrooms use them. That's the safest way. And remember what I said don't stop no matter who or what you see happening. I don't care if You-Know-Who is torturing Percy, keep going. It's better to have four people back and lose one then to lose all of trying to safe someone. You will probably see one those things I warned you about so be very careful. Good Luck guys."

The T.V turned off leaving the four of them to wait in silence. They made breakfast and lunch and before they knew it was dinnertime. Once dinner was over Fred and George looked at Harry and Ron and said, "The Aurors aren't coming. They've been captured and we need to think of a plan. We think we have one. Tomorrow we call mum and tell her we are leaving. Then we leave together. When we reach a dead end we will pull a brick and tell the two of you to go up the first staircase together. When you come out you will be in the living room leave right away. Don't wait for us. I don't care what you hear either. Understand."

Ron spoke for the first time in hours and said "But were are you guys going? Tell me that at least. Don't leave me in the dark that much. How long will we being waiting for you before you show up in the Charlie House."

"Ron we will wind up in our bedroom if all goes well we will be there in 5 minutes. Don't worry about us alright."

Ron nodded and turned away. The twins fell asleep in a few minutes but Harry lay awake thinking about tomorrow. He knew there was a slim chance of them all getting out all right. He knew the twins' plan was the smart thing to do. But he thought he should be taking the dangerous route. Voldemort was after him not the twins or Ron. He felt guilty but knew it was no use arguing over these. He knew the twins would probably be okay because they definitely had more secret passages then they let on. He still felt he should be the one taking the dangerous path not Fred and George. As he thought he noticed Ron's snoring was missing. He turned over to look at Ron and saw him sitting in his bed.

"Ron what's the matter? Why aren't you asleep yet?" Harry asked.

"The same reason you aren't Harry I don't want Fred and George going all the way upstairs. I think I should go up there. If it weren't for me they wouldn't be in this mess. You-Know-Who isn't after them at all. I have something to tell you Harry can you keep a secret?" Ron asked.

"Sure Ron I won't tell anyone. I never have and I won't know. What is up?"

"Well Harry I have been getting letters and so has Hermione. We didn't want to tell you because we know you are going to blame yourself. The letters aren't good and we haven't told anyone, not our parents, brothers, sisters, friends or even Dumbledore. We don't want to be locked away with guards watching our every move. The letters are threats from You-Know-You. They say things like 'After Harry we are going to come for you,' 'you're a threat to us know as well,' 'You have befriended the wrong people.' So he is after us as well."

Harry looked stunned for a moment. Then he quickly looked at Ron and said, "You have to tell your parents and Dumbledore Ron. If you don't tell anyone he is bound to get you. If you tell your parents you'll have protection. They'll know to watch their backs and yours. You can put spells on the house to protect you and make sure nothing can ever happen to you or anyone you love. You must tell them as soon as we get back and show them the letters."

"Alright Harry I just didn't want to start a panic or get my parents to scared. I'll tell them when things calm down a little once we get back. You Tell Hermione to do the same. Oh well I hope I can go to sleep alright tonight."

"Yeah good night Ron. Tell your Mum and Dad as soon as we get back. Don't wait for things to calm down then it might be to long. Sleep well Ron."

Harry fell asleep with Ron's snoring in the background.

"Harry get up we are calling Mum and we'll be out of here in two minutes." Harry awoke with a jolt remembering what they have to do. He got scared and didn't want to move but slowly got out of the bed and got dressed.

Harry went over to the screen and pressed the call button. In a second Mrs. Weasley's face showed up on the screen. She looked worried sick and gasped with surprise when she saw Harry's face. "Harry," she exclaimed with surprise, "I've been waiting for you. No sign of the Aurors last night. Well I guess you have to go then. Get Ron, Fred and George for me."

Harry turned around and called them over. Mrs. Weasley went on "I want you to be safe boys. Don't do anything to risky. Watch your step and remember everything I told you yesterday. I miss you and love and please hurry back and be safe." She sniffed and turned to Harry, "Harry dear, Sirius is here he showed up last night along with Percy. They are both fine and Sirius wants to talk to you."

Mrs. Weasley disappeared and Sirius's face showed up. He looked grave and sad and looked at Harry in the face and said, "Harry listen very closely to me. You must watch your back. If you see a dog, frog, bear I don't care what it is I need you to run. Voldemort has animal spies out there as well. Be careful not to get unfocused. And in the case someone catches you and you can't run do anything to fight for yourself Harry. Your stronger then anyone wants to let on. If you wanted to you could probably successful complete Avada Kedavra. I know you don't want to think about that and avoid it at all costs but if you need to you can. Good Luck Harry and be careful and you too Ron." Sirius disappeared but the screen did not turn off.

Mrs. Weasley's face showed up again and this with time steady tears coming down her face. She looked the most sad Harry could ever imagine a person. He looked like she was trying to gain composer of herself but couldn't and finally gave up. She turned toward the screen and said with great difficulty, "Boys I need you to beeee verry verry careful for me." She took a deep rattling breath. "I don't know what I or your father would do if anything happened to any of you. I couldn't imagine going on if something happened to every one of you. Please be very careful. I love you Fred, George, Ron and you too Harry."

Fred and George shifted uncomfortably were they stood. Harry looked at his feet. Ron looked at his mother and for the first in Harry's knowing him he saw him cry. "I love you to mum. I'll be okay don't worry. We will all be there soon don't worry."

Fred and George said they loved her to and looked like they wanted to cry. Harry was to choked up and afraid to say anything. He just nodded and turned away from the screen.

It turned off and they all stood there in silence. Harry looked at the other three and said with as much strength as he could muster "Come on lets go and get out of here the sooner the better. Ron don't worry we've been in worse problems. Fred George I know you've been in trouble bigger then this before somewhere. If we keep our wits about us we will be fine."

Fred stepped forward and unlocked the door and slowly pushed it open.

They all stepped out into the hallway and were relieved to see no one standing in the hallway. Fred led the way this way and that always looking before they went. They got to a dead-end and Fred pulled a stone reviling two stone staircases. Fred nodded toward Ron to up one as he went up another.

When Harry stepped into the staircase the wall closed behind him. They walked for what seemed like days when they reached another wall. Harry looked at Ron confused.

Ron turned to Harry and said, "I know what stone to pull but doesn't this seem to easy there must be a trick somewhere and I really don't want to go out this door. I think someone is out there. It's to easy."

"Ron we have to take our risks go pull that rock. Now Ron!"

Ron sighed and pulled the rock. They stepped back as the wall swung open slowly. Nothing was there. Ron grabbed the flow powder and threw it into the fire. He looked reluctantly into it. He looked toward the staircase and the to Harry. "Harry maybe we should wait for them. No one's here we are safe."

"NO Ron! You need to leave. They are all right. Go Ron they don't want us to wait for them." Ron turned to the fire and stepped into it he screamed "Charlie's" and just then a yell issued from upstairs. Harry turned around and heard another from the staircase. He knew it was Fred and George but he knew they wanted him to go. Then he heard footsteps. The Death Eaters must of heard Ron scream.

Harry jumped into the fire and said "Charlie's." In a wipe of smoke he was gone.
