~OotP spoilers~ Harry's having a miserable summer after his godfather's death. It appears his summer might turn for the better when a former DADA teacher moves in next door and tells him he has two relatives he never knew about.

Harry sees a suspicious-looking bruise on a young boy's back and believes the child is being abused. He decided to investigate and runs into a problem. The boy's father has Diplomatic Immunity. In spite of this Harry is still determined to get the child into a loving home.
