The Green Flame Torch has the power to remove any wizard/witch's magical abilities. It turns them into Muggles. Voldemort has the torch and he plans to use it on Harry. Now it's up to the Order to get the torch before Voldemort can use it. That would of been simple, if the person who was supposed to snitch it got himself captured by the Death Eaters.
