When they got to Hogsmeade, Hermione went off with Ron and Harry to the Three Broomsticks. Parvati and Lavender went straight to Quality Quidditch Supplies to buy the books. They went up to the counter to find an old wizard there and they asked, "Do you have the revised copy of Quidditch Through the Ages? "

"Yes, I have two left," the old wizard said. "They are in the back, let me go get them. I will be back in a moment," he said as he went through the door.

Right then, Lavender and Parvati saw Oliver, Fred, and George, walking up the cobblestone path. They were coming into Quality Quidditch Supplies! "Oh no! Duck back here!" Lavender said, pulling Parvati behind a stack of boxes.

They went up to the counter and asked the old wizard, (who had Parvati and Lavender's books) "Do you have any of the revised Quidditch Through the Ages books?" Oliver asked the old wizard.

"I'm so sorry boys but I promised these two books to those two girls over there," the old wizard said pointing the spot where Lavender and Parvati used to stand. "Where did they go?"

"Oh well, thank you anyways, I will just have to get one later, come on Fred, come on George, let's go look at the new Nimbus 2001's. They are on the other side room," Oliver said looking slightly downfallen but cheered up at the mention of Nimbus 2001's.

Then, Parvati and Lavender crept out from behind the boxes and went to the counter. The old wizard had just come back from the back room. "Can we have our books please?" Lavender asked.

"I just put them in the back room, let me go get them for you again," the old wizard said as he started walking back to the back room.

"Wow...those Nimbus' really have good acceleration..." a voice said that was coming from the other side of the room.

"Oh no! Come on Parvati!" Lavender said, "It's him!" she whispered as they went back behind the boxes.

"Oh no! Where did they go again?" the old wizard said coming back from the back room.

"Excuse me sir? Could you please tell me who bought the last Quidditch Through the Ages book? I want to go and buy it from them," Oliver said.

"Oh! There they are! They are right behind the boxes! What are you doing back there?" the old wizard scolded.

Parvati and Lavender ran out from behind the boxes and out of the store. Three seconds later, Parvati and Lavender ran back in the store, Parvati went straight to the old wizard, and paid for the books. Lavender stayed in the doorway and just sort of started gazing at Oliver, who was gazing back. Parvati ran out of the store with the books but Lavender was just sort of...standing there. Parvati came back in, grabbed Lavender by the arm and dragged her through the door.

Then, when they got outside, Lavender started freaking out. "He was looking at ME!! Not you! Not the Nimbus 2001's...but ME!!!"

"Yes, yes, yes, we all saw Lavender! Now, can we please get some butterbeer before I FREEZE to death!" Parvati said as they entered The Three Broomsticks. Immediately, Parvati saw Harry sitting at a table with Ron and Hermione. She went over to them and said, "Look! I got the revised copy of Quidditch Through the Ages!"

Harry and Ron dropped their butterbeer and stared at the book. "Where did you get that?" Harry asked.

Parvati's heart fluttered and she thought, 'He talked to me! Harry Potter talked to ME!' "Quality Quidditch Supplies..." Parvati answered coolly.

"Do they have any left?" asked Harry.

"Nope...these are the last ones," Parvati said. "Right, Lavender?" When there was no response, Parvati turned around to see Lavender running out of The Three Broomsticks and towards Oliver Wood. "Oh no...Lavender! Get back here!" Parvati said running after her.

"Uhhh...Harry? Uhhh...you have butterbeer on your robes..." Ron said. "Stop looking at her! She doesn't fancy you!"

"Ha! Ha! Ha!" Hermione laughed uncontrollably and collapsed in a fit of giggles. She fell off of her seat and started pounding the floor with her fist, still laughing uncontrollably. "Parvarti...fancies...you!" she tried to say in between giggles.

"Ok Hermione, you've had too much butterbeer, time to go to Zonko's and Honeydukes!" Harry said helping her to her feet. "God I hate it when girls giggle like that."

"YIPEE! We're going to Honeydukes!" Ron said leaping out of his chair.

When they were outside, Harry asked Hermione, "What were you saying about Parvati when you were laughing uncontrollably?" Then, Hermione started to giggle again and then, she started to laugh uncontrollably. "Okay! Just forget I asked..." Harry said frustrated. "What did you say about her?"

"It's none of my business!" Hermione said as they entered Honeydukes.

"You said it! What about Parvati?" Harry asked as he pulled 4 chocolate frogs off of the shelf.

"Yummy! Chocolate frogs!" Ron said helping himself to about 19. "Ohhh...Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans!!! Yum!"

Then, they left to go to Zonko's Harry had seemed to forget about what Hermione had said when he saw Filibuster Fireworks, five fireworks for two Knuts.

After Ron and Harry and stocked up on enough Filibuster Fireworks, and dungbombs to last them for about twelve years, they decided to go back to The Three Broomsticks for one last butterbeer before they went back to Hogwarts. They noticed that Lavender and Parvati were sitting at a nearby table. Hermione invited them to join her, Ron, and Harry. Then, they noticed that Oliver, Fred and George had just walked in and were headed towards their table. "Oh my goodness! He's coming over here!" Lavender whispered to Parvati.

"Hey everyone...hey Lavender," Oliver said grabbing and seat and sitting in between Lavender and Harry. Then, he noticed that Parvati was sitting at the table too. He nudged Harry and Harry started to blush.

When they were all done, they decided to go back to the castle all together. Oliver and Lavender got up first and started walking through the door. When they crossed the threshold, with Parvati and Harry right behind them, they heard Fred and George laughing. "What's so funny?" asked Oliver.

They couldn't stop laughing, but Fred pointed up. There, Oliver saw...mistletoe. Then, Oliver kissed Lavender 'Oh my God! Oliver Wood is kissing me! I think I'm going die! Wow...he is a good kisser!' Lavender thought.

'Oh my God! I am kissing Lavender Brown! She is such a good kisser!' Oliver thought. When they broke off the kiss, quite reluctantly, Lavender stepped back, looked into Oliver's eyes and fainted.

"Oh no! Lavender! Sweetheart? Wake up!" Oliver said as he was kneeling down beside her, taking her hand is his.

"Sweetheart? SWEETHEART? Oliver! Is there something you need to tell us? Does the mighty Gryffindor Captain have a sensitive side? Is he going to become a softie, sappy, romantic guy?" George teased.

"Oliver! Is it true?! You love something besides Quidditch? Now I've seen everything! Now all I need to see is three-headed headed named Fluffy and a two-headed house-elf and I've seen everything," Fred teased.

Ron, Harry, and Hermione gave each other uneasy glances and started bust into laughter.

"Sweetheart?" Harry said, "You didn't tell me you had a pet name for her!"

"Excuse me, Mr. Potter! I noticed that you walked under the mistletoe with Parvati and I don't see YOU kissing HER!" Oliver said.

Then, Harry leaned forward and kissed Parvati. When he broke off the kiss, Parvati said, "Why did you stop?"

"I was just thinking the same thing," replied Harry, leaning in for another kiss. When they broke off, again, Harry took Parvati's hand and they headed for the Shrieking Shack. And everyone knows that is where people go to snog.

Then, after they left, Fred, George, Hermione and Ron turned their attention back to the fainted Parvati and the worried looking Oliver.

"Oliver! I haven't seen you this worried since our last Quidditch match!" Fred teased.

"Shut-up Weasley," Oliver said.

"I bet you just want to kiss her right now..." George said.

"Not a bad idea, thanks George!" Oliver said as he kissed Lavender and she woke up.

Then, Oliver took Lavender's hand and led her towards the Shrieking Shack.

"Looks like Hogwarts' two newest couples have formed in front of our eyes," Ron said.
