Barely two weeks after returning to the Dursley's at the end of OotP, Harry contracts a summer fever, has a strange vision, and lands in St. Mungo's for a day. But hey, at least it gets him away from Privet Drive, right? A summer spent with the Weasley's and Hermione at the Order's new headquarters proves very interesting, as Harry meets Fred's new girlfriend, an American girl Lupin pulled out of the sea, and the strange pet she acquires from Knockturn Alley.... Once school starts, the strangeness continues, with new courses being offered, a new addition to Hogwarts who is neither student nor teacher, but a little bit of both, and a DADA professor never seen outside his rooms during the daytime after the first day of classes....
