The Second War

As the story opens, the Death Eaters have escaped Azkaban, Voldemort has returned to Wiltshire and the remaining Malfoys receive an unexpected surprise. War has not yet begun, but Lord Voldemort comes to the understanding that a certain musical event might be the thing he needed for the beginning of the greatest war in a millennium. This is the beginning of the Second War against Voldemort.

In the second chapter detailing the summer before Harry's sixth year and the beginning of the Second War, Harry finds himself in the middle of a deadly crossfire between Snape and some Weasleys. Meanwhile, Ron is malicious with Hermione, Harry finds out something of importance, and Ginny has something up her sleeves that will give them unpredecented access into the Order of the Phoenix.

As we follow the beginning of the war, the night of the day when Harry was taken by the Order to the Order Headquarters (July 29), a series of events leave Kreacher to a new master, a dinner party is thrown, and a certain jealous person runs away from home and lands himself in a large amount of trouble. Witness a return into Knockturn Alley and Borgin and Burkes and Harry's first adventure into Diagon Alley in three years.

As July 30th opens, Ron leaves the hideout in a mad rage. Meanwhile, Harry dreams of rampant snogging. Voldemort, now hiding in Wiltshire, makes his first appearance and makes a mess out of it.

As July 30th continues, the search for Ron Weasley begins. As soon as they enter Regent's Park, a battle ensues between Arthur Weasley and three Death Eaters. Meanwhile, Lord Voldemort has some fun with Hit Wizards and something comes by owl.
