Thanks for being such a big help through all this, but I'm going to get rid of the baby. There's no way I could deal with it all just now and we'd have to tell James and Remus if I kept it. Hope you understand.

Severus,

Thanks for helping me out with everything that's gone on, but I'm getting rid of the baby. I'm pretty sure it's not yours, but I thought I'd let you know. Thanks again.

Lily.

L - Hey. No, aborting the baby is fine with me. It'll save a lot of hassle and neither of us is ready. But thanks for telling me. And you don't need to thank me for being there - you know you can count on me for anything if you ever need me.

- Sirius B.

Lily: What do you mean you're getting rid of the baby? It's an innocent. Please think about it before you do. I understand that it would be easier, but have you actually thought about any of this?

Severus.

Severus,

Yes, I have actually. Also, it's none of your business and I am going to do this no matter what you say. In case you aren't looking at me, I'm poking my tongue out at you in a very evil-type manner.

Lily.

Lily: Fine, whatever. Do what you like. I don't even care anymore. But answer me this: is this the end of our friendship?

Severus.

Severus,

Yes, I guess it is. Go away now. I'm not talking to you.

Lily.

Sirius,

Thanks for supporting me. I know I don't have to say it, but I like to. You're one of my best friends. Now I think we should put everything behind us and sort out our relationships, agreed?

Lily.

L - Ok. Do you want me to come with you when it happens? I'd rather not, if it's all the same with you, but if you want me there I'll come.

- Sirius B.

Don't worry about it. I'm not writing back now, because I'm not very good at Transfiguration, unlike you and James. I'm sending you an evil glare with this note.

Lily.

L - Ok, then. In case you're not looking at me, I'm laughing at your glare (which, by the way, looks more seductive than anything). We're going to need to tell them, aren't we? I mean, I heard somewhere that relationships are based on trust. Write back, please!

I suppose you heard that in the same place you heard that dogs were a man's best friend, and that 'he who can be killed by sugar should not be killed by poison'. Well, tell Remus if you like, but I won't tell James I cheated on him. Not with you - you're his best friend. I couldn't do that to him, even if you could. I'm sorry, but I don't think it's the best thing to do. Honesty isn't always the best policy. And I do not look seductive!
