Characters By Writing Style:-

Professor Snape (Severus)

Professor Trelawney (Sybill)

Professor McGonagall (Minerva)

I foresaw that you were going to pass me a note Severus.

No I wasn't.

But you just did.

I was only replying to you.

Did I say that you were going to pass me the first note?

Well of course I had to pass you a note then.

No you didn't.

What do you want Sybill? Did you foresee my horrible and tragic death by any chance?

Oh you will only die a horrible and tragic death if you remain single.

I see.

If you marry, then you can escape such a terrible and painful death.

Of course.

Perhaps I can save you from such a vile fate.

Right. Well I can see where this is going.

How can you turn down such an offer Severus?

Honestly Minerva, where are your manners? Don't snatch.

Oh Severus lighten up.

Leave me alone.

I think Severus would love to marry you Sybill.

Oh he has no real choice. Fate will intervene. The day will come sometime in late May.

I look forward to witnessing that wonderful day.

Stop it.

Well, well. Look who's snatching now?

Don't encourage her.

I don't think she needs any encouragement.

Well you're not helping.

I know. It's amusing.

Don't be so grumpy Severus. You cannot fight destiny.

Leave me alone you crazy old bat!

Now, now, Severus. You won't be able to talk to me like that when we are married.

Yes Severus, you really shouldn't call your future wife names.

You're loving this aren't you?

More than you know. That's interesting. Draco Malfoy is gazing at the Gryffindor table again.

He is not. Do not insult my house members.

I am not. I think he's realised that the best of the bunch are in my house.

I seriously doubt that he sits there and thinks, "yes, the most attractive students are all in Professor McGonagall's house".

Actually he does.

Stop it.

Is that right Sybill?

Well, maybe not exactly like that, but I am picking up some of his romantic vibes and they seem to be heading towards Harry Potter.

Really? This is interesting isn't it Severus?

No it's not. Draco Malfoy is not gay.

Perhaps you are right. Harry is sitting between a red haired girl and that Hermione Granger. It may be aimed at one of them.

Ginny or Hermione? Well, well, you learn something new everyday.

I don't think Mr Malfoy has any interests in the Gryffindor table. Certainly not towards Miss Granger, she's a muggle born and no Malfoy would ever take a romantic interest in them.

He wouldn't stand a chance against Ron Weasley anyway. I have heard that Hermione and Ron are now a couple.

Please don't make me vomit.

You are correct Minerva. Although I think Ron Weasley could have made a better choice. Someone who also has the gift of the inner eye.

I don't think Mr Weasley has much of an inner eye. He doesn't pay much attention to his outer eyes.

You're just jealous that there's no future seer in your house.

I am not. They're all mad.

That's a shame because I can sense seer qualities in at least two Slytherins.

I hadn't finished. They're all madly wonderful people.

Madly wonderful people? That doesn't even make sense.

Yes it does.

So if all seers are "madly wonderful people", I guess that's how you see Sybill.

Errr.

Do you see that Sybill? Looks like you'll be getting your spring wedding after all.

I knew it was coming.

Oh stop it. I'm off to teach Potions now. At least I will have some intelligent minds to work with this afternoon.

Oh yes, you have my Gryffindors this afternoon.

With my Slytherins. It was them I was referring to actually.

You may want to keep Draco Malfoy away from Harry Potter, just in case my first instinct was correct.

Whatever you say Sybill. Goodbye.
