Much love and thanks to all of my wonderful, beautiful reviewers! Without you guys I'd hardly have any motivation for writing. Special thanks to 'Mione, my beta and my plotbunny. ^^

Severus Snape wandered the halls, in a very bad mood. Minerva had asked him to patrol the halls while they were at Dumbledore's office, and Snape couldn't refuse "just because he felt like it" in front of the headmaster. He sighed, wondering why she hadn't asked Argus instead. He liked punishing students, oddly enough. This was his kind of job.

It was getting quite late and Snape wanted to go to sleep, so he decided to head back to the dungeons. No students were up this late (or early, depending on how you looked at it), anyway. He didn't get far, though, before he heard voices coming from one of the classrooms. Snape inwardly groaned and walked over to the door.

"I'm really glad we're doing this, guys," said Hermione Granger.

'Guys? Oh no,' thought Snape, not going inside the room for his own good.

"Yeah, me, too," said Harry Potter, the Boy Who Snuck Out To Snog Fellow Classmates, apparently.

"I'm happy you guys are so willing to teach me, since I'm so inexperienced at... this," added Ron, sounding embarrassed.

'So it's Granger, Potter, and Weasley. How very nasty, yet somewhat predictable.' Snape was completely surprised when another voice spoke up. Just how many people had snuck out?

"Besides what I've learned from my mum, I'm pretty new at this, too," Ginny Weasley said, sounding a bit shy.

Snape, a part from being totally disgusted, was curious. 'Maybe I'll just stay by the door and listen for a while...'

"Ginny, could you come here for a second? I want you to try something," Hermione said politely. There was a moment of silence, then Ginny squealed.

"Ooh, Hermione! That was wonderful! Where did you learn that?"

"Oh, well, I was just going through some of my mum's old stuff, and remembered it for tonight."

"Can we see, Hermione?" Ron asked, speaking for Harry and himself.

"Sure," Hermione replied. There was silence, and then Ron said, "Uh... maybe you two should do this. Harry and I can go do something more... manly."

Hermione giggled. "Oh, go ahead. You can still watch if you want to, though."

"What do you say, Ron?" Ginny asked.

"Sure, why not. You know how excited this sort of thing makes them."

"Oh, please. You guys are the ones who always beg us to do things like this."

"And you're always willing to," Ron replied cheekily.

"That's enough, you two," Hermione said, hiding a smile. Those two always bickered, but they knew they loved each other. "Let's get started, shall we, Ginny?"

"You bet." Harry and Ron walked away and what Snape heard the next few minutes were phrases from Hermione and Ginny.

"So," Ginny said shyly, "what are we going to start out with?"

"Here," Hermione said. "If you want, you can rub and knead that for me. Ooh, yes just like that!"

Ginny giggled. "Mm, that's awfully soft."

"Uh huh," Hermione replied, a bit breathless. "Now, if you don't mind, I'm just going to put this in here..."

"Gods, Hermione, this is so hot!"

It was Hermione's turn to giggle. "Well, of course it is." It was quiet for a while until Ginny spoke up.

"Wow, Hermione, you sure are... well, wet."

"Look who's talking," Hermione said, obviously smiling. Snape was sickened when he heard groans from the boys.

"Hey, Hermione? When do we get to... you know, try... this."

"I thought you said you wanted to do something more 'manly'," Hermione replied stubbornly to Ron.

"Aw, c'mon, Hermione! You know I didn't mean it. Besides, who cares if this isn't manly?"

Hermione sighed. "Well, come over here, then." Snape had no idea what Hermione and Ginny were doing to them, but the boys both let out groans of satisfaction.

"Well, they do say that this is a way to a man's heart," Ginny said, amused.

Snape, realizing how long he had been standing at the door, decided to go in and spoil their little "party". 'I am a *very* brave man,' he thought as he opened the door. What he saw was most definitely not what he had expected, though.

The four students were all standing around a counter of some sort in their pajamas. On the counter were several little pastries all sitting on a pan. Harry and Ron's seemed to be devouring the pastries. Hermione realized someone had opened the door, looked over towards Snape, and gasped. They boys did the same, their mouths still full. Ginny, at a loss for words, held up one of the baked goods and mumbled, "Muffin, Professor?"

Snape, gaining his composure, glared and said, "No, you foolish Gryffindors! Do you have any idea what time it is? Get back to your dormitories immediately, and you will be serving detention with Mr. Filch on Saturday. I will inform your Head of House about this, and I'll let her deal with you from there. Now go!" The students quickly gathered up their things and headed towards the Gryffindor Tower, disappointed.

"Well," Hermione said, trying to be cheerful, "At least we still have the muffins!" Ginny, Ron, and Harry groaned and walked over to their rooms.
