Dear Ginny,

Don't feel bad about what you did. It is all in the past. In my vast experience that's where it belongs- when it happened. Yes my hopes are high but Hubble Telescope? Maybe I just want the one thing that I haven't had EVER and now I do. Harriet/Faith came up to me yesterday and asked me if I knew something no one else did so thank you for telling me who she is and vice versa. So I told her I knew who she is and I would like to get to know her more, if that is alright with you, I've already missed fifteen years of her life and I don't want to miss anymore. I don't want to end up not getting to know her on the level I want to. As for you saying forgiveness there is no forgiveness required do you realise? Maybe your mother will be a bit miffed at you for not telling her but she'll get over it-eventually. Ron is walking on air at the moment and he's getting more things right everyday I'm guessing it's Hermione's influence, which we shall all be thankful for he's not the prat he used to be!

I'm guessing my poetic side came out after you left which is very stupid of me but it's not that great. But I still am glad that we have opened the lines of communication again. It would be terrible for everyone if you never contacted us again. If this is all you can do its okay just as long as I can talk to you. Yes I have to agree that the Malfoy's going down wasn't a huge surprise to me but they went down fighting like always it is just that this time it was more then a school yard fight this was a legal matter that we won. I understand that you had more than yourself to consider but not even a note? Your mum cried for days and all your brothers were shocked their baby sister ran away. As for me I thought the worst things imaginable and now I know you're not dead but very alive I wish you would come back not just for me but also for your family's sake and Faith's. Also can Faith change her name from Harriet in the records? I know I shouldn't be the one who asks but she asked me that yesterday and I said the person to ask was you. Thank you for the compliments about my teaching abilities but I was just getting out of everyone what was already there but I guess I am doing exactly the same here. As for me on a pedestal they will get a rude shock when they find out I am just like everyone else HUMAN not some god or something just a normal person. Our daughter wow -it feels weird to write that but a good weird not a bad weird- is the only new transfer student to act as if I'm just any other normal person.

Minerva just came on so I had to stop writing for a bit and told me something that astounds me- I'm Gryffindor's new Head of House. Can you believe that I mean I knew she was relinquishing the duty because she became Headmistress but choosing me... at least I can cheer for our Quidditch team. Okay I am blown away here. First thing I am going to do after I finish this letter is go and tell Faith (see I'm not shying away from her!) then I'll write to Ron, Hermione, Parvarti, your parents and a few of our crowd. But you're the one that's the furthest away and I would've loved you get the wonderful news first.

I was just wondering about the ring maybe if you came back... I don't know anyway it's a good idea about the ring. I'll get Patil back but you know what she's like when she gets going. I promise that I will keep the press at bay when they find out about Faith. The language is French now it's up to you to find out what it means.
