Double Standard

Ginny discovers that Harry has cheated on her during the War and is furious when Hermione--one of the ones he shagged--actually thinks she can criticise her for being upset because of it.

Ginny still will not accept Harry and it makes him angry, hurt and frustrated. She finally manages to confront Ron and Hermione about their parts in causing her present unhappiness.

Ginny owls Harry to come see her, and sets down the conditions for her to take him back. One is especially daunting, but he wants her back so badly that he agrees to it.

After the Unbreakable Vow is performed, Harry and Ginny sit down to discuss wedding plans with Molly. Everyone but Hermione is surprised at Ginny's ultimate choice for her honour attendant. Her choice comes to stay with her and Ginny suspects the worst when she finds her and Harry together; Harry assures her otherwise (after all, they were just talking) but she is still--understandably--skeptical.

Harry manages to assure Ginny where Susan is concerned, at least for the moment, but another problem crops up when they least expect it--and he fully expects to be hexed. A short time later, he and Ron go to have their dress robes fitted. Not long after that, Harry makes an impromptu visit to Ginny while she's trying on her wedding dress and not surrounded by her attendants, even though he's technically not supposed to.

On top of everything else, Harry discovers Ginny getting cozy with Draco in the midst of preparing for his wedding to her. She assures him nothing is going on, but he is predictably jealous and openly warns Draco to keep a respectful distance...all the same, he doesn't want any more trouble with Ginny, so he decides to invite the one-time Slytherin to their wedding.

Three days before their wedding and tired of both making wedding plans and Molly keeping them apart, Ginny devises a plan to kidnap Harry so they can be alone again. In the end, she gives him a VERY pleasant surprise and an equally big regret.
