Hiee everyone! This is my first fic submitted on Schnoogle, because ff.net is too nit-picky and they let just any old crappy fic on there. But Schnoogle is a lot better and KICKS ARSE! *a big suck up* ^^

"How dare he!" Draco slammed his fist against the wardrobe, which made a nice clattering sound. His father could probably hear him all the way from his office.

"Draco?" Lucius popped his head through the door. "Is something the matter?"

"Potter," Draco hissed, "and all his muggle-loving friends hexed me on the train."

"Why?"

"Well," Draco went pink right above his cheekbones, "I was just telling that mudblood Granger--," Lucius nodded approvingly at his son's vocabulary, --"to watch her back. I told her that the Dark Lord would get her next." Draco smirked. "Diggory was the first." Draco folded his arms and pouted. "Then they hexed me."

"You look fine."

"Mother already healed me."

"Don't worry, Draco. The Dark Lord will come up with another plan to capture the Potter boy," Lucius said, ruffling Draco's hair. Draco batted away the hand and scowled. He hated how Lucius did it in that 'parents-think-is-really-funny-but-kids-hate-it' way.

"I hope so," Draco said. "What will the Dark Lord do to Potter when he captures him?" he asked, obviously excited.

"Kill him," Lucius said in an off-hand sorta voice.

"Ohhh!" said Draco gleefully. "I wanna help!" He was now jumping up and down.

Lucius nodded and walked toward the fireplace.

"I think it's time for you to join our master," he said, and lit a fire in the grate.

He threw a black powder into the fire, and it turned a deep purple. Lucius slipped a dagger form his pocket, and made a cut on his arm where the Dark Mark was. He held his arm over the fire and let the blood drip into it.

'Dark Magic,' Draco thought. That it was. Suddenly a head appeared in the fire.

"What is it Lucius?" it snapped. This was obviously Lord Voldemort.

"My Lord, my son is ready to join you."

"Is that him?" Voldie nodded at Draco.

"Yes, M'Lord, that's Draco."

"Ahhh... He looks very much like you, Lucius," said Voldie with a snake-like smile that was oh-so Voldie.

"Thank you."

"He goes to school with the Potter boy, does he not?"

"Yes, I do," said Draco, speaking for the first time.

"Do you hate Potter?" Voldie asked.

"With every bone in my body, and I will do whatever you say in order to see him die."

"Very good, my boy. Bring him to tomorrows meeting and he shall receive his mark." Then he vanished. Voldie was not one for good-byes.

"Well, Draco, this is quite an honor for someone as young as you. I am very pleased," Lucius said after mending his cut.

"Thank you, Father," said Draco. "What shall I do to prepare for tomorrow night?"

"Wear black," he said, and then headed in the direction of his office.

"But I always wear black!" Draco called after him.

Draco stood in front of his large silver mirror, admiring his perfect form.

"Hmmm..." said Draco to himself, resting his hand on his chin thoughtfully. His assessment of clothing included: Black leather pants, a black shirt, a black leather jacket, Doc Martens, and black sunglasses, even though it was night time. All the black fit his pale complexion perfectly, but answer me this, what DOESN'T look good on ickle Drakkikin-diddums, secksay as he is?

"Draco, come ON!" His father was getting impatient. Couldn't Lucius see that he wanted to look perfect tonight?

Draco trampled down the stairs almost knocking his mother off her feet. She whistled as he ran by.

"Cya, Mum!" he called over his shoulder.

Lucius was waiting for him tapping his foot. So was--

"Hello, Professor Snape!" said Draco excitedly and hugged a startled Snape.

"Ahh... this is unexpected," he said and patted Draco on the head.

Both men (as in Lucius and Snape) were wearing black robes and cloak with the Dark Mark on the breast pocket. They also had masks, but they were pulled on top of their heads.

"Come," said Lucius, and grabbed Draco's shoulder, pulled down his mask, and apparated away. Draco and Snape followed. (Yes, Draco knows how to apparate! There are also spells on Malfoy Manor so that the M.O.M. can't detect if students use magic over the holidays.)

Draco looked around. It seemed as if they were in a graveyard of some sort.

"Master," said Snape and went to his knees to kiss Voldie's robes. Lucius did the same.

"Young master Malfoy," Voldie hissed like a snake. "Here to receive your mark and join my ranks, are you?"

"Y-yes M-my Lord," he stammered.

"Good boy." Draco now realized the rest of the death eaters had formed a circle around him and Voldie.

Voldie snapped his fingers and a hooded figure brought out a girl who was kicking and screaming.

"My father will throw you in Azkaban!" she shouted. Obviously she wasn't a muggle.

"Fudge's kid," Voldie smirked, and jabbed a thumb in the girl's direction. "Kill her," he ordered Draco.

"Avada Kedavra," Draco said and flicked his wand lazily at her. She slumped down on the ground, dead.

"Very good, my boy," Voldie said approvingly. "Lucius!" Draco's daddy ran forward. "Brand him!" Voldie yelled. Lucius rolled up Draco's sleeve and pressed his wand against his unmarked forearm. Lucius muttered something unintelligible then Draco's eyes watered in pain, but he was determined not to cry out.

Draco turned his face away from his arm, which felt like it was melting. He gritted his teeth.

Then it was over. All he felt was a dull burn in his arm. He looked down and saw the black skull freshly branded on his arm. It was actually a very dark green, if you bothered to look closer.

"MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" he started cackling. Soon Voldie and Lucius joined in. Soon after there was a chorus of cackling death eaters.
