The mysterious parasite has now begun to slowly consume Harry from within, and the staff at Hogwarts is clueless about what to do. And all the while, Samantha is forced to watch helplessly, convinced that somehow, she's seen this parasite before.

The parasitic infection slowly killing Harry has nearly run its course. Meanwhile, Samantha struggled with the buried memories coming to the surface, which may hold the key to saving Harry's life.

Samus Aran has finally recovered her memory and reactivated her fusion suit, and now she's ready to help the Order of the Phoenix take on the X. But can the infection killing Harry Potter be stopped in time before it runs its course?

Harry Potter returns to the Chamber of Secrets along with Samus Aran, and it's there that the bounty huntress reveals the truth about her past. Basically, she retells the events of the four 2D Metroid games.

Now that the X lurking in the Chamber of Secrets have been eradicated, Dumbledore and the rest of the Order of the Phoenix desperately try to come up with a plan to find the rest. Meanwhile, Samus Aran begins the hunt for her crashed spaceship.

Things have gone from bad to worse, now that it looks like the HP-X has escaped with the knowledge of Snape's immunizing potion. And things take another turn for the worst when HP-X returns for something else....

So far, whenever the X parasites have shown up and attacked, their traget has been something or someone at Hogwarts. But now, whoever's in control of them obviously feels it's time to put his/her plans in motion. The invasion is about to begin.

The secret base of the X parasites has finally been found, and Samus Aran sets out to infiltrate it and start wiping them out at their source. Little does she realize she's unwittingly brought Harry Potter along too, and he has the same goal.

As Samus Aran and Harry Potter delve deeper into the station's bowels, they encounter more specters from their pasts.

The hunt for the X-Cores continues, but Harry runs into an unexpected obstacle that could prove deadly....

The time has come for rematches, as both Harry and Samus's dopplegangers return....

It's a race against time for Harry to get back to the docking bay, before more of the X parasites disembark and begin their invasion of Earth.

After finally coming to terms with each other, and steeling themselves for the task at hand, Harry and Samus split up again to hunt down the remaining X-Cores....

The perilious hunt continues as Samus and Harry fight on to track down the last of the X-Cores. Then it becomes time to take down their dopplegangers once and for all.

Following a lead from Adam Malkovich, Harry goes in search of the HP-X. Their final clash is at hand....

After Harry barely survives his climactic battle against the HP-X, the responsbility of ending the X's threat has now fallen solely on Samus's shoulders. And that easier said than done, once she finally confronts the mastermind behind this whole fiasco!
