A Stranger in an Unholy Land

During the summer before sixth year, Harry Potter is sucked into another universe by forces not of this world. Dazed and confused, Harry finds himself in a world where his parents were never murdered, where Voldemort had never fallen and he is Voldemort’s key enforcer. Harry finds himself feared and despised within the community, revered and honoured by the Death Eaters, and endowed with instincts and abilities he has never known. As Harry discovers the terrible deeds he has done, he sets about trying to rectify what he never remembers doing.

Harry has been transported to an alternate reality in which his parents never died and he is Voldemort’s key enforcer. In this chapter, Harry finds himself in the custody of Aurors who don’t recognise him, don’t trust him and want to kill him. Harry is puzzled further when Death Eaters try to break him out and then, when back in custody, his family come and visit him.

CONFESSIONS OF A DANGEROUS MIND: Harry finds himself before the Wizengamot on the charge of Murder amongst others. Even Dumbledore, Harry’s only ray of hope, shows no sign of recognising him. What is going on? Why is everyone acting so strangely? Why don’t they believe him? As Harry’s situation goes from bad to worse, his subconscious minds starts spitting out violent and disturbing dreams, but Harry has a nasty feeling that these are more than just dreams.

Voldemort welcomes Harry back with open arms, confusing Harry even further. Things get harder for Harry when he is charged with leading an attack against Dumbledore’s forces. Harry knows that the only way to get to Dumbledore, and avoid being killed himself, is to go along with the attack. In order to see the light, Harry must brave the dark. Fearing for his life, as well as for those who will undoubtedly die in the attack, Harry is faced with the most difficult decision of his life. How does one weigh human life?

Harry wakes up in the Hospital Wing, hoping to find that it is all just a bad dream. No such luck. Despite his treachery, Dumbledore remains the only one who can help, and putting their differences aside, Harry and Dumbledore must discover what has happened and decide where to go from here.

Since he was one year old, Harry has dreamed about having a family. He has dreamed about having a mother, a father, and maybe even a sibling. That was always just a dream . . . until now. All it took was a journey to another dimension, a murder trial and confrontation with the Dark Lord to bring it about, which begs the question, "What is it going to take to get him home, and will he even want to go?"

There is a devestating attack in a very public place. It seems that Harry Potter has set the Order up. Was it all a lie? Was his story one big plot to cripple the order? Both the Aurors and the Order are looking for the boy, but for very different reasons. And what is an Auror to think when a young Muggle girl calls the Aurors, claiming the Harry Potter sent her?
