Dramatis Personae

Aurors, ambassadors, secret elite societies with dark intentions and Unspeakables like Ginny Weasley abound in the political turmoil which surrounds the Ministry of Magic after it falls victim to a disaster which quickly evolves into an international incident. Meanwhile, Ron, a Ministry employee, Ginny, Hermione and Harry (not to mention Colin Creevey and Zacharias Smith) are just trying to make it through the next few days at work.

Spending a hectic morning in Colin and Ginny's London flat before heading out for a lunch visit at the Burrow. We get to see what Harry's up to in Japan and, consequently, what Zacharias Smith now does for a living back home.

Ginny and Colin's lunch out with Dennis and his new flame and then a flash-back to the moment that Ginny has been impatiently waiting for. Not to forget that darling Harry is finally home from his trip to Japan.

Part III:

The long-awaited ICW World Summit had finally began. So, while Hermione has her hands full with paperwork, Ginny and the other Unspeakables are inspecting their chemical samples. And Ron is busy trying to figure what the significance of the "Questor" Society is.

It's the second day of the World Summit. With disaster looming unnoticed in the distance, Ron, Hermione, Ginny and Colin struggle on through their assorted responsibilities. Plus, Ron continues wondering about his elusive secret society.

While the Ministry tries not to succumb to the panic that's thriving throughout the country after the Summit bombing, Ron gets some depressing news (shortly followed by some much more surprising, though equally unwelcome news) and Harry tries to help him through it.

Ginny visits Colin, Ron visits Hermione, both Weasleys are distraught and vow retribution, and we get to meet the famous Dougie Kibble.
