AN; Guys, I'm sorry the last chapter was so short, I actually had no idea it was that short until everyone told me, so I'm going to try and make this one heaps longer to make up for it okay? Thanks for all the support!

Virginia woke up the next morning, a very weird feeling echoing through her stomach and mind. All she could remember from her fitful sleep was a pair of piercing, green eyes. She couldn't place a face with the eyes but they had been troubled, hurt and desperate. Who else could it be but Harry? Harry knew ... great.

Pulling on her comfy black muggle tracksuit pants and a black tank top, carefully tucking her wand into her pocket, she wandered downstairs, seeing that the time was 9am. Cautiously approaching the kitchen, she strained to hear for any sounds that her family might still be there. It didn't sound like it, so she walked in. Oh wonderful. It was Ron. Giving him a cold look when he looked up, she pulled her wand out and conjured up some toast. When she sat down with her breakfast across him, she could feel him open his mouth to say something, but change his mind at the last minute. After a few tense minutes of silence, with the exception of the crunching of toast and what not, Ron got up, dunked his plate in the sink and started to walk out of the door. He turned around, and this time Virginia looked up at him, staring him straight in the eye.

"I'm ... I- ..." he stuttered. Virginia gave him a withering glare.

"What Ron? Just spit it out for gods sake!" she exclaimed. Her words seemed to have a surprising result on him, and instead of saying what he had wanted to, he mumbled something and ran out. Virginia rolled her eyes. Whatever, she thought. She looked up again when she heard footsteps and saw her mother walk in.

"Good morning," Mrs. Weasley said softly.

"You don't have to act like I'm china about to break," Virginia commented dryly. Molly broke into a small smile.

"I'm sorry dear, I'm just still in so much shock," she said.

"Yeah, so was I," she remarked before getting up, clearing her plate away and walking back up to her room. Now all she had to do was decide what she was going to do about Harry.

"Master, your presence has been requested in Bulgaria," Lucius told him. Tom looked up at his loyal servant through critical eyes.

"Bulgaria? What on earth would I want there?" he demanded, irritated. Lucius bowed his head.

"The Society of Argentus my lord ... they require your audience ... in regards to the elimination of one of their members," he said, hoping that the messenger was not about to be shot.

"Elimination you say?" Tom asked thoughtfully, perking up. Lucius nodded.

"Tell them I'll be there tomorrow," he told his servant. Lucius nodded thankfully and hurried off.

"So The Argentus Society has finally come crawling back to England, and now, I'm the only one powerful enough to help them ... we shall see my European comrades ... we shall see."

********************

It was Christmas Eve when Virginia realized that Harry Potter would be joining them for Christmas the following day.

"Bloody hell," she moaned. How could she face him after what he thought she'd done? She knew he'd seen it, he saw a lot of things ... that scar was one hell of a helpful ally. She glanced at the clock; it was around midday ... should she? Maybe she should just get on over there to his house and sort it out with him, her family was already treating her like some delicate glass, she didn't want more awkwardness at the table. Yes, she would go to the Sirius' big sandstone castle-like house and talk to Harry.

Virginia quickly jumped in the shower and got dressed shortly after, brushing her teeth and applying a little bit of makeup. She picked up a book from her trunk and clasped it in her hands, just thinking. Sighing, she walked across the room and put it in her handbag. Scribbling something onto a piece of parchment, she reached in and slipped it into the front cover of the book, then walked downstairs to the living room where the fireplace was. Luckily there was no one there - who would miss her? She'd just say she'd gone last minute Christmas shopping.

She scooped up a handful of floo powder and stepped into the fireplace.

"Chateau le Black!" she cried and disappeared with the green flames. When she arrived, she tumbled out, soot covering her whole left arm. She pointed her wand toward said arm and quickly cleaned herself up. She stood up quickly when she heard loud footsteps hurrying towards the room she'd just appeared in.

"What in Merlin's name is going on here!' a voice cried. It was Sirius.

"Hello Sirius," she said. He looked startled to find her there.

"Virginia Weasley? What brings you to our humble abode?" he asked, approaching her with a broad grin. Something about his infectious smile and mood lightened Virginia's and she couldn't help but give him a small smile in return.

"I'm actually here to speak to Harry," she said, regaining her calm exterior. Sirius looked surprised - Harry must have told him about the animosity and the events that had taken place during the first part of school.

"I'll just get him for you," he said. Virginia sat down on one of the plush couches in the living room and waited. It was quite a while before she heard footsteps coming in her direction again; they were slower and more pronounced.

When Harry walked into the room, emerald green eyes locked with chocolate ones and they stayed like that for what seemed like eternity. Virginia got up and approached him, and his expression turned extremely somber.

"Harry, I think we both know why I'm here today ... " she began, Harry snorted, his face turning into an angry glare. Virginia's own temper began to flare.

"I know why I'M here," Harry spat out. Virginia rolled her eyes as she placed herself right in front of him.

"Look Harry, I'm not staying long, I just came to give you something," she told him, pulling the book out of the small carry bag she had brought. The book was a hardback and the pages looked very very old - some stained and some even torn. The book's title was illegible, but Harry felt a strange sensation when the redhead pushed it into his hands. Her big almond shaped eyes bore into his soul as she handed him a piece of paper on top of the book.

Excetatum Respectarvus Deceso.

"W-what?" he stuttered. She gave him a meaningful look and headed back towards the fireplace. Just before she disappeared through the flames, he heard her say very softly.

"Knowledge before judgment Harry." And she was gone.

********************

When Virginia appeared back in the Weasley's fireplace, her arrival was so sudden, it nearly scared the living daylights out of Mrs. Weasley who had been dozing in a chair.

"Virginia!" she cried in shock, clutching her heart.

"Hello mother," she greeted her.

"Where did you go?" Molly inquired.

"Uh ... Christmas shopping," she lied. Molly seemed to be distracted and didn't question her.

"Um ... I wonder if we could have a word?" she asked her daughter nervously. Virginia itched to get back up to her room, but she thought she should at least hear out her mother - after all, she had yelled at Ron last night for her, the woman was all right. Virginia sat down on a couch opposite the one Mrs. Weasley was in.

"I don't want you to think I'm accusing you darling, please understand that ... I just wanted to-"

"If this is about Harry I don't want to hear it," Virginia interrupted abruptly.

"No ... it's not about Harry at all actually ..." Mrs Weasley started. "It's about Draco Malfoy." Virginia's mouth dropped open. How did her mother know about Draco?

"I know that you're a big girl now and t-that you can handle your own decisions but ... are you sure having a relationship with this boy is such a good idea?" she asked.

"You're right, I am a big girl and I can handle my own decisions. If you have a problem with my ... my ... whatever it is between myself and Draco, then you and the rest of this family is just going to have to deal with it!" Virginia exclaimed before stalking upstairs and slamming her door shut. She dropped onto her bed. What s wrong with me? I've just been in the worst moods lately ...

It was true, everyone who had been in a near vicinity of Virginia lately had been on tiptoes. There was some kind of evil brewing and she was copping a lot of it ... it was almost as if she'd been taken over.

"Gods! What am I going to do?"

********************

Harry took the book and paper Virginia had given him to his room and sat down at his desk, placing them down with care. He ran his hand along the darkened, aged cover. It was soft yet coarse at the same time and he blew a bit of dust away to try to grasp the title, but to no avail. He opened it and stared at the hardened, stained pages, gently turning them over. As he read a couple passages, his face crinkled in confusion. This was basic, elementary magic, what had Virginia been on about? He closed the book again so that he could look at the cover, but didn't see anything that could help him. He turned it around so he could look at the back of it and that's when he realized that there were five little dips that would fit the tips of his fingers exactly.

Harry looked around the room surreptitiously, as if he might be doing something naughty and evil. There was no one around him, and he'd locked the door so what harm was there? Taking a deep breath, he cautiously placed his fingers in the dips and waited. Nothing happened for a moment and just when he was about to give up ... he felt it.

A strange almost heavenly glow overcame him and he felt as if he'd been sucked inside of the book, though he was still aware of his body sitting on his chair. And then, the visions came.

The moment Lily Potter whirled away from view; she was taken down a deep, never-ending tunnel of darkness. She was fearful, what had that girl done? Lily's soul had been wandering around the earth ever since she died, because there were issues in her lifetime that had been unresolved when she died. James, she knew had ascended. He was in paradise of the afterlife, a heaven if you will. She'd mourned for many years that she would never be with her husband, until that moment. Ahead of her, she saw a bright, blinding light (I'm aware of the cliché) and looked at it curiously. She was traveling at the speed of light, but the end of the tunnel seemed to only grow closer gradually.

When Lily finally reached the end of the tunnel, she was confused. Looking around her, she only saw miles of white glowing all around; softness ... it couldn't be ... could it? She'd finally stopped whirling and when she looked down at herself, she was dressed in all white! What was going on?

"Lily!" a voice called in disbelief. She knew that voice anywhere! Whirling around she saw him. The love of her life. His black hair was as unruly as always, his blue eyes warm and welcoming.

"JAMES!" she screamed and ran to him. He enveloped her in a full hug that made her feel warmer and more loved then she'd ever felt ... even when she was living.

"What ... what am I doing here?" she asked when they pulled away. James smiled at her.

"Virginia sent you here," he told her. She was extremely confused.

"What? No ... Virginia banished me to hell ..." she said. James shook his head, still smiling, pulling her close.

"No ... Virginia sent you to heaven."

********************

It was 11pm and Virginia sat in her room ... itching to open the present that Draco had given her.

"No, you can't yet," she told herself, laughing at her resilience to keep old traditions sacred. She pulled open the drawer she kept it in, and her eyes fell on her diary again.

"Gods, why do I do this to myself?" she whispered, pulling it out. She brought it over to her bed and lay back on a pillow, wondering whether she should read it. It was painful, remembering back to the past, after how far she had come. Maybe it couldn't hurt. She opened the crisp pages and began to read.

Dear Journal,

I'm sick of them. I'm sick of them all! Ron, Harry, Miss Know-it-all Hermione, I'm just sick of them! Harry will never notice me - I've accepted that, but it still annoys me to the core! I feel the only time they ever take an interest in what I'm doing is when I'm doing something wrong.

Ron and I used to be so close ... when we were growing up, he was ALWAYS there for me, he'd stick up for me when Fred and George played tricks on me, and he'd always get me out of trouble with mum and dad. Now that's all gone. As soon as he got to Hogwarts he forget about dear old little Ginny.

Last night I snuck into the restricted section of the library, it's pretty scary at night, I had to steal Harry's invisibility cloak so as not to get caught, I'd hate for Snape to catch me out of bed! He'd be mighty mad.

I learnt a great new spell; it gives you complete and utter wandless power for a whole hour. I tried it today, and it was so amazing! I've got to make sure no one sees me though; I'm guessing this sort of stuff isn't exactly what you'd call 'good magic'.

Got a letter from the parentals today. Why do they always write to me? It's like they rely on me and only me to keep them up to date on what's going on, not Ron, not Fred, not George, me, little Ginny. Well, I just won't reply as often as I used to, hopefully that will signal to them that I'm not so little anymore!

It's the Triwizard tournament at the moment, I told you about it earlier in the term but I haven't really had that much to do with it. I think one of the main reasons that the dream team have been so preoccupied is because our resident hero happens to have made it into the final cut. That's right journal, Harry is a Triwizard competitor, regardless of the fact that he is seriously underage and somehow managed to break the rules to even enter! He reckons he didn't do it, but there's just something about Harry that I'm not sure about ... I bet he entered himself.

Nothing else is really going on, the tournament has been the highlight (for many, not me) of the year, so there's not a lot of speculation to be made about my whereabouts a lot of the time, and the trio are so busy fighting with each other that I'm hoping that will take THEIR sights off me ... if only! Well, till next time my precious journal.

Yours forever, Ginny.

Virginia smiled as she recalled the events that had uncovered that year. She'd noticed something off from the very start, at the Quidditch world cup. She'd been up in the top box with the rest of her family and she was passing Mr. Crouch's house elf Winky when she bumped into something. She turned to apologise to them ... but there was no one there! All through the game, she'd darted glances at the elf only to find that she kept looking to her right very nervously at the empty spot next to her. There was definitely someone there, Virginia realized, but she was too young and unconnected to find the means of discovering who it might be.

Later on in the year, Virginia had snuck into the fourth year boy's dormitory when everyone was out watching the first task, and had a look at the Marauders Map. Years of living with the twins had taught her how to use it - they unwittingly had filled her in on a lot of things, never realizing that one day she might actually be smart enough to use it.

"I solemnly swear that I am up to no good," Virginia whispered, her wand tip placed on the empty parchment. She watched as the adventurer's map unraveled to reveal the known and hidden halls of Hogwarts as well as the people that were there. She saw a little dot of herself standing in the boy's dorms of Gryffindor tower, but what she didn't expect to see was a little dot of 'Bartemius Crouch' standing in Professor Moody's present Defense the Dark Arts office. Wasn't he one of the judges? She'd heard he hadn't been well lately, but she'd assumed he was out there judging with the rest of them.

"Mischief managed," she whispered and placed it back where she had hidden it, sneaking out of Gryffindor tower as quietly as she could even though no one was there. She walked through what seemed like a million corridors and finally came to the one she'd come to know over the years as the DADA classroom, and approached it cautiously. The door was slightly ajar and she stood at the side of it, taking a deep breath. She pulled out her wand and pointed it at herself - she'd learnt an invisibility spell that lasted one hour and she was glad that she had a chance to use it. She whispered the special words and watched as her body slowly disappeared. She poked her head around the corner and nearly fainted in shock. The man in there was not the infamous Mad-Eye Moody, but what looked to be a ...a ... Virginia strained to think of where she'd seen that face before ... but it couldn't be ... his face was so youthful ... why, it was a younger version of the current Bartemius Crouch, Percy's boss at the Ministry! But how had he changed his features so? He must be twenty years younger! This was amazing; she'd have to find out this spell. She crept into the room quietly, and snuck around to the back, putting as much space between them as she could so that there was no chance of accidental bumps.

Crouch pulled open a drawer at the desk and picked up a silver hip flask. He opened it, took a deep breath and swallowed some. It was have tasted vile judging by the look on his face. Virginia had never tried alcohol before, but she'd seem a lot of people's faces turn that way after a swig of the strong stuff. All thoughts left her mind when she saw what happened next.

The short hair on the man started to grow at an alarming rate, his skin became rough and course, and his trousered leg clunked, as it became prosthetic. This was Mad-Eye Moody ... only ... it wasn't. What was going on? Good lord ... the honourable Bartemius Crouch ... had been impersonating Mad-Eye Moody this whole time! Who was there to trust if this kind of shenanigan was going on? Unable to even think of the impossibilities of the situation, Virginia snuck out of the room quietly and back up to Gryffindor tower.

"Mad-Eye Moody is Mr. Crouch," she whispered to herself. And with that, she picked up her journal and began to write.

********************

Harry paced his room for an hour before he finally got the courage to go to Sirius and ask him if he knew what in Merlin's name was going on. He found his godfather in the living room, watching the TV. Through Harry's knowledge of the life of muggles, Sirius had excitedly asked him to help him pick out a few devices that would make their home seem normal to the muggle eye.

"Sirius," he started. Sirius looked and at Harry's worried expression, he turned off to TV and beckoned Harry to sit down.

"What's wrong?" he asked in concern. Harry hesitated for a moment but decided that was a good thing to do.

"You know how sometimes I have dreams about things that ... have happened or are about to?" he asked slowly. Sirius nodded, his fear increasing.

"Well, if something happened a long time ago that had a connection to me ... why would it suddenly come up all of a sudden more then a year later?" he asked. Sirius seemed to be contemplating how to answer this.

"It can happen Harry. You won't get all the premonitions that consider you. No doubt you get a lot, but sometimes when you get a vision that has already happened, one that happened a long time ago ... it usually means that something big is about to happen, something involving the people that were in your vision ... it can indicate sometimes the outcome of the event about to happen ... whether good will override or whether evil will ... but a lot of the time, it is a misleading guide and people have foolishly taken the vision for granted and died in the process ... do you understand what I mean?" he said. Harry nodded slowly.

"I think so ... so my vision meant something big was going to happen soon, but I don't know whether or not the light side will win?" Sirius nodded back at him.

"That's right, now are you going to tell me what this vision was about?" he asked. Harry hesitated. The death of James and Lily had always been a tough subject for Sirius. Sure, they were Harry's parents, but Sirius had grown up with them, at least with James, his whole life. He shook his head.

"No ... no it's okay, I'm going to ... I'm just going to owl Ron about something," he said hesitantly before walking out of the room. Sirius stared after him worriedly. Whenever Harry had visions or his scar hurt, it always got Sirius worried, and rightfully so. Bad events usually took place after these occurrences. Sirius decided to do the best thing he could think of. He pulled a piece of parchment and a quill from his side drawer and went over to his desk.

'Dear Albus ...

********************

Up in Harry's room, he pulled out the piece of parchment that had arrived for him earlier that day. His new home was located not to far from the Weasley's and so, the amount of time it took Hedwig or Pig to deliver messages was not very long at all.

Harry,

Look mate, I just wanted to write you and warn you about tomorrow. I'm really sorry, but Gin and I had a fight and the ... events of this term sort of came out at the dinner table so the whole family pretty much knows what happened ...

Harry stopped reading for a moment, staring out the window, angry with himself. This was definitely going to make things awkward at the Burrow. He knew that they would find out eventually, but wouldn't be able to stand the looks of disappointment and betrayal in Mr. And Mrs. Weasley's eyes after all they had done for him, even though it hadn't really been his fault.

I'd understand if you didn't want to come - I'm not telling you that you shouldn't, I definitely want you there mate, I just wanted to warn you. I don't want you to feel uncomfortable, especially around her almighty bitch the Queen of Slytherin.

Harry rolled his eyes at Ron's new pet name for Virginia. As much as Ron ranted and raved about his sister, Harry knew, that deep inside, he was terrified. Terrified that he could be loosing one of the people he loved most in the world. More then any of his other brothers and even more then he loved his parents, Ron had confessed to him once how close him and his sister really were. They had a special bond - almost like twins. The only way he knew how to respond to this strange new attitude of hers was to push her away ... and he was doing a very good job at that. Harry sighed. How was he going to make this right? He picked up a quill.

Ron,

I know what you mean mate. I know it's not your fault either. I never planned on keeping it from your parents in the first place. Look, under the circumstances, I think it would be better if I just celebrated Christmas with Sirius at home tomorrow. Just make up some excuse for your parents okay ... I ... I just think it would be for the best. Especially with all your brothers there ... they'd kill me!

Harry nearly picked up his wand to magic his lame attempt at some humour out but dismissed the idea at the last moment.

Tell everyone I said Merry Christmas ... tell Gin for me ... I'll see you soon.

Harry.

Ten black robed figures suddenly appeared in a huge empty warehouse. They were greeted by a large group of figures dressed in a similar fashion, and led towards a smaller room, where a smaller congregation of figures stood. One of the figures of the welcoming group pulled back his hood. His purple-blue eyes flashed in anticipation as the foreman of the other group pulled back his own hood.

Nikolai was surprised to see the young, youthful face looking back at him. The boy's dark hair and dark eyes pierced into him. He was confused for a moment.

"I am Lord Voldemort, despite your suspicions on my appearance. I have restored myself to my seventeen-year old body" He stated coldly at Nikolai's confusion. Nikolai in turn bowed down as low as he could, and the group of robed figures behind him followed suite.

"Lord Voldemort ... it is honour to finally meet you. Let me firstly thank you for meeting with the Society of Argentus, we are truly at privilege to -"

"Shut up Iordan and get to the point of why you have disturbed me into coming here to meet with you," Tom Riddle spat out at him. Nikolai looked slightly miffed, but quelled an indignant retort before continuing.

"The point of your visit is to discuss the elimination of a certain ex-member that has taken back residence in England," he said. Tom nodded.

"And why would you want to rid such a person? Why is it that they ever became an ex-member Iordan? I thought your group kept closer tabs on its members then that," he said amusedly. Nikolai looked angered once again.

"Well, they were English, you tell me," he retorted icily. Instead of looking angry, Tom only looked more amused.

"Then tell me ...who is this person?" he asked the younger man. Nikolai looked at him steadily before answering.

"Virginia Weasley." All the amusement left Tom's eyes the moment the words were out. He pushed down the anger that was slowly building up inside him.

"And what do you want me to do about it?" he asked coldly. Nikolai's strangely coloured eyes flashed with evil anticipation.

"I want you to find her ... and I want you to bring her to me ... so that I can kill her with my own bare hands." His voice was soft and deadly. This time, Tom's eyes flashed and Nikolai stepped back at the vehemence in them.

"I see," he said. He turned his head slightly, never taking his eyes off Nikolai.

"Lucius, my wand," he commanded. Nikolai watched, confused as one of the hooded figures behind Tom Riddle handed him his trusted wand.

"Take the rest of the men back to England Lucius. I will join you there after I have finished my ... deal, with Mr. Iordan," he said, a mad smile spreading across his features. Nikolai didn't know what was going on as Tom's army began popping out of sight. He looked enraged in fact.

"How can they do that? The apparition wards of this place have been carefully blocked!" he exclaimed. Tom smiled at him.

"You underestimate me ... " he commented. Just as Nikolai was about to retort, as quick as a flash, Tom had his wand pointed towards him. He relished in the power that began surging through him.

"Avada Kedavra!" he roared and then disappeared into thin air.

Review Response;

Evillian; Thanks for reviewing both my stories! The previous chapters were a bit short but I tried to make these new ones almost 2000 words longer as I said in my review response for IE, so I hope I made up for it and you enjoyed this chapter! Thanks so much for your faithful reviews, keep reading!

Elsila; Poor Gin, I think whenever Tom comes into the picture her judgment becomes totally clouded, she needs to learn that girl! 'That's why you should never go for looks alone!' - Arthur Weasley, The Goblet of Fire. Draco is not part of the society, the society was meant only for residents of Bulgaria, but Virginia was a special exception because she was there at the time. The tension in the Weasley family is getting pretty thick, but I remember reading through the books after the Chamber of Secrets, Ginny is hardly mentioned at all, the whole Weasley really seems to concentrate on Harry a lot more then their own daughter. It's not really their fault, nothing like his has ever happened before, but it's not really just them, Tom just really opened an interest inside our favourite little redhead towards the dark arts and it's just evolved since then! Ron will be getting some slaps soon don't you worry! Thanks for reviewing!

Darknessinhope; I read what you wrote in chapter 7 and put in some past entries so that you could get some insight into her past - tell me if you liked it! (or if you didn't! constructive criticism is welcome!) Don't worry about the whole Weasley family turning against her, it will turn out differently, could be good, could be bad, who knows! (haha I do!) Anyway, sorry there wasn't any Draco in this chap, but don't worry, there will be some major scenes at the Malfoy family including appearances from Draco in those black silk boxers again! Hehe, I solemnly swear that I am up to no good! Thanks for reviewing!

Krino; You're right, poor Gin! Life isn't going too right for her. The parental units weren't made at Ron only for not writing them, they were mad at him specifically for not telling them about what happened with Harry. Imagine if that happened to you and your brother never told your parents because it was his best friend? Sure you could tell them, but you'd think flesh and blood would be on your side huh! Silly silly Ron! Anyway, thanks for reviewing, I hope you liked this chap.

Li Juno; Virginia IS trying to be all like 'I'm so mature now' and I wanted to make her that way. Inside she's still a confused little girl that doesn't know what she wants. She's torn between her love for Draco and her ultimate bond with Tom Riddle against the love of her own family and the side of light, what is she to do! Sorry it gave you nightmares! Just think of Draco's hot body and you'll feel better! I promise!

Becky Anderson; Everything you said in your review is exactly what I'm thinking! Although I'm not promising anything about the light side, let's just say, she could turn out dark just as easily as she could turn out good! She will have a tough time ahead of her but in the end, she'll make the right choice for herself, whether that be with hot little Tommy or with her fam. Thanks for reviewing!

SlytherinPrincess821; I know Ron's a bit OOC, but I need to make him that way for awhile. I go through stages myself of liking Hermione and then not liking her. In this fic I don't like her as you can tell, she is a know-it-all little goody-goody! Hehe, thanks for reading and reviewing, hope you enjoyed the chap.

Sorry I don't have time to review everyone but a big thanks to Missclaudia, Alicia Black, Rachael Satowsky, Kittylioness (cute name!) firebird16, and Insanity_Please (I love you IP! But as if my fic is better then UF!)

HARRY POTTER AND THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX COMES OUT IN THREE DAYS!
