Author's Note:
The rating is only for ONE word in the middle of the chapter, mainly I think it's about PG-13 (the scene with Harry could be debatable though) Thanks for the reviews, I'm not giving away the story line but don't worry, you're in for a couple of big surprises as the story continues! Enjoy!

Supper had been an amusing affair for the youngest Weasley. The Slytherins had looked upon her with newfound respect - helped by the fact that Draco had taken it upon himself to glare at anyone who even thought of being rude. Being the center of attention was definitely where Virginia wanted to be, and that was where she had become. She had glanced up at the Gryffindor table, startled not to see the look of pure rage on Ron's almost purple face, but the look of longing on Harry's. She'd noticed that, when Harry had been there to pick her up from the airport with her family and Hermione, and then, when they had come back to the Burrow, the looks that he'd been shooting her way. She'd disregarded them then, but now that she thought about it ... could Harry really have a crush on her? Too bad, she thought with a sneer, she'd gotten over her silly little crush years ago. He'd just have to deal with it!

After supper, they'd all gone back to their dormitories, Draco leading the way to Slytherin House, with Virginia by his side. Once they'd reached the entrance he muttered the new password; 'Veritas' and they all walked into the common room. Virginia marveled at the rich, elegant décor of the room (it had been redecorated since the time when Harry and Ron Polyjuiced Crabbe and Goyle - a present from Lucius). It was dark, and would have given off the deception of being cold like the dungeons but instead; the fire that sparked in the hearth spread warmth around the room.

Different shades of glorious green covered the walls, and the furniture was either the same shades of green or black - leather couches and dark timber tables. The ceiling almost mirrored the one in the Great Hall, but must have been bewitched to make the sky - regardless of the weather - look calm and clear. It was now midnight black, with a sprinkling of stars, and pure white candles hovered around it, giving light to the room.

When she finished appraising the room, Virginia turned to look at Draco who was watching her amusedly. She smirked back at him, about to speak when Pansy Parkinson stepped forward. She had changed over the years as well - her strawberry blonde hair had different sized curls running through it, giving off the unruly-yet-under-control look. Her eyes were sharp though their pale, almost translucent green, and she'd long lost the pug-look she'd had in her earlier years, having also slimmed out.

"Virginia, there's no more space in the sixth-year door so you shall be dorming with myself, and the rest of the seventh year girls," she said, gesturing at the two girls behind her. She smiled genuinely, something Virginia had never seen her do before, and waited for a response.

"Thank you very much Pansy. I'm afraid I'm going to have to be introduced to the rest of you though - being a Gryffindor was definitely not a plus in the 'meeting the Slytherin's' category," she said, laughing along with the rest of them. Pansy stepped back slightly to allow her friends and Virginia to be facing one another. She gestured at a tall, slim girl with flowing, curly raven-black hair and dark green eyes - almost black. She had flawless olive skin, and looked every bit a temptress. Virginia wondered briefly why this beautiful girl was not with Draco.

"Blaise Zabini." Virginia smiled and shook her hand. The next girl was slightly shorter, with long, mahogany hair, and dark blue eyes. She was also very lovely, and Virginia wondered briefly again, if it was a requirement of Slytherin's to be stunningly beautiful ... that is, until she remembered Crabbe and Goyle.

"Aleña Lestrange." Virginia looked at her again, more closely, before breaking into a true smile.

"Actually, we've already met," Aleña said, returning Virginia's smile. Pansy looked surprised.

"I was at Durmstrang during part of my fourth year, with Aleña - you never told me you were transferring!" Virginia exclaimed, giving the other girl a warm hug.

"That's because I didn't know, but it's great to see you again Gin." Virginia didn't mind that fact that Aleña had called her Gin - she had only minded it from her family and from people who weren't her close friends. Aleña had been a close friend at Durmstrang, and Virginia was extremely excited that they would be going to school together at Hogwarts. Pansy cleared her throat; she'd been thinking that is was a good thing Virginia and Aleña already knew each other, as Aleña was extremely hard to get along with - especially if you didn't know her.

"You would be meeting Millicent Bulstrode right now, but after that, how should we put it, unfortunate incident with her family -" at this the Slytherins broke into nasty laughter, "she and her family decided that England wasn't the place for them any longer," she finished, still smiling. Virginia looked at her inquisitively.

"Don't worry Virginia, we'll explain later, it's a long story. Now, I think we should all get to bed shall we?" she announced. The rest of the Slytherins murmured tired assents before breaking off into smaller groups to head towards their dormitories. Draco stayed behind with the girls after everyone had left.

"Remember Virginia, if you need anything, and if anyone bothers you - especially anyone from Gryffindor, you come straight to me if you can't handle it yourself, which I'm sure, you probably will be able to," he said, giving her a smile that made her almost melt at his feet. She could loose herself in those shining pools of gray ... those broad, well-defined shoulders, that muscular, chiseled stomach-

"Virginia?" Draco was smirking at her amusedly again. She snapped back to reality.

"Thank you Draco, I'll see you in the morning," and followed her new dorm mates up to her new dormitory, but not before glancing back and trailing her eyes down his delicious body. Draco stood there, watching as she walked away, wanting to grab her by the arm and pull her into a hungry kiss ... but he didn't. He watched until she disappeared.

Draco ... you have got it bad.

************

Virginia was walking through a large field. Tall green grass covered the entire ground-area, with sprinkles of beautiful multi-coloured flowers here and there.

In the distance, she could see a tall dark figure, not doing anything, just standing there, watching her. She felt her heart beat faster as she made her way across towards him. Virginia smiled when she realized who it was. His raven hair was blowing softly in the wind, and his soulful eyes were fixated on her, a smile on his own face. His hands were in his pockets - the picture of pure innocence. Her one true love.

Running the rest of the way towards him, she wrapped her arms around his neck and embraced him. He in turn encircled his strong arms around her waist and held her close. Pulling back, she smiled lovingly up at him.

"Oh Tom, I knew you'd come back for me ... I love you so much ..." she trailed off as he caught her lips in a soft, loving kiss. Afterwards, he looked into her deep brown eyes for a moment before speaking.

"You know that I love you too Virginia ... but this can never be ... " even though he was breaking her heart, he said it in such a loving voice that she could not help but love him even more. She stepped away from him, a frown marring her face.

"But ... but, we're meant to be together ... Tom? Tom I love you ..." she trailed off as she watched him take out his wand and point it straight at her heart. Suddenly, the field was gone, replaced by a dark, cold stone dungeon. Manacles and chains hung from the walls, and the smell of blood and death lingered in the air. Her eyes sparkled with unwept tears.

"I know my sweet ... I'm sorry, this is how it has to be," he said, still looking at her with loving eyes. Virginia stared back up at him. She loved him, but if this was how he said it had to be, then it must be true, mustn't it? Her Tom would never lie to her.

She nodded, a lone tear sliding down her cheek. The wand at her heart started to glow, and without even muttering a spell, she could feel the life being ripped agonizingly out of her frail body. The pain was extraordinary, as if her very soul was being ripped from her flesh.

"NO! NO TOM! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

"Gin? Gin! Wake up! Please, wake up!" Virginia woke up to someone shaking her harshly. As her eyes fluttered open, a pale, worried face came into view. Silky brown hair, hurriedly pulled back into a ponytail framed the face, and blue eyes filled with concern.

"Oh Aleña ... I'm sorry ... I guess I must have ... had a bad dream," Virginia closed her eyes again, before opening them and sitting up.

"Did I wake you?" she asked. Aleña nodded.

"Yes, but it's time to get up anyhow, are you okay?" she asked. Virginia nodded back.

"Yes, thank you for your concern though ..." she smiled at the other girl. This was what it was like to have friends.

"Okay, well get dressed, and I'll meet you in the common room in fifteen minutes to go down to breakfast," Aleña said

"Perfect, see you then."

************

Virginia made her way down to the Great Hall with most of the seventh year Slytherins, as well as some of the sixth year girls. It seemed that they were attracting even more negative attention then usual as students from other houses kept pointing and whispering at Virginia. She held her head high when this occurred but when she saw the hurt, betrayed looks from the Gryffindors, she felt a tiny pang of guilt build up in her stomach. She pushed it away angrily. It wasn't her fault she had changed. They would just have to live with it.

"Ginny," a voice said behind her. It was Harry. Her fellow Slytherins glared at him, but she looked at him expressionless.

"What is it Harry?" she asked. He looked slightly nervous, but he seemed to resolve himself and visibly become more confident.

"Could I talk to you for a moment ... in private?" he asked. She glanced at her new friends briefly whilst considering his option. What harm could it do? She was curious to know what he wanted. She nodded, telling the rest of the Slytherins to go ahead. They did so, after casting concerned looks her way. Harry took her arm and led her down a hallway into an empty Charms classroom. Closing the door behind him, he turned to her swiftly, not letting go of her arm.

"Ginny-"

"Virginia, Harry. It's Virginia," she snapped. He looked taken aback for a moment before recollecting himself. As he looked at her, he realized that he was scared he might have lost her forever, just when he had really noticed her. He shook his head for a moment; the emotions he was feeling were strong, almost ... forced, but he disregarded it. He couldn't let her go. Harry unconsciously tucked a loose strand behind her ear, allowing his fingers to graze her soft cheek. Virginia inhaled softly as past emotions came flooding back briefly. She leant into his hand as he cupped her cheek, taking this as the opening he had been hoping for.

"Gin," he whispered huskily, and she didn't notice his lip of tongue. She was mesmerized once again by those dazzling eyes, the pure emerald that they were ... she held her breath slightly as he came nearer. Her eyes fluttered closed as she waited for the soft, gentle kiss she had been waiting for ... but it never came. Instead, Harry slammed her against the wall of the classroom roughly and began kissing her as harshly as he could. Virginia cried out with the pain that had seared when she'd bumped her head, and the way her lips were rapidly becoming swollen. Panicking, she struggled to push him away, but after years of Quidditch and various Muggle sports, like Draco, he'd become a lot more muscular then the small skinny black-haired boy he'd once been - a lot stronger too. She tried to scream, but all she could get out was a strangled yell from the base of her throat. Tears started cascading down her face as she realized she wasn't going to get out of this situation unscathed. She clawed at him helplessly but to no avail. His hands were running all over her body, touching places she'd never allowed anyone to touch before. She felt him unclasping her robe, shrugging it off effortlessly. After that, he started running his hand up her led, roughly squeezing at her flesh, and trying to rip off her underwear and skirt, all the while, grinding himself against her. Just as he nearly succeeded, she felt a pair of strong arms haul him off her. She heard him fall to the ground with a sickening thud. Harry was unconscious. Virginia dropped to the floor in shock, head in her hands, not even able to face the person who had saved her.

Virginia felt someone kneel down next to her. After a few moments, she looked up.

Draco had never seen her look more beautiful then she did right then. Her hair was wild, her face, wet and her eyes shining with fearful tears. He placed a hand on hers, but she shuddered so violently at the contact that he took it back immediately.

"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry I wasn't here earlier ... are you okay?" he asked, concern filling his normally steel gray eyes. Virginia closed her eyes for a moment before looking at him again. She shook her head numbly.

Draco wanted to wrap her up in his arms and never let her go, he wanted to be her protector forever ... but he didn't think that at the present moment, that was a very good idea. He just wanted to make her pain go away. Draco lifted his arm up again and gently stroked her cheek. Virginia seemed to calm at his touch before recoiling suddenly and jumping up in anger.

"Don't touch me! I don't want anyone to touch me again, ever!" she screamed, crying all the while before racing out of the room, and out of sight. Draco was still kneeling even five minutes after she had left. He didn't know what to do; he'd never been in this position before. Getting up slowly, he turned around to face Harry. The anger he had felt when he'd seen what the other boy had been trying to do to her came flooding back immediately.

"You're going to wish you'd never been born, Potter."

************

By lunchtime, the entire school had heard about what had happened, but nobody had seen Virginia yet, as she'd kept herself locked up in her dormitory. She heard footsteps running down the corridor of the girl's dorms and then heard the frantic twisting of her door trying to be opened.

"Gin, open up, please!" it was Aleña, but it sounded like Pansy and Blaise were with her as well. Slowly, she got up and opened the door. The three of them rushed in, Aleña, hugging her tightly. She sat back down on her bed after reassuring them that she was okay. Looking at Aleña, she was reminded of all the times they had at Durmstrang. They'd become incredibly close, and had kept in touch even when she'd been in Durmstrang.

"We heard what happened Gin," Blaise said her name nervously, but when Virginia gave her a small smile, she continued.

"But we don't know whether it's the truth or if it's the normal rumours that fly around this godforsaken place. If you don't want to tell us, that's okay, in your own time - Pansy and I know that you and Aleña are close, so we will leave, but believe us when we say this; if you want us to, we will take care of that fucking idiot once and for all ... all you have to do is say the word," she said fiercely. Virginia was almost taken aback at her tone, but she was reminded once again, of why this girl was a Slytherin. Virginia couldn't believe that they were so concerned and protective of her already; it was the nicest feeling in the world. She looked at Blaise gratefully.

"Thank you, thanks all of you, and yes, Aleña and I are close already, but I want all four of us to be close as well. I want all of you to stay whilst I tell you this, but once I tell you, it doesn't leave this room all right?" she said, her voice becoming more confident again. The other girls nodded in agreement.

"In fact," Virginia went on, "I think if the four of us are going to truly be friends, then we're going to have to make a pact not to repeat anything that gets said in this room, or anywhere else when it is shared between the four of us okay?" she said, placing her arm, palm up in the middle of their makeshift circle. The other three girls did the same and they made their oath, watching as a white light glowed over their joined hands. This kind of gesture, when done by Wizards or Witches, is different from the Muggle kind; it is bound by Magic.

Virginia paused for a moment, trying to recollect herself.

"I don't want to go into details, and I don't want any 'taking care of' to occur but ... Harry tried to rape me," she said, her voice cracking at the end of her sentence. There was a collective gasp, and the sound of hands being clapped over their mouths. Virginia looked up at her friends. Each had horrified expressions on their faces.

"Isn't that what the rumours have been saying?" Virginia asked, confused by their reactions.

"No. That's exactly what the rumours have been saying."

************

Virginia had found out exactly what happened after the rest of the school had found out. The other three girls had been so shocked because they hadn't initially believed the rumours. They'd thought, as usual, that they'd been blown out of proportion. When Blaise heard that this was the truth, she went on a fiery rampage, swearing to cut Harry's head off and string it on their dormitory wall. Pansy eventually calmed her down enough for the three of them to tell her what had happened.

The seventh year Slytherin's had just finished a morning of double Potions with the Gryffindor's. Draco Malfoy was walking with fellow seventh year Caleb Ambrose, another transfer from Durmstrang, but who had transferred the year Virginia had left. Directly in front of them was Ronald Weasley, with Hermione Granger.

"I wonder where Harry is, it's not like him to miss class; especially Potions, he'd know how pissed off Snape'd get," Ron pondered. Draco, still seething from the morning's incident, couldn't hold it in anymore.

"You want to know where your precious Potter is Weasley?" he shouted scathingly. There were a lot of people in the hall where they were, and the whole lot of them turned around to watch the scene unfold. Draco knew he probably shouldn't be shouting this in the middle of a hallway, but his anger at Ron's stupidity and Harry's betrayal of Virginia made him incredibly mad, unable to think straight. Ron and Hermione whirled around, identical glares on their faces.

"What would you know Malfoy?" Ron spat out angrily. Draco stalked up to him, until they were face to face - being the same height.

"Do you want to know where you're precious little Boy Wonder is? Do you? I'm supposing he's still in the infirmary after I took care of him," Draco said, the expression on his face venomous. Ron went red with fury.

"What the HELL did you do to him Malfoy?" he said, grabbing the front of the blonde boy's robes. Draco shoved him off easily.

"I beat the bastard to a bloody pulp Weasley, and do you want to know why? Why? Because he tried to fucking rape your sister!" Draco's voice went into a fierce whisper as he said the last sentence, so that only himself, Ron, Hermione and unbeknownst to him, Virginia's dorm mates, who where hovering behind him - he didn't want the whole student body to know. Time seemed to stop suddenly as this information was digested. Ron's already pale face lost its entire colour.

"You're lying. Harry's my best friend, he would never do something like that," Ron whispered, as if trying to convince himself. Hermione seemed to be speechless, just standing there. If Draco had looked behind him, he'd have seen the Slytherin girls all beginning to look furious after their initial shock.

"If you don't believe me. Then why don't you go and ask him," Draco said quietly, finally calming down. Ron looked at him for a moment before taking Hermione's arm and hurrying off to the infirmary without another word. The students in the hallway seemed to be paralyzed with shock at how quiet the fight had ended. Draco shot them all a nasty glare.

"What? Bugger off!" he hissed, and they complied immediately, snapping out of their trance.

"Draco, is it true?" Aleña asked fearfully. She had walked up behind him and placed a shaking hand on his.

"You'd best ask her that hadn't you?" he whispered, taking one last look at them before stalking off.

The girls had immediately come running back to the Slytherin dormitories in search of their friend. On the way though, passing Professor Dumbledore's quarters, they witnessed a scene unfold between Harry, Ron and Hermione.

Harry Potter waited outside the entrance to Professor Dumbledore's office/home. The cuts and bruises in which Draco had inflicted on him had been healed up by Madame Pomfrey, but the real damage was emotional. He wrung his hands nervously, too frightened to enter yet. He heard footsteps stalking down the hallway, and looking up, his heart froze. It was his two best friends.

"Harry!" Ron yelled angrily. As soon as he got close enough he picked up Harry by the front of his robes and smashed him against the wall.

"What the hell happened? I've just heard some crap off Malfoy, is it true?" he asked dangerously. Hermione put her arm on his, trying to calm him down.

"Ron, be careful, you're hurting him!" But Ron ignored her. Harry's silence was enough of an answer.

"I'm hurting HIM? DID YOU TRY TO RAPE MY SISTER YOU FILTHY PIECE OF-"

"Mr. Weasley. Kindly put Mr. Potter down, and move along to your dormitory. I will send an owl for you later."

The three Gryffindor's looked up in shock to see Professor Dumbledore standing at the awaited entrance - which they hadn't even noticed opened - looking at them sternly. Ron placed Harry back on his feet gruffly, glaring at him all the while.

"Mr. Potter, please come with me."

What had happened after that, no one knew.

************

Harry looked down at his hands as he sat across the desk from his Headmaster in his office. He couldn't look the Professor in the eye. What had happened? What was wrong with him?

"Harry," Professor Dumbledore began. Harry was worried already - the Headmaster had only called him by his first name a few times, and those circumstances had not been good ones.

"Would you like to tell me what happened?" he asked, the humorous glint normally sparkling his eyes gone. Harry thought about the events that had taken place. The truth was, he couldn't really remember a lot of it. It was as if he'd been under a ... that was it. Harry's head snapped up.

"Professor Dumbledore, could you please ask me that question again, but place me under a truth spell," he said firmly. The Headmaster looked surprised for a moment before speaking.

"Very well." Because Harry was still under the age of 18, Veritaserum was not needed, as the mind had not completely developed to its full potential as of yet. The truth spell that Professor Dumbledore used was not an extremely strong one as a potion would bring, but it was enough for this kind of interrogation. He picked up his wand and pointed it at Harry.

"Veritas," he whispered. A glowing jet of light flew out of the end of Professor Dumbledore's wand and seemed to go right inside of Harry. He immediately became rigid, eyes glazed, as if in a trance.

"Harry, would you please tell me the events of this morning," he asked again.

"It was before breakfast. I saw Virginia Weasley walking down the stairs. I had to talk to her, I just had to. So I asked her if she would talk to me in private, and she complied. I had to make her love me again, I had to make her love me like she used to, before she changed. And when she remembered why she had loved me so long ago, I was to pounce, and take her innocence away forever," Harry said in a monotone.

Something about the way he had explained seemed extremely odd to Dumbledore. It was the way he kept saying 'I had to, I was to' that really sparked something inside of his mind. He took a deep breath before continuing.

"Harry, can you tell me why you did this?" he asked, anxiously awaiting the student's answer.

"Yes. I was under the imperious curse."
