Harry noticed shapes appearing at the entrance of Exeter Cathedral. He stood up, still looking at them. They were dressed in black hooded robes and he couldn't see their faces.

"Shit Death Eaters," he cursed.

Colin squeaked with fright. Harry turned to face the younger boy, "Run," he told him.

"But..." Colin began.

"Just do it," Harry interrupted, his teeth clenched shut as the Death Eaters began to approach.

Draco stood at the top of the stairs and watched as yet more Muggles entered the house, at least he expected them to me because how many wizards could there actually be on a Muggle football team? He'd heard that the team's nickname was the Grecians, but he failed to see what was so Greek about them. Aside from their mascots being called Alexander the Greek and Athena of course.

"I should have stayed where I was," he sighed.

"Little early for Halloween isn't it kid?" came a voice from the bottom of the stairs.

Draco looked down and saw one of Steve's teammates stood at the bottom of the stairs, he smirked at the sight of the mans afro. 'Definitely a Muggle,' he thought to himself, 'no way would a half decent wizard have hair like that.'

"Heard Steve's housemates had some kids over," came another voice that sounded foreign, Brazilian maybe?

Draco looked up and saw another dark skinned man stood behind the one with the fizzy hair. He just sneered at them, no way was he going to talk to two Muggles.

"Malfoy sneer," the Brazilian commented which resulted in a raised eyebrow from Draco. "Was warned about you."

"What school did you go to then?" the blond Slytherin then asked curiously, ignoring the fact that there was one definite Muggle listening to what they were talking about.

"Santos Rio De Brasilia," he replied.

"I've heard about that school, never met anyone from there before," Draco said sounding bored, "bet it's not as good as Hogwarts though, I've seen what Brazil's like."

"And I thought you Malfoy's didn't watch such Muggle things such as television," the Brazilian commented, grinning at him

The other man raised his hands and said, "Seeing as I've never heard of either school, I'll leave you two to it."

As he walked off, the Brazilian said, "Well at least Muggles like Don there are oblivious to magic, they'll never understand us."

"Who are you anyway," Draco demanded.

"Santos Gaia," he smirked

"You're a Gaia?" Draco gasped.

"Heard of us then?" Santos asked.

"Who hasn't," Draco scoffed, "rich powerful Brazilian family that founded the school you attended, you'd have to have been living under a rock not to have known that or worse you'd have to be a Muggle."

"Definetly a Malfoy," he grinned at him, the others didn't seem interested in what they were talking about fortunately.

Draco just sneered and was about to turn around and go back upstairs when Colin came crashing through the front door screaming, "Death Eaters." He didn't even notice that they had guests as he ran into the back of Santos.

The blond ex-Slytherin looked around with mixed interest. While some of the players had confused looks upon their faces, others had a mix of shock and surprise on theirs. He watched as Santos picked up the near hysterical boy from the floor as Steve and Remus ran in to see what was going on.

"What is going on in here?" Steve demanded.

Colin who was now visibly shaking badly began to explain in stutters, "D...Death Eaters," he said amidst the tears that were streaming down his cheeks, "t...they got H...Harry."

"Shit," Remus cursed.

"And I have Muggle teammates here," Steve grumbled under his breath.

"The Death Eaters, did they follow you?" Remus asked.

Colin shook his head and shrugged. He didn't even notice that Sirius was nowhere to be seen. "I...I d...didn't look b...back," he continued to stutter.

Blaise was stood behind them peering over Steve's shoulder at the boy that had been a year below them.

"Blaise, take Colin upstairs he needs to rest," Remus told him. "The rest of us will figure out what to do with Harry."

Blaise nodded and took Colin by the hand before leading him upstairs. Santos came over and asked, "What we going to do about the Muggles amongst us?"

"Shit," Steve swore closing his eyes, "and we can't trust the ministry right now either. Can't get the Brazilian Ministry in, even though you have good links and the International Ministry won't believe us if we told them."

"That's true," Santos agreed, "they'll demand to know why we're going to them instead of your Ministry."

"Are those Argyle fans outside?" called out one of their teammates from the doorway. This was Reinier Moor, who had gone to an Irish wizarding school but had no idea what Death Eaters looked like, even though he had been taught about Voldemort there. Curiously it appeared he hadn't heard Colin shout Death Eaters either. "I can see some green on some of them."

Steve and Remus looked at each other before running over to the doorway where sure enough there was a small group of Death Eaters heading their way. Surely there were more then this.

"Remus check out back, make sure there aren't anymore," Steve told him amidst the murmurings from his teammates who were confused as to what was going on.

Remus nodded and without protest, he ran out to the back of the house. On the fields across the way, he could see even more Death Eaters gathering. This was not good, not good at all. Back in the hallway by the front door he saw Steve and Santos still looking out the door.

"No good," he told them, "they're out on the fields as well. There must be dozens surrounding the house."

"Dammit," Steve cursed, he looked over at Santos who was shaking his head as he looked out the door, "and in a street full of Muggles, knew we should have moved to the wizarding area."

"Either way the Ministry will cover it up," Remus commented.

Ron appeared from the living room, wand in hand. "I knew I should have gone with Harry," he said.

"Wouldn't have done you any good," Remus then told him.

"So? At least I'd have been there for Harry," the young red-haired replied.

"We will talk about rescuing Harry when we have dealt with these Death Eaters," Remus then told him, "you defiantly won't do him any good in this sort of a mood."

Ron said nothing, so Remus took that as he understood.

"So what's the plan?" Steve asked.

"Basically we fight," Remus told him. He now had his wand in hand and was ready to use it. "Just keep an eye out on your Muggle teammates."

Steve stepped back and looked in to the living room where most of his team mates were either sat or stood around wondering what was going on, so much for the pre-season party. He saw Kevin Miller walking towards him.

"Is it true, are there Death Eaters out there?" the goalie asked.

Steve nodded, "Unfortunately there are," he replied.

Kevin then quickly took his wand from his sleeve and said, "Lets bust some heads then."

The three of them stood by the open front door with Ron and waited as the small group of Death Eaters arrived at the front garden. One of them stepped forward, someway ahead of the others.

"Hand the other four over or there will be trouble," the Death Eater demanded.

"Lucius Malfoy," Ron spat, recognising the voice.

"You'll cause trouble anyway father," came Draco's voice.

The others looked over and found he had somehow gone round to the side of the house where he was now stood.

"Foolish boy," his father spat.

"Oh I am not the foolish one father, I still have my own freewill," he replied. "You also taught me a little too well."

Draco raised his wand and smirked at his father before yelling "Crucio!"

Lucius fell to the ground withering as the pain flowed to every inch of his body. Draco quickly shouted "Crucio" several more times as the other Death Eaters foolishly went to help Lucius instead of fighting back. He didn't even care how many times he actually cast the spell nor how many times the Death Eaters were hit, the only thing that the young blond cared about was that he had singled handily taken out all the Death Eaters from the front of the house.

"Get inside," Draco told them amidst the screams of some of the Death Eaters, his father of course was wincing in pain silently.

"Why did you use Crucio?" Remus asked as the young blonde passed him, "why not Stupefy or even Avada Kadavra?"

Draco stopped walking, he didn't turn around to face any of them, "Because they deserve pain and I can't kill anyone," he coldly told them.

"They've gone already," Steve warned them, but out of the corner of his eye he noticed shapes moving. Either they were preparing for an ambush, of which they would be foolish to think would work, or they themselves were hiding for their own protection. "Can't go out front they'll proberly ambush us, can't go out back cause there's even more of them out there."

"Floo," Ron suggested, forgetting about the Muggles.

"And what about my Muggle teammates," Steve reminded him.

Before anyone could reply, an explosion threw glass all over the living room and hallway. An old painting that was hung over the fireplace crashed to the ground as everyone dived for cover.

"Give us the ones we want and we'll let the rest of you go," yelled a voice from outside, this time it wasn't Lucius Malfoy. They didn't recognise the voice.

"That's a lie for starters," Remus growled as he stood up and brushed himself off.

Don also stood up and dusted himself off, shaking his head glass from the smashed window fell out. "Now tell us what the fuck is going on here," he demanded.

One of Steve's teammates, Martin Thomas, stepped forward having brushed himself off. "Steve we're your teammates we deserve to know what's going on," he told him, agreeing with Don.

Steve looked over at Santos with a worried, his Brazilian teammate just nodded.

"I'm a wizard," Steve muttered as he bit his lower lip.

"A what? Cut the bullcrap Steve," Martin demanded.

"It's not bullcrap Martin, it's the truth," Kevin defended him.

"You expect us to believe that?" he said shaking his heard before another explosion rocked the house.

As they picked themselves up from ducking for cover again, Gareth Sheldon came running into the living room. His face was pale, like a ghosts. "You-know-who is out there," he told them

Steve's jaw dropped. "Shit," he swore.

"Looks like it's Floo," Remus sighed, "but where can we go to? The burrow is off limits, Ron refuses to go anywhere near there."

"I still think your talking bullshit," Martin reminded him. "Wizards are something you find in fantasy books, magic is the stuff cons do on street corners and those cheesy Paul Daniels shows."

From the fireplace, green flames grew from out of nowhere. They stood and watched for a while and wondered if it was the enemy that was using Floo to gain entry. For a while no one appeared.

"Knew I should have put some charms on the fireplace," Steve mumbled under his breath.

Though there was no need in the end as Sirius Black emerged from the flames and dusted himself off. He didn't notice the smashed glass all over the floor, nor did he notice he was standing on the painting that usually placed above the fireplace. The only thing he noticed was the look on the faces is most of those in the room.

"Oh shit Muggles," he swore.

"Isn't that that escaped convict, I'm sure I've seen him on the news," Martin gasped.

"Sirius," Steve growled.

"Hey how was I to know you were bringing your mates back with you," he protested, "I had to go see Dumbledore remember." It was then that he noticed the state of the living room, "Some party huh? Landlords going to kill you for this."

"We have Death Eaters outside," Remus explained.

Sirius' face dropped, he knew how bad that was.

"Front and back," Steve added.

Sirius looked back to the now empty fireplace. "Only one way out," he said, "but where to go."

Ron stepped forward, "I know where my brother Percy moved to, I think he wouldn't mind us passing through as long as we didn't bring any Death Eaters through with us."

At the exact same time, Percy Weasley was stood at the window of his small flat in London that looked out upon the street below. It was the cheapest he could find near the ministry, unlike his father Percy preferred to live near where he worked. Since he had received the news about his parents being taken to Azkaban, for what he was never told, he had received owls from all of his brothers except for Ron, even Ginny had sent him one stating that she was in the hospital wing up at Hogwarts. Ron's silence troubled him as it meant he had no idea whether or not he was all right.

"Percy," came a voice.

Percy jumped with surprise and turned around. Once he had caught his breath from the surprise of someone being in his flat, he slowly asked "Ron is that you?"

His youngest brother appeared from the other room where the fireplace was. "Of course it's me," he replied.

"Where have you been," Percy demanded, "your brothers and I have been worried about you since you abandoned Ginny at Hogwarts."

"I didn't abandon her," he protested, "I had to go because I was expelled."

Percy just stared at him, he had no idea what to say about that.

"We need to borrow your flat," he then added, "We're trapped by Death Eaters at Professor Lupin's place."

~~~~~*~~~~~
"This isn't good," Steve sighed, "Ron had better get back soon."
The Death Eaters in the fields behind the house were no advancing upon them. At the front door, Sirius and Remus stood guard. They could see those that Draco had used Crucio on, but they didn't appear to want to advance on them. Sirius knew that they were expecting the others to flush them right out into the awaiting ambush. The heavy rain that was now coming down only served to make matters worse.
Ron finally appeared through the fireplace and went out to tell them the good news. "Percy says it's alright for use to use his flat," he told them.
"And where is his flat? I should have asked before," Steve asked from the otherside of the house.
"London," the young redhead told him.
"Ah shit," Steve swore, "How are we going to explain that to the powers that be."
"We'll leave that to later, he have more important things to do," Kevin told him.
"Right," Steve agreed, looking at Kevin, "you, Santos and Draco help the others Floo to Percy's flat, Remus, Sirius and I will hold the Death Eaters back for as long as possible. Someone help Blaise with Colin, I don't think he's in any shape to walk by himself."
Only Draco seemed reluctant to do anything, which didn't surprise most of the others. Silently the Muggle footballers, still unsure about what was going on, crowded into the living room to be helped out. Steve looked out the back door and saw that the Death Eaters had now entered the bottom of the garden. They could tell that the one stood at the side was Voldemort as they could see his red eyes inside the darkened hood. As lightning flashed across the darkened sky, Steve wondered if the Dark Lord had conjured that up.
Steve held his wand and shouted, "Stupefy," at the closes Death Eater who promptly seized up and fell to the ground. He turned around, facing the others and asked, "You think Stupefy would work on him as well?"
Remus shook his head, "I hope it would but I somehow doubt it," he admitted.
All three ducked as a spell was cast toward them, part of the wall behind them collapsed as Sirius retaliated. For a few minutes the other Death Eaters just stood there as Voldemort walked over to one. Remus saw a silver hand protruding from a sleeve and realised that one was Peter Pettigrew. As they watched the Dark Lord pass something to him, Sirius said, "Why do I not like the look of this."
Remus just shook his head as they heard someone running down the stairs. Turning around they saw that it was Kevin. "That's the last of them," he said, "we're the only ones left and I don't want to stay here any longer."
~~~~~*~~~~~

"RON!" Percy yelled amidst murmurings from the people that had now invaded his flat. It was fortunate that he had three, albeit small rooms so that they weren't spilling out into the hallway.

"What?" his younger brother grinned, knowing full well that he was proberly in trouble.

"You didn't tell me I was going to end up in a flat full of Muggle footballers," he told him, "I just thought you meant a couple of people or so."

Ron just shrugged his shoulders as a couple of players pushed past him. "So I left a few details out," he said.

But before Percy could say anymore, his brother had disappeared into the mass of bodies. Instead he turned to Remus and asked, "So what are you going to do now? My landlord isn't going to like this."

"Well I think we have to get them back to Exeter," Steve suggested, "before the board notice our absence."

"Oh we'll think of something," Kevin told him, "would be easier if they saw the state of the house though. Like Reinier thought they were, just say we got attacked by Argyle fans."

"Is that sensible?" Steve questioned, "you know the what rivalry is like between us and them." He spat out the last part.

Kevin shrugged and then grinned. "Depends, we still can't tell any other Muggle what happened now can we," he said before adding, "adding a bit of an extra push to the rivalry between us and Argyll can't hurt."

"Oh really Kevin, did you never listen to Dumbledore?" Steve then asked him.

"Course I did, he said rivalries are important to the balance of nature," he protested.

By that time Percy had found Ron and had him cornered. It was then that he noticed there was a dog with them. That was the last straw for Percy, "For fucks sake Ron!" he yelled, "are you purposely trying to get me kicked out? Dogs are not allowed in here and I'm lucky just to be able to have my owl here."

Dead silence had descended over the flat as Ron tried avoiding his brother's eyes. Percy looked away and instead focused his attention on the footballers. "Right, I want the lot of you out right this minute," he yelled at them before barging his way to the front door.

"Well this is just dandy," Kevin laughed. "Now how are we going to get back to Exeter?"

"I don't care just get out of my flat," they heard Percy yell.

Minutes later they were all out on the pavement, wondering how on earth they were going to get back. Steve was still worried about what the landlord was going to tell Remus and himself about the state in which their rented house was in. especially if the Death Eaters had destroyed it after they and escaped from them.

"So where to now?" he asked the others.

"I hear Arsenal are playing this evening," Martin suggested, "some friendly against some obscure Transylvanian team or something."

Steve looked at his watch; it was gone five 'o' clock. He'd noticed that out of all of his Muggle teammates that Martin was the one who seemed to be taking the wizards existing thing the best. "Well may as well," he sighed.

Remus and the four remaining boys didn't follow the huge group as they walked up the road toward Highbury. Draco was leaning lazily against the building, hands behind his head and glad that the footballers were gone.

"I really hope I don't bump into that lot again," he yawned.

"Proberly be best if you don't," Remus agreed.

Draco didn't even look at him, he just looked up and down the predominantly Muggle street. He did suspect that Percy was not the only wizard living in the area.

Remus sighed, "Well looks as though we should get rooms for the night at The Leaky Cauldron," he told them.

"Anything's better then staying in this Muggle infested area," Draco moaned as the others, Sirius included in dog form, began following Remus.

"What do we do about Harry?" Ron asked.

Remus realised that Ron would have asked that sooner or later and he had hoped it would have been later when he had actually thought of a plan. "We'll come up with a rescue plan don't worry bout it," he tried to assure him.

For Ron however, nothing was assuring for him.

Harry had been unconscious ever since his capture by the Death Eaters. When he began to wake up he instantly remembered what had happened. In all honesty he had been expecting to find himself on a cold hard stone floor in a cramped cell, but instead he found himself in a very comfortable bed. His head pounded as he tried to sit up, but he couldn't. He started to feel dizzy every time he managed to lift his head from the pillow. More memories of what had happened on Exeter Cathedral green came flooding back to him and he remembered having the Cruciatus Curse used on him. though he did wonder if he'd had more curses placed on him while he was unconscious.

From where he lay he began to look around the darkened room, though he couldn't see much. Only when the door opened and light filled the room did he see clearly that it looked like an ordinary bedroom, only it was painted black with heavy black curtains blocking out the sun. a dark figure appeared in the doorway and walked across the room toward the bed.

"Potter, I see that you are awake," came a drawling voice, much like that of Draco.

"Oh shit," he groaned and wished that his body had the strength to run away.

He saw Lucius Malfoy appear at the side of the bed, shaking his head gleefully. "Looks like someone isn't best pleased," he commented.

Harry looked up at his captor and saw the gleam in his eyes. Lucius was also hold that short staff in his hand like he always did. To Harry's surprise, Lucius sat down on the bed and leaned over.

"That old fool Dumbledore always lies to you Potter," he told the young boy.

"No he never," Harry protested. He wanted to push him away but his body was too weak and he could hardly move.

"But he did, I am sure he told you that that filthy Squib and her filthy Muggle family were your only family," he smirked.

Harry was confused, if he'd had other family surely he'd have put him with them, unless they were wizards as well. He looked up and saw that Lucius still had that smirk on his face.

"I'll give you a name, Narcissa Evans," Lucius told him.

Harry's eyes widened in surprise, "Then she is my aunt?" he asked.

Lucius nodded, "And that would make me your uncle," he was enjoying taunting the young boy this way, especially as there was no way that he could retaliate.

"No," Harry protested. This was defiantly a trick, there was no way that his mum and Narcissa Malfoy were sisters.

Lucius nodded and stood up from the bed. "Not everyone knows this, but they will," he said before taking his wand out and pointing it at the young boy. "Imperio."
