Chapter Thirteen

"First you will have an appointment with the psychologist Donald Carpenter and then he will brief me about your situation and we will then start meeting regularly three times a week. We will drop the amount of the sessions as we make progress, Mr Malfoy," Simon Templeton, Draco's therapist, explained calmly. "How does this arrangement sound to you?"

Draco smiled. "It's more than I could hope for. Thank you, Mr Templeton." He was sitting in Templeton's warm and cosy office. Harry was waiting for him outside the room in the lobby. They had dropped Hannah off to Severus just in case Draco's appointment took longer than they anticipated.

Hannah was the person Harry was thinking about at that exact moment. Draco seemed overprotective of her, but it was not for naught. Harry felt repulsive just thinking about where and with whom Hannah had grown up. It was only natural for Draco to want to protect his daughter after a life like that.

Hannah would need counselling, too. She would get it right after Draco had settled things with the therapist. It was very likely that Draco would have to leave for a while in order to get over his drinking problem. If Draco's therapist accepted the idea of visiting Draco in the rehab centre, Draco would be in good hands and Harry would be able to focus his energy to get help for Hannah.

Hannah's childhood was too traumatic. She would need a stable home and family, and Harry was adamant to give her just that. She was their only child, how would they be able to even think about having more if they failed Hannah? Harry sighed. He picked up a magazine to keep his mind on other things until Draco came out of the office down the hall.

"How did it go?" Harry asked as Draco emerged from the therapist's office.

Draco licked his lips. "It went well. I think I might like him."

Harry smiled. "That's good. I wouldn't want someone who you don't like treat you." He got up dropping the magazine he had been reading on the table next to his seat. "Are you ready to go?"

"Yes, but there is something I want to talk to you in private, Harry," Draco said in surprisingly clipped tone.

Harry looked a little worried. "We can go home if you like."

"No, I would like to have some neutral place."

"Then I know just the place for us. Come on," Harry urged Draco by taking his hand.

They walked towards the Apparation point which was just outside the main hall. Draco had no idea where they where going until Harry had apparated them away to their destination.

He found him in Hogsmeade. "Are we going to Hogwarts?"

"Yes. We can take a walk on the grounds," Harry answered.

They walked in silence towards their old school. Draco was getting nervous all of sudden. The idea of talking to Harry has seemed very good only a minutes ago, but now he didn't know if he should after all.

They reached the gates and slipped through now a bit rusty ones. Draco felt the newly set wards vibrate as they entered the Hogwarts' grounds. The castle was under reconstruction. He stopped to admire the building.

Harry saw him looking at it and said, "The school will be ready in a few months just on time for the new students if there are any."

"I'm sure there will be if you are the headmaster," Draco stated looking back at Harry. They gazed for a moment into each other's eyes.

Draco smiled slightly as his nervousness washed away. "Can we go to the Quidditch pitch?"

"Of course," Harry answered. They fell into a silence that was not broken until the reached the pitch. It had not changed much.

"Harry, I don't know where to start. So much has happened in such short time that I have trouble to grasp the whole concept at once."

Harry stopped but Draco walked a few steps further. Draco didn't turn to face him as he spoke. "I want to know if you trust me, Harry?"

"I do."

"Then I can trust you will take care of Hannah?"

"I will."

Draco turned to look at his lover. "I love you, Harry."

"I love you too, Draco."

Draco bit his lower lip. Harry took the last steps to Draco and hugged him tightly. "What is it, love?"

"I just don't want to be apart from you but I have to if I want to get rid of my addiction."

Harry pulled back and cupped Draco's face between his hands. "I'll come to visit you as much as I can. You have nothing to worry about, Draco. You are not alone." He first gently kissed his cheeks and then his lips.

When they parted Harry's eyes were soft and he smiled warmly. "When you get out of the clinic I will make you my husband, Draco."

Draco's eyes widened. "Harry," he gasped.

"I will commit myself to you for the rest of my life and I'm not going to ever let you go."

Draco shook his head. "What will everyone think? You have to think about your job as the next Headmaster of Hogwarts."

"Who do you think you are talking to?" Harry asked amused raising an eyebrow.

Draco sighed. "That's just it. You are the saviour of the wizarding world, so how do you think people will react when you marry a man and no less but an Ex-Death Eater?"

"You aren't a Death Eater."

"But that is what everyone thinks!"

"To hell with what everyone thinks! Like I had ever cared about that!" Harry grabbed Draco's shoulders in his anger.

Draco winced visibly closing his eyes and turning his head to the side waiting for the blow which never came.

"Can't you see, love, I only want you and I want to know that you'll be mine forever."

Tears ran down on Draco's cheeks when he opened his eyes. "Harry!" he exclaimed sobbing. He felt he needed reassuring to Harry's words and there was only one way he could think of at that moment that would give him that.

He grabbed the back of Harry's head and almost crushed their head together into a bruising kiss. Harry whimpered into the kiss.

Draco started pulling Harry's clothes off hastily. "I want you here and now, Harry."

Harry could only nod as he assisted Draco in his campaign of getting them naked as soon as possible.

AN: I had to cut this chapter short since NC-17 isn't approved here so in my opinion something really important is now removed since the ending just isn't the same. There was something that I wanted to say in this chapter but I would have to write the ending again from scratch as I would have to keep in mind that I can't put anything that might be considered as NC-17 stuff.

But you can live without knowing what was said in the ending as I'm sure that someone wouldn't understand it either XD Kidding.
