James watched Lily move silently. In the morning, she always woke up before him, and dressed and left. He had made it a ritual to watch her. She had these cute little things she did, like biting her lip when she couldn't find something. She'd always charm her beautiful, silky auburn hair into two braids along her cheeks. It was supposed to be a muggle fashion. It really did suit her. She smiled at him, and opened the door without making it creek.
