Having disappeared from the mainstream wizarding world one year before, Percy takes a job in an odd backwoods village. The villagers, under the direction of their beloved and strangely familiar leader Dormand, have organized themselves in an effort to protect their local dragons from the plots of Voldemort. A silly plan, but Percy only cares about finding a place to hide and try to forget his past. But this is proven impossible when he again meets his ex-love Penelope Clearwater, who has come to the village in an effort to uncover its true purpose and place in the war.
