- Author's Note:
- This is my little project for Harry Potter withdrawal symptoms. To get my mind of what will happen in the next book. This will eventually be D/G and H/H pairings. This will be a very long fic, in fact I already have the sequel in mind......-_-
It's an adventure/romance and maybe a touch of angst. Enjoy!

"You know we really shouldn't be doing this..."
"Cork it Hermione"
"No I will not cork it!"
"Yes you w..."
"Shut up the both of you!"
Ron and Hermione fell silent obediently while Harry glared at them.
"Harry if your glaring at us, we can't see you remember? We're wearing the invisibility cloak"
Ron stuffed his fist into his mouth, trying to prevent to laugh.
Harry stood there, waiting until his friends were done.
"All right Harry, we'll shut up now, won't we Ron?"
A stifled laugh was all that replied. Harry shook his head, knowing he couldn't be angry at them for long. They were his best friends, they had been for six years straight.
"Come on guys, let's just get this over and done with" Hermione whined, agitated that once again she was breaking the rules.
"Oh come on Hermione stop being such a goody-two-shoes"
"WHAT!? Goody-two-shoes? When have I EVER been Goody-two-shoes! I have broken the rules countless times just to save your sorry arse Ron!
"Ohhhh, so your now a Baddy-two-shoes huh?"
"Oh dear Ron, I think your wit has escaped you, not that you ever had any...."
"Guys...shhhhh, I think I hear someone coming"
Ron and Hermione stopped there arguing immediately. They did not wish to get caught. In fact they would never wish such a fate on anyone, well except Draco Malfoy.
A weird chilling sensation rose in the air around them causing Harry to shiver. All three jumped as a footfall sounded nearby. They backed against the wall, pressing themselves tight against it, hoping that it would serve as a safety.
The air grew even cooler, so cold was the hallway now that they had to hold in there breaths for afraid of them being seen. Every muscle on Harry was tensed, ready to spring into action. His hand was gripping his wand tightly, as if wishing it were a portkey. The sound of footfalls grew closer, sounding if the person was in the corridor too, but there was no-one in sight. Harry's eyes searched each corner of the hallway but found nothing. My hearing must bea bit off. Harry though vaguely.
"Mr. Potter, there is nothing at all wrong with your hearing"
The trio jumped, and Hermione let lose a shriek. The voice had been right in front of them, but there was no one to be seen. Harry jumped away from the wall, arms flailing wildly through the air, checking if anyone was there. A sharp whizzing noise caught Ron's attention and he turned his head just in time to see a small item flying threw the air directly at Harry.
"Harry look out!"
Harry's head swiveled round and his arm reached out to catch the object.
"Cor, Harry bloody good catch!"
Harry didn't respond, instead he was staring at the small item he had caught. Suddenly a blind light shot through the corridor and Harry grabbed Ron and Hermione. He yelled something inconceivable then all went black.
"What in the....." Ron rubbed his head and stood up, his eyes widening as he stared at the lush greenery around him.
"Where on earth are we?"
Ron turned to see Hermione getting up slowly and Harry staring at something in his hand.
"Harry, what happened?" Ron asked, still bewildered at how he had gotten out side and why it was in the middle of the day.
"Guys" Harry's voice cut through the still air "Is this what I think it is?"
Hermione walked to Harry and her jaw went slack.
"Is that...Is that a Time-Turner?"
Harry nodded. "Yeah Hermione it is, but it's broken........"
Draco stomped into the Slytherin common room annoyed. He slumped into his favorite chair, grumbling.
"OW!" Draco yelled, jumping up. "What the bloody hell did I sit on?!"
Rubbing his backside gingerly he reached a hand behind him and grabbed the item that dared bruise his backside. Draco stared at the offending item, and his eyes widened. "A Time-Turner" He breathed, not believing what he saw. Slowly a malicious grin slipped onto his face as he realized what good fortune had just bestowed upon his head.
"Jesus...all the fun I can have with this little beauty.."
Draco stared at the Time-Turner, looking at the small makings that had been encrypted into the golden rim.
"Soul enchartias" Draco whispered, his eyes narrowing in puzzlement. "What does that mean?" A blinding flash of white brilliance shot through the air. A feeling of high intensity in his gut made him double over, gasping. Before he could cry out, or question what was happening he felt a surge of power drawing him forwards.
"Aaah!" Draco yelled, finally finding his voice. Suddenly he was falling, the wind whipping around his cloak. He opened his eyes only to see the green ground looming up before him.
He heard a loud crack as his body hit the ground, then he knew no more.
"Father is the strange boy awake yet?" Draco stirred as he heard a young girl's voice, followed by an older, gruffier one.
"Saylee, hush, do not wake him with your insistent pestering."
"But, Faaaaather"
Draco finally forced his eyes open and the room came into view. He was lying on a hard mattress, in a small bare room with a curtain drawn across, obviously shielding the room from the rest of the house. The curtain was drawn back abruptly to show a tall stocky man, with curly black hair and a long plaited beard. He was wearing a brown tunic and worn down breeches with large black boots. Certainly someone he didn't want to mess with. Draco sat up blinking. Suddenly a small girl shot between the mans legs and jumped onto the end of the bed.
"Hello!" The girl said brightly. "Me'names Saylee and that's me Pappa" The girl was obviously the mans daughter, she had long curly black hair which stuck up around her face and inquisitive black eyes that were currently staring at him curiously.
"Saylee, let the lad have some space." Draco watched the girl warily as if she might suddenly bite him. Saylee did what her father told her and slowly climbed of the bed, a sad look on her face.
"Sorry bout that laddie, she gets all excited when we havin' guests' round"
Draco stared at him. "Who are you?" He blurted out, unable to stop himself.
The man looked at him gloomily. "My name's Raciuos Loof, But you can just call me Racy, I found ya out'n the Kings fields, ya shouldn't be out'en about out there, you'd get tortured even if ya weren't doin' nothun. These are bad times we'in"
"What? What do you mean? I wasn't in no field! And where am I?!" By now Draco's small bit of impatience had left him and he was groping around for his wand, planning to turn the old git into a toad, or something tasteful like that.
"Sure ya was!" Racy thundered "Saylee heard ya yell out and found ya knocked out in' tha field and my Daughta' does not lie!"
Draco stared Racy, he had given up looking for his wand and taken up cowering. In a blink of an eye Racys face had softened. " Sorry bout that, I've gott'a short fuse, but if ya don't remember then ya' must've hit ya head harder then I thought." Racy looked thoughtful " Laddie, do ya remember ya name?" Before Draco could reply he was cut off by Saylee.
"Did Solen send ya'?"
"Solen, who's Solen?"
Draco looked up to see Racy looking at him, his face had gone very pale.
"Saylee" Racy's voice was quite, a hint of fear lacing the edges. "Never say that name again, what if someone had heard ya' other then me? The Stauce's men would take ya' away for sure."
Saylee's face had gone pale, and she sat down next to the bed, blinking back tears. "Sorry pappa"
"So laddie, you asked where ya' are, I can tell ya' that easy" Racy's voice abruptly changed the subject, and Draco made a mental note to find out who Solen was later. "We are's at the village protected by the castle Bastyne, and its king, Raffam the 3rd.
"Bastyne?" Draco echoed. His situation getting more confusing each minute.
"That's right laddie, But whats ya' name, I can't keep calling ya' laddie forever ya' know"
Draco nodded "My name is Draco, Draco Malfoy."
Racy made a startled choking sound, and Saylee jumped to her feet. "See Papa! I'm right! His names Dracovarseon! I know's it! He's been sent by Solen!"
Draco by now had finally had enough "Dracovar-whatsa?! My names Draco! That's all. Just Draco! And who in bloody hell is Solen!?"
Racy's eyes were darting around nervously, as if expecting someone to jump out of the shadows. Finally he relaxed and leveled Draco with a hard stare, he sighed. "Ya not from around here are's ya?"
Draco nodded, coming to the conclusion that Potter had slipped some hallucinates into his food at dinner.
"Ya look exhausted, I'll go an'get ya some soup and I'll tell ya anythin ya needs to know."
Ginny walked quickly over the grass, planning to go to Hagrid's, she couldn't find Harry and Ron anywhere and this was the last place to look. Ginny lurched forward as something rolled beneath her foot. She stifled a yell and slowly got to here knees, grumbling. Her eyes narrowed in annoyance, there usually wasn't any stones on the green. Thinking it my be someone's lost item she grabbed her wand. "Lumos" She whispered. Almost instantly a dim light appeared at the end of her wand, casting an eerie light on the moon-less night. After a few minutes of fumbling around on her knees she was about to give up when a glimpse of gold caught her eye. Ginny reached out and picked up the object, brushing her locks of fiery hair out of her eyes, she stared.
"What is it?" Ginny wondered out loud. It looked like some kind of hourglass encased in gold. Ginny squinted and brought her wand closer to the rim. "Some kind of lettering?" She asked the air." Ginny looked closer and read the words aloud "Soul enchartias" As soon as the words had left her mouth, the wind picked up, sending howling messages through the night air. Ginny gripped the hourglass tightly and stood up, fear making her movements jerking and awkward. She gasped as a bright light filled Hogwarts grounds, lighting up the whole castle. She stood shivering like a leaf in the bright light, standing alone in the middle of the field. A drawing sensation made her lurch forward, her body moving on its own accord. Ginny tried to scream but her mouth wouldn't respond. And as if the light had never been there, it vanished, leaving her to stare at a place she had never seen before this day. This is too much Ginny thought wildly. Her mind jabbered a million different thoughts at once, but finally sticking at one idea. She needed to rest, then her eyes rolled back in their sockets and she proceeded to faint.
"She hit her head on a rock, Sire, she may have lost her memory"
Ginny slowly felt her body come round. She was in the most comfortable bed she had ever felt. She forced her eyes open and let the world around her come into focus. Ginny's eyes traveled around the room, trying to take in her surroundings. She was in a huge four poster bed with satin sheets and a beautifully embroidered through over blanket. The room was literally massive. It was littered with various pieces of furniture, each piece more exquisite then the last. As her eyes ended at the end of the bed she saw a young man with dark brown hair talking quietly to another man who was dressed in what looked like awfully expensive ropes. But what caught her attention was the simple golden crown that adorned his head. A king.
"Who am I? She whispered softly.
The king's head whipped sharply around. "Glynna-vrye! Oh, my dear, dear daughter Glynna-vrye!" The king hurried to the side of the bed and hugged her forcefully, sobbing openly.
"My Glynna-vrye" He whispered softly " I was so sure that Solen had taken you, I was so sure"
