Together

Harry's POV

It all started on the train ride of my first year. Ron and I were just getting ourselves acquainted when you came barging into our compartment. You introduced yourself, and told us your whole life story, while Ron and I just stared at you, feeling a little dazed. My first thoughts of you were that you were a stuck up, conceited know-it-all. My thoughts soon evaporated when you covered for Ron and me, even when we locked you in the girl's bathroom with a troll.

Second year, the Chamber of Secrets was reopened, and the basilisk was searching for all muggle-born students. The serpent petrified you, and I still get shivers up and down my spine thinking about your cold, lifeless face. However, that memory is soon washed away. My face is lit up with a smile every time I remember how ecstatic you were because Ron and I figured out what the creature was.

Third year, one of my fondest memories with her happened. We were flying on Buckbeak, trying to save Sirius, with you holding onto my waist for dear life. You blushed the first time I confronted you about this, and I knew that future sparks would be flying.

Then comes fourth year; the year of the Tri-Wizard Tournament. You had an admirer that year, Viktor Krum. Yet, you still helped me with all the tasks, and stood by my side. I still remember how beautiful you looked at the Yule Ball. Then came the final task, which included Voldemort's return and Cedric's death. It was a very eventful year, and I even got my first kiss from you on the cheek. From that moment on my life changed forever.

Our fifth and sixth years were magical and dreadful. You and me were so caught up with each other; we didn't realize that Ron was slipping into the dark arts. By sixth year, he was the youngest death eater.

In seventh year, you and me proclaimed our love for each other during one extraordinary night. We were both appointed head boy and girl, and having our own rooms had its advantages. Then the final battle came with Voldemort. You and I killed him, for our love too powerful for him to conquer.

Out of Hogwarts, we moved into a flat with each other. You became a tutor for families who couldn't afford to send their children to Hogwarts, and I joined the Ministry.

Now, here we are on our wedding day. I think of all the memories we have together as you walk down the aisle, looking as beautiful as ever. We will prepare for the journey ahead together.

Hermione's POV

I can still remember the day on the train when I met you. There were rumors flying that The-Boy- Who-Lived might actually be coming to Hogwarts! I was flabbergasted and couldn't wait to meet the boy who I had read and dreamed about. Of course, when I met you, I got so nervous that I blabbed out my whole life story. It took some harsh words from Ron, a few tears, and a troll in the bathroom for us to become best friends. We were known as the amazing trio.

Now that I look back, our second year was the beginning of the Harry saga. First year was sort of an introduction to now, where we are in the story. From myself getting petrified, Ginny taken into the chamber, and Hagrid being sent of to Azkaban, this was an unforgettable year. Of course, in the end you saved the day with help from Ron.

Third year had an added twist with an escaped prisoner from Azkaban, who turned out to be your godfather. And how can I forget our ride on Buckbeak? What a wonderful memory.

Fourth year was a very eventful year, as all of them were. You were mysteriously placed into the Twizard Tournament. There was also the Yule Ball, and of course, Viktor Krum. And I still have nightmares of you appearing out of nowhere, wearing bloody robes with a dead Cedric Diggory at your side.

Fifth and sixth year were pretty exciting and heartbreaking. The magical part was that you and me were finally together proving our love at last. But at the same time, Ron, who was overcome with feeling of being overshadowed by his siblings, became interesting in the Dark Arts. By sixth year, he was even made the youngest death eater in history!

Seventh year came with us being appointed head boy and head girl. Let's just say having our own rooms had many advantages! Our last year at Hogwarts was quite enjoyable due to the events from the year before (except for Ron becoming evil, of course). Draco and Ginny were dating, and you and Draco were becoming friends. Then the final battle came, and Draco proved his loyalty to us by murdering his father. You, bravest of them all, went off to kill Voldemort. I still can't believe you were so foolish to do that. I followed you, and together we had killed him.

After Hogwarts, you and I moved into a flat together. You joined the Ministry and I became a tutor. We loved to help people.

Now, as I am walking down the aisle, you are only a few steps away from me. My eyes are locked with yours and I simply want to melt. I know we can conquer the road ahead in good and bad times together!
