Chapter 2

Sirius's Will To the Weasley's

"Very well then, 'Harry Potter's house'." A burst of green flames came and swallowed Harry. He arrived at Number 12, Grimuald Place. Ron and Hermione came running at him to say "hi" when Moody came back from Pivite Drive.

"Gosh, I hate your uncle. He is so stupid trying to act like a big 'macho' man. Like he could take me." He gave a big laugh followed by a loud snarl that sounded like Harry's least favorite teacher, Professor Snape. Everyone greeted Harry back to Grimuald Place.

Finally Molly, Ron's mom, came in and said "hi" to Harry then yelled, "Lunch is ready! First come, first serve!" Ginny left the room followed by Hermione, Harry, and Ron. The rest of the Order went in after the kids were done getting their food.

When Harry, Ron, and Hermione sat down, Harry wanted to tell them something. Something that he wanted to get out the day that Sirius died. "I can't stand it. With Sirius gone and all. It's like losing my father again. Right now the only thing that I want is a family to be my guardian, not bodyguard." He took a chance to look over at Moody and Tonks. "If it was my choice, I'd go with you, Ron, or Professor Lupin. No offense, Hermione, but I don't think your parents would let me live with ya'll"

"Non taken, but Harry, I think they would hear you out. It might not make a difference, but then again, it might," Hermione answered. "Still worth a try, though."

Later that day, Professor Dumbledore came by Harry's house. He asked if he could have a word with Harry away from his friends. They didn't reject. Harry and Dumbledore left the living room (if you could call it that) and went into Harry's room.

Dumbledore gave Harry a sheet of paper. Harry opened it while Dumbledore talked, "This is Sirius' will, Harry. More than ¾ of it goes to you, and if I may add, it comes to no surprise to me. You were everything to Sirius after your father died and also before you even heard of him." He kept on talking and Harry listened to every word of it.

He was finally done, he asked Harry to read it aloud. "'I, Sirius Alphard Black, give Harry James Potter ¾ of my money and my house. I give the Order of the Phoenix the rest of my money to recruit more members. I also give them the room across my mother's portrait to hold the meetings.' That's all it says. So he gave me practically everything...Wow." He let out a sigh. "And he didn't even give anything to the Weasley's."

"Harry...?" Dumbledore asked.

"Did that come out of my mouth?" Harry suddenly answered.

The summer went by fast. They celebrated Ginny's birthday on August 11. She got some books from Hermione. The rest of the Weasley's got her a broom. It was a Cleansweep 7. When it was Harry's turn to give her her present, he asked for the whole family to gather around her. He handed Ginny a sheet of paper, and she read it. When she was done she screamed. "Oh-my-GOSH!!! 'I, Harry, give the whole Weasley family ½ of the money he received from Sirius. That adds up to 398 Galleons, 249 Sickles, and 142 Knuts!'"

She was so excited, as was the rest of the family, but Molly couldn't accept it. "Harry, we can't take this."

"Sure you can. Even if you say no, you'll still have it. I transferred the money to your vault already." He could tell she was about to say something but Moody didn't want her to. And when he doesn't want something, that's what happens. So Molly decided not to say what she wanted to.

July 20^th, the Hogwarts letters came except for Harry's. Dumbledore came especially for him. He took Harry into another room, and gave him his letter. Harry opened it and read it...the same old booklist. But there were two more sheets of parchment. He read the first letter. "'Harry Potter, one of the prefects of Slytherin, Draco Malfoy, has been relieved of his duty. You will now be the replacement.' I'm the replacement for Malfoy? It's about time something bad happened bad happened to him."

"Yes, I don't like him either," he replied. "Now read the other and no one must know about this."

"'Harry Potter has been made the Professor for the 6^th years for Defense Against the Dark Arts. The other professor will be me for 1^st-5^th and 7^th years.' So you and me will be professors?"

"Yes, Harry."
