Hogwarts, an evil-doer, a knowledgeable one, and a mischief-maker

The rain sprinkled heavily from the sky as three young girls, who were in their fifth year at Hogwarts, looked upon the red train that would take them to the castle. One of them shook their head.

"Can't we go to Hogwarts by ourselves? It's not that hard. You would think that if Voldemort wanted us to go there so bad, he would at least let us choose our own transportation," complained Hellemic, the mischievous one of the three companions, and also the tallest. She had quite big eyes, which were of the deepest blue. But the other two were not listening. "Guys?" said Hellemic, shaking them lightly.

"Huh...what?" said Rasha, one who was very good at making plans, for any situation. Also, she was the second tallest. Her green eyes were quite bright.

"Hellemic...what is it?" asked Engma, who loved nothing more than to add a little evil to someone's day, and just about a centimeter shorter than Rasha. Her brown eyes would change color sometimes to golden, and back again.

"Weren't you listening?" said Hellemic, "I was just stating how we can get to Hogwarts all by ourselves, thank you."

"Sure, Hellemic," said Rasha, continuing to stare in the direction that she had before. Engma followed suit.

"What are you guys looking at?" asked Hellemic.

"Oh...my...look at that one with the black hair..." said Engma dreamily.

"And...the one next to him...the blonde...oh my gosh..." said Rasha, leaning her head on Hellemic's shoulder, which was nearest. Hellemic looked at the people they were talking about. In fact, on the other side of the person Engma was gawking at, Hellemic saw a very handsome young man, who looked also to be in his fifth year. He had shorter hair sort of spiked up. And his eyes...oh his eyes...were of the deepest blue, and so big...from here, she supposed he was about an inch taller than she was. He was skinny, like herself, and his smile was beautiful. In fact, she saw, he was staring at her, with his mouth half-open. She smiled at him.

"You know," said Hellemic to her companions, "that guy with the spiked hair is awfully cute."

"Hellemic, Hellemic, Hellemic," said Engma, "with you it's always cute. Cute?

I think you mean a lot more than that."

"Really, Hellemic, you need to start liking people," agreed Rasha.

"Well, if you two are so dumbstruck by the other two, we'll go over and meet them. And plus, the brown haired one is staring at me, and I don't want him to get dehydrated. Come on!" But before she could make it over to him, another person tapped her on the shoulder. Hellemic turned around. It was a boy with lighter, bushy brown hair, glasses, brown eyes, and a few inches shorter than Hellemic. He wasn't much to look at as far as good looks, though.

"Hey," he said, "my name's Ryan."

"Hellemic," Hellemic replied, nodding.

"I was wondering if..." Ryan started looking a bit nervous now, "If you wanted to go out with me." Hellemic looked quite surprised.

"Well," she said, "I just met you a few seconds ago, but I don't see what harm it could do..."

"Great," said Ryan, "well, see you." Hellemic waved as Ryan walked over to a group of boys, probably his friends. She then turned to Rasha and Engma. They were smiling.

"What?" she asked. The two giggled. The train whistle then rang; signaling it was time for everyone to get on the train. "Didn't you two go over to meet your dream guys?" Hellemic then said, when the train started up."

"Oh no," said Rasha, "It was too much fun watching you. But couldn't you have picked a better looking one?"

"It wasn't my fault," retorted Hellemic, "What was I supposed to do, say no? I didn't want to crush him emotionally, or anything."

The rest of the trip continued pretty much in silence, except for Engma having a little disagreement with the lady who brought around the snack tray.

Elijah watched her. She was a pretty thing, with long, blonde hair, and the deepest, dark blue eyes he had ever seen. Elijah's friends had been stunned by her friends, but that didn't matter right now. If only he could get the courage to talk to her...

"You know what?" said Elijah's friend, Hayden.

"What?" asked Elijah and his other friend, Tom, together.

"You know that girl over there, the one standing between those other two?" The girl Hayden was talking about stood right next to the one Elijah was admiring. "She's really cute."

"Well, what about the one on her left?" said Tom. He was talking about the girl opposite her, now, "She's not too bad."

"The tallest one isn't exactly unfortunate in looks," said Elijah. Hayden and Tom looked at him.

"This is a first for you, Elijah," said Tom, "you haven't been into girls much before this."

"There's a first time for everything," shrugged Elijah, but then his mood changed completely, "Oh no. That idiot!"

"What?"

"You know, that loser, Ryan? Well, he's just asked the girl I was talking about to go out with him!" cried Elijah.

"How do you know?" asked Hayden.

"He flirts with so many girls it's impossible to not know!" said Elijah, quite exasperated.

"Well, don't worry, Elijah," said Tom, "Ryan loses interest in girls faster than a two year old loses interest in soap operas."

"I guess you're right," sighed Elijah, "And when he does, I'll be there."

"Hey, we've got to get on the train," Hayden said, as the bell rang, "it's going to leave in five." The three then boarded the bus to Hogwarts, not knowing it would be the most interesting year of their, and the girls they had recently seen, lives.

Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermoine Granger, and Lee Jordan were also watching the three girls.

"I hope that Engma notices me, but she doesn't seem interested," sighed Harry.

"Don't give up hope, Harry," said Ron, "You haven't asked Engma yet. But I hope that Rasha makes room in her life for me. The only problem is, she's already taken interest in Hayden. I saw how she was looking at him.

"They've only just met, though," said Lee Jordan, "But I can tell that Elijah definitely likes Hellemic-did you see the way he looked at her? But Hellemic doesn't seem like she's looking for a boyfriend. But then, of course, Ryan came up and simply asked her. She didn't seem to enthusiastic about the yes, however."

"Well, if you can get her to like you, I have a fancy for Elijah," said Hermoine, "anyway, Parvati told me that Padma likes Tom, and Padma told me about Parvati's feelings for Hayden."

"We might have a chance," said Harry, "let's just see how the year turns out."

Back on the train, Harry, Ron, Hermoine, and Lee Jordan strolled into the same train compartment as Rasha, Hellemic, and Engma.

"Oh, good, the circus has arrived," sneered Engma.

"Engma!," hissed Rasha and Hellemic together.

"Oh, don't worry, we know she's just kidding," said Harry, but Hellemic caught the loving glance he quickly gave Engma.

"You wish," Engma muttered to Rasha and Hellemic. They chuckled silently. Hellemic sighed, "so, what do you want?"

"Oh, nothing, really," said Lee Jordan, but the way that he said it and looked at her made Hellemic want to stand up and give him a kick that sent him flying out the window. Lee Jordan had a crush on her. 'crap,' she thought, 'now I'll have to deal with him through the rest of the year.'

"Well, we are talking, so, why did you come in here?" asked Rasha.

"To talk with you guys..." said Ron dreamily, looking at Rasha lovingly. A spasm of anger flashed through her eye. This was the final straw.

"Well," said Hellemic, standing up and clasping her hands together, "I think I heard the train driver say that everyone had to sit in their original compartments, so you guys better go. Didn't the rest of you hear that?" she nudged Rasha, who was sitting next to her.

"Oh, of course, you don't want to get in trouble, do you?" Rasha said, trying to make this sound believable.

"Well, I didn't hear anything, but, I guess we'll go," said Hermoine.

"See you later," said Harry. And with that, him and his companions left.

"If that Lee Jordan kid wants to live to see the summer holidays, he'll keep his distance from me," said Hellemic.

"Same with Potter," agreed Engma.

"And Weasley," said Rasha, "so, now that that's over with..."

The three continued to talk and joke around with each other until they reached Hogwarts. Professor Mcgonnagol was waiting outside of the train. She had a list in her hand.

"Rasha...Hellemic...Engma...last names?" she said, eyeing the three, knowing that making them come to school when they did not need to was a bad idea, with these three, anyway.

"Don't have any," spat Rasha.

"So...what?" asked Hellemic.

"You are to be sorted before the first years, so come with me," said the Professor. The three reluctantly followed Mcgonnagol into the castle of Hogwarts.

The three stood before all of the students and teachers at Hogwarts. Behind them were the student tables, the students and the first years. In front of them was the sorting hat, and the staff of the school. The three searched the crowd and found the three guys they had seen earlier at the train station. The three smiled, and Mcgonnagal rapped the table for attention.

"Students! These three new students have already graduated from what any school could teach them. However, they cannot live by themselves yet, by law, so, they will remain here with us, until that is legal. I trust you will treat them with respect, as any other student. First, let us get them sorted. First, Hellemic." Hellemic stepped up to the sorting hat, and, brushing some dust off of it, set it on her head.

'Look, sorting hat,' thought Hellemic, 'I know that you can hear me. And I would just like you to know that, if you do not put me in Ravenclaw, you will not enjoy the rest of your miserable existence!'

'All right! All right!' said a voice in Hellemic's ear, 'I was going to put you into Ravenclaw anyway! Your house will be...RAVENCLAW!' The last word the hat said aloud. There was applause, and Hellemic took a seat at the Ravenclaw table, next to Cho Chang. The two introduced themselves, and became friends. Elijah was silently cheering, for his crush was in the same house as him.

"Rasha," said Mcgonnagal. Rasha set the sorting hat on her head, and obviously gave it a talking-to also, because it shouted out breathlessly, "RAVENCLAW!" Rasha smiled, and sat next to Hellemic, who introduced her to Cho Chang. Now it was Hayden's turn to be overjoyed.

"Engma," said the Professor. Engma merely looked at the sorting hat, and it said, "AHH!!! NO!!! DON'T PUT ME ON THAT HEAD!!! IT IS CURSED!!! CURSED!!! CURSED, I TELL YOU!!!

"Then where do I belong?" asked Engma, smirking evilly at the sorting hat.

"SLYTHERIN!!! SLYTHERIN!!! SLYTHERIN!!!" It screamed at her. Engma nodded and sat next to a boy, whose eyes opened wide the second she did. Engma had sat down next to Tom.

Next, all of the first years were sorted; all of which were a little stunned after seeing the sorting hat go berserk. After a good feast, all of the students were sent to their dormitories. On the Ravenclaw door there was a note.

Students-

Due to lack of space...I am afraid that the two students that go by the names of Hellemic and Elijah will be rooming together. This also goes for Rasha and Hayden. Your rooms are behind the doors in the Ravenclaw common room. I do hope that this bothers no one.

Sincerely,

Professor Flitwik

Hellemic whispered to Cho Chang, "Who's Elijah?" Cho Chang pointed across the room, to the same boy that Hellemic had seen earlier at the train station.

"He's that one over there. Elijah's really nice, don't worry," said Cho Chang.

"Well, I'll go over and meet him. See you guys tomorrow," said Hellemic to Cho Chang and Rasha.

"Hello," said Hellemic as she tapped Elijah on the shoulder. He seemed stunned for a moment until he said a nervous, "Hi." Back.

"I guess we're rooming together," said Hellemic.

"Yeah. So, what's your name?"

"Hellemic."

"Elijah."

"Well, it's great to meet you. Um...do you get in trouble often at school?"

"Why do you ask?"

"I do, and to be frank, Elijah, I do a lot. I'm thinking they maybe put us in a dorm room together so the other kids don't have to be blamed for what we do in their dorm room."

"That's probably the reason, because I do cause a lot of trouble."

"Mischief's fun, too."

"Of course. You don't get in literal trouble then."

The room that Hellemic and Elijah were to share was awfully plain, with a blue and bronze carpet, two blue beds and windows that were draped with blue curtains. Not that Hellemic didn't like blue; in fact, it was her favorite color. The window was about the only thing that she wanted to keep. It had a very good view of the lake, and the mountains that were a ways away from Hogwarts.

"We need some changes around here," she said to Elijah, and with a wave of her hands, made drastic changes to the room. Now the corner that the beds were in, which was also the corner that they were standing in, was surrounded by trees, (courtesy of Engma). The beds had been changed to little nests of blankets and pillows, Hellemic's blue, Elijah's green, and this corner was also the only bit of land. The rest was water, in which the floor had magically been extended down twenty feet, but the ceiling below them had remained the same height. The ocean was made of lukewarm water, and also had a beautiful coral reef, in and by which a few dolphins, porpoises, manatees, and many fish played. By the corner of land there was a waterfall, that extended a few feet out from the wall, and fell into the ocean. The air had a smell of rain, and was a bit misty, (courtesy of Rasha). All of the water was due to Hellemic. Right before the door there was a bit of rock to stand on, so no one had to fall when they entered.

Elijah stared at Hellemic in awe.

"Don't you at least need a wand?" he asked her.

"No," Hellemic replied, "I have all the magic here." She waved her fingertips.

"You are so lucky," said Elijah, smiling.

"Thanks," said Hellemic, "let's go for a swim!"

Hellemic leaped into the miniature ocean, as a dolphin, and remained down there for a few minutes before coming up.

"Aren't you coming?" she asked Elijah.

"Hellemic, you really are amazing," said Elijah, "How long can you hold your breath for? And I didn't know you were an animagi."

"I can breathe underwater, and I learned how to be an animagi years ago," Hellemic replied, "look, I'm not even sure that me and my friends are of the human species. And plus, I don't like to talk about myself that much, so, let's have some fun!" She then got up out of the water, and gave Elijah a little push in. But he caught on, and dragged her in after him. They then swam around for a few hours, laughing, before they finally decided to go to sleep. Hellemic dived into her circle of blue blankets and pillows, while Elijah sank into his green ones.

"Night, Elijah," said Hellemic.

"Night, Hellemic," mumbled Elijah, as he fell asleep.
